上周和家人到天壇大佛遊玩,回程的時候已經是晚飯時間,留意到纜車站下面有一家川菜館位於公園中間,非常有趣,剛好家人亦想盡快晚飯,於是便和家人一試先點了一份到川菜館必點的涼拌海帶,口味正宗,酸鹹辣的一款前菜,海帶入口爽脆,是一道非常開胃的餐前小吃酸辣土豆絲,味道同樣令人滿意,有別於坊間的川菜館,土豆絲的油分適中,碟底不會掛有大量油份,而且調味豐富,高質素的川菜金沙蛋黃鮮魷,餐廳除了川菜以外,還提供一些大排檔小炒,非常高質素的鹹蛋黃鮮魷,外皮香脆,蛋黃味道香濃,鑊氣十足擔擔面,濃郁的花生和花椒香,配搭彈牙的麵條,滿足最後來了一客鮮果冰粉,芒果的清甜配搭冰粉非常清新,甜度適中
