俾朋友叫去打邊爐,諗住無咩特別,點知真係無介紹錯!原來係食烤魚,咁以為又無咩特別,之前我係大陸、香港都食過啦,但佢地係用新鮮海魚(沙巴龍躉,仲要我們叫才再魚缸捉出來,肯定新鮮!(師傅捉魚個下,我地仲鬼咁興奮)條魚我們係要少辣,我就覺得剛剛好,夠野味,又唔會只食到辣,條魚雖然一直烤住,但又唔會老。問一問佢地點解可以咁好,原來條魚在廚房走油只到七成熟,上到枱才繼續烤熟,除此之外,原來用那種盛器都研究過的,因為要一直可供烤用,保持溫度外,又不能太過傳熱,否則就好快把魚煮得過火。(我最喜歡那麼用心的食店!)我們唔止烤魚,仲叫咗一個花甲蟹鍋,這個鍋真係真材實料,絕不是幾隻花甲仔,感覺係食極都有,隻蟹啖啖肉,雖然烚完,但仍有鮮味,啖湯相當清甜,只是簡單的胡椒、酒的調味,我們當然唔會浪費個煱,仲叫了牛頸脊和西洋菜。真的無得彈!

我們唔止烤魚,仲叫咗一個花甲蟹鍋,這個鍋真係真材實料,絕不是幾隻花甲仔,感覺係食極都有,隻蟹啖啖肉,雖然烚完,但仍有鮮味,啖湯相當清甜,只是簡單的胡椒、酒的調味,我們當然唔會浪費個煱,仲叫了牛頸脊和西洋菜。真的無得彈!

盤上配支竹, 菇, 芽菜, 唐芹, 莞茜, 蔥&特別的辣椒配料,
烤呀烤, 香味出曬來呀~~~~
小辣ARM ARM好, 與魚的鮮味好夾, 肉質又滑,
魚魚無咩骨, 呢個我好開心, 好怕Charm骨嫁
各款配料係一邊煮, 一邊出味, 所以食到最尾, 香辣的味道仲KEEP到
最重要的魚皮, 拖過油已經減少左肥膩感, 衣家索埋D湯汁, 好好味,
而龍躉/石班的魚皮比較厚身,

平時食烤魚打邊爐多數都是用鯇魚或黃花魚,但今次不同了。我約了一大班朋友仔去九龍城食沙巴龍躉活魚烤魚打邊爐,因為人多所以叫多一個花甲蟹鍋打邊爐。一去到點完鍋後,廚師已在魚缸裡選魚及蟹。平時會有大邊及小邊選擇的魚鍋,但這個餐館就不可以的是全隻沙巴龍躉上的。我地選了少辣,有茜芹,芫茜,蔥,豆腐皮,辣椒,指天椒的配菜。龍躉是7成熟上枱,煮了一陣已經可以食了,魚香,肉滑,又不多魚骨,適合大人小朋友及怕食骨的人。我個人會叫一個白飯配魚汁食,因為所有的精華在那魚汁內。 另外一個是花甲蟹鍋,有胡椒,花甲,茜芹,芫茜,蔥。先飲些燙清甜,再食花甲。我們食了很多花甲,但食來食去還是有很多花多,我估有2至3斤的花甲。平時怕花甲有沙及韌,但個的鍋沒有這個問題出現。 蟹煮了一陣又熟了,鍾意食海鮮的我點會放過蟹鉗呢!!! 又大又多肉,殼好硬,好在廚師已把蟹鉗殼揼開了,方便客人食。我一向都不是詩文人,所有用手及口去食蟹。我的食相一定很不好,但有美食在前我唔理了,最後連我的手指也有蟹味。最後我們只叫了手切牛肉及茜洋菜打邊爐,因為之前的兩個鍋都好大已食到8成飽。牛肉在蟹燙內滖一滾已經可以食了,肉嫩不肥。其實一個鍋

首先講下個酸菜烤魚先,條魚炸完之後放係d芽菜同秀珍菇上面,面頭再鋪多一層芹菜,連埋湯一齊加熱,滾嘅時候已經香到流哂口水,等我試左底果d芽菜同秀珍菇先,原來佢地已經索哂d精華,咬落好多汁好好味,條魚食落好滑,一d都唔會覺得煮得太老,連我哩個唔鍾意食魚嘅人都俾佢吸引到,食到停唔到口,所以酸菜烤魚好快就俾我地清哂lu

花雕醉雞煲湯底比較重藥材味,睇下自己接唔接受,另外雞件啖啖肉,但略欠藥材味酸菜烤魚大力推介,魚份量足,而且夠鮮,魚肉彈牙有口感,連唔食魚朋友都大讚好食一款係本地手切肥牛,另一款係安格斯,兩款牛肉味濃,朋友大讚好。炸魚皮唔錯,勝在夠膽多大兜 四寶丸平時打邊爐我好少叫四寶丸,因為一般質素都麻麻,但今次有驚喜,尤其墨魚丸爽口彈牙,而且好嫩。羊肉好穌,我勁鐘意,但唔係人人接受。水餃&雲吞水準唔錯,蝦肉彈牙有鮮味,唔似雪藏貨。
