此外高街麵覇亦推陳出新,時有新的小食推出,像這次的芝麻蝦多士,一如其名,外層烘得鬆脆的多士配上芝麻,咬開是爽口彈牙的蝦膠,口感別出心栽。

It seems to be a "classic" noodle shop but it is not. Food is so good and they serve REAL portions; not two ridiculous piece of meat as what they would serve you in most noodle shops...Plus the price is more than affordable. I'll definitely try it again and suggest it to my friends!

It's been a while since I last had 車仔麵. Ordered vermicelli noodles with beef brisket soup base. I chose the sides: uni fishball, chicken wings, pork blood and soft boiled egg. The noodles cooked to perfection and the egg was amongst my favourite. The egg filling was perfectly done with a creamy filling. Will definitely be back for more.

霸字唔可以亂用!否則太自誇了😅星期日嘅中午無須等位(可能時間尚早,大約12點半)內𥚃地方不大,有點迫的感覺。望吓有咩食先,蛋花炒腸粉(腸粉未有煎香嘅感覺,一䑥)炸花枝丸(顔色炸得好深色,咬落去大部份係粉👎🏻)唔好食。腩汁唐生菜(份量算係多)跟住係食主角車仔麵嘅時間,點咗滷水坑腩、滷水豬腩片及豬皮(坑腩好多肥膏,但算淋的。豬腩片更肥,有D可怕。豬皮是不錯的)整碗面嘅味道是可以的,但希望注意一下,實在太肥了!

第二次來,試真d先出食評。呢間絕對係高質的車仔麵,但係要識選擇配料。睇個門面已經知係新派車仔麵,佢材料醃/滷方面做得幾好,所以黎到呢度要識得叫d 比較花工夫既配料先會抵。對上一次黎,叫左芝士腸豬紅粗加腩汁,另外再加牛油雞翼。豬紅好得,唔腥無石膏味,好值得食,今次黎食已經賣哂.....牛油雞翼開單骨,即炸非常有牛油香,落好多炸蒜,非常香口。今次黎食,叫左個痳辣流心蛋豬腩肉伊+ 拍青瓜。之所以話呢間車仔麵要選擇工夫野黎食係因為咁先食得出佢的調味同食材的質地選擇做得非常好。 同傳統車仔麵比,湯底梗係無人地幾十年腩汁比,濃香不足,故此食材質素搭夠,所以嚮度食普通過唔普通既腸仔獅子狗是不智的(個人覺得)但係觀乎我的拍青瓜,細細一碗$18 但係有相當多的醃料,非常夠味又唔係只有強烈痳辣,食到最好有非常多料剩嚮底。另外唔好睇豬腩咁深色,其實入口味道夠但唔會咸,應該唔係熬左好耐,但係味道又幾好,某d滑某d鞋,如果口感做到一致會更好流心蛋是味付的,所以食得好順口好開心由於無豬紅,所以叫左腐皮角,可有可無(如我前述,即恰既材料無咩特別)總結整碗配合得幾好,沒有一種材料特別咸特別搶,但各自本味做得好,只係$

第二次來,試真d先出食評。
呢間絕對係高質的車仔麵,但係要識選擇配料。

豬紅好得,唔腥無石膏味,好值得食,今次黎食已經賣哂.....

牛油雞翼開單骨,即炸非常有牛油香,落好多炸蒜,非常香口。

今次黎食,叫左個痳辣流心蛋豬腩肉伊+ 拍青瓜。

之所以話呢間車仔麵要選擇工夫野黎食係因為咁先食得出佢的調味同食材的質地選擇做得非常好。

同傳統車仔麵比,湯底梗係無人地幾十年腩汁比,濃香不足,故此食材質素搭夠,所以嚮度食普通過唔普通既腸仔獅子狗是不智的(個人覺得)

但係觀乎我的拍青瓜,細細一碗$18 但係有相當多的醃料,非常夠味又唔係只有強烈痳辣,食到最好有非常多料剩嚮底。

另外唔好睇豬腩咁深色,其實入口味道夠但唔會咸,應該唔係熬左好耐,但係味道又幾好,某d滑某d鞋,如果口感做到一致會更好

流心蛋是味付的,所以食得好順口好開心

由於無豬紅,所以叫左腐皮角,可有可無(如我前述,即恰既材料無咩特別)

總結整碗配合得幾好,沒有一種材料特別咸特別搶,但各自本味做得好,只係$65 嚮呢條好多西餐廳的街上面絕對係交齊功課合格有餘。

好耐無去過高街,今日去到,發現開左好多間食店,經過麵霸,覺得裝修嘅特別,懷舊得黎又好骨子,所以入去試下,入到去見到好多名星相,好似有好多名星黎食過!見到有好多小食都好想試,有蝦多士同炸花枝丸,可惜今日得一個人,所以好多嘢都試唔到最後叫左車仔麵同蔥花蛋煎腸粉,車仔麵中最值得讚嘅係糖心蛋同豬紅,尤其係豬紅,有輕微韌度,唔會一夾就散,好味!湯底味道亦很好,而且店家稱,湯底絕無味精!可惜當我想影蔥花蛋煎腸粉時,電話無電所以影唔到,但味道唔錯,加左蔥花蛋,口感唔錯,好有香味!而且店家服務亦好好,幫我替電話充電!讚!一定會再去!

Traditional noodle used to be tasty in each and every single noodle restaurant in Hong Kong. I have just found an exception! The shop is not very tidy. The table is dirty. The seat is not comfortable . The waiter and waitress is not attentive . The soup is tasteless and it's not hot. The noodle is not chewy but soggy. I cannot recall any ingredient that I have ordered ! With this quality , the price is very unreasonable.

夜晚諗吾到食咩,就去高街搵野食,其實成條街都好多野食,主要系西式,但吾想咁heavy,所以揀左食車仔麵,8:00多去食,已經好多野都賣晒🙈🙈🙈 要個樣冇個樣,不過吾緊要,都系普通醫下肚。我地兩個人,每人叫左個車仔麵,味道冇乜特別,正常,但個溏心蛋就好好食😆😆😆另外叫左個蔥花蛋腸粉,le個吾錯,份量都好夠,腸粉滑流,夾埋d蛋同醫好正👍👍👍必試!

豬紅鬆泡泡一夾就散失敗,這一句說話喺高街麵霸一定唔會出現 因為有啲豬紅真係好結實同埋非常有口感 。絕對可以話係我食咗咁多次同你便最好食嘅一種 不過如果啲豬紅再有多少少蒜味一定更加嘢味。

30蚊下午茶 有四送面其實都非常之抵食 下次有機會真係想試埋佢啲出名嘅咖哩大魚蛋同埋其他推薦小食。 唯一覺得可以 改正嘅地方就係服務如果老闆嘅服務 可以親至少少我諗成個享受過程會更加完美。

做完運動,本想去試另一間店,但因為太多人輪候,係朋友既介紹下就去左呢間。 一見到舖面同格調,都睇得出係有誠意之作。 先黎個蛋花炒腸粉,唔太油膩,醬汁拿捏得好好,蛋花炒得好香,好食!叫左個車仔麵,大魚蛋彈牙,腐皮,蘿蔔好稔,冬菇入味,湯就加左腩汁同少辣, d 餸好足,好味!但就唔係話好抵食,所以一試便可。

先黎個蛋花炒腸粉,唔太油膩,醬汁拿捏得好好,蛋花炒得好香,好食!

叫左個車仔麵,大魚蛋彈牙,腐皮,蘿蔔好稔,冬菇入味,湯就加左腩汁同少辣, d 餸好足,好味!

但就唔係話好抵食,所以一試便可。

One of those Sunday evenings, where we were completely undecided what to eat and where to go. Wandering around High street, walked into this noodle shop with my wife. It's really a neighbourhood noodle shop. The red and white decor is very striking and looks very inviting. Everybody speaks English and is very polite and helpful.

You can make your own noodle soup. They have many different varieties of noodles to choose from and you can create your own combination of meats and vegetables, spice level, soup or no soup so on. Check the photograph of the menu.

I order Hokkian noodles with spicy sprout beans, seasonal vegetables and chicken sausage.

My wife ordered thin noodles, with brisket curry soup, spicy bean sprouts, mushroom meat balls, seasonal vegetables, fried bean curd,

We also ordered their house speciality - Pan fried rice rolls and fried chicken drum sticks. Pan fried Rice Rolls is a must have. The chicken drum sticks are very nice, but only if you are craving for fried food. The soup and the rice rolls to sure does it quite nicely.

All in all great comfort food at very reasonable prices. They don't serve drinks.

The total bill was 163$.

Strongly recommend. I will certainly go again.

收到消息下午茶$28有4個餸連麵底,下午4點左右就行左落去食。麵唔多,但勝在餸量唔少!餸嘅選擇唔少有麵同湯底都有得揀。最開心係4個餸仲送兩條菜!其他食麵嘅舖頭邊會有菜送~平時喺附近做野,附近無大型連鎖店如譚x,雖然同一條街有其他麵舖不過一間無開,一間好貴囉!會再返黎食嘅
