第一次寫食評,相都唔記得影, 呢間小店真係唔錯. 感受到佢地唔係好似坊間D車仔麵咁重口味, 反而樣樣野都有用心去整. 食到有香料的味道.我地2個人點左2碗麵加1碟腸粉, 我叫左坑腩,糖心旦, 冬姑刀削麵, 朋友點左豬腩,雞子, 羅白河粉.先講我的, 坑腩滷得很林很入味, 食到有少許花椒八角, 糖心旦堅流心, 很正, 冬姑出面多數用鮮姑,而佢地係用花姑, 有陣冬姑香之餘亦好入味. 刀削麵都幾煙UN,  仲有湯底, 佢地聲稱冇味精, 我先飲左1啖又覺得夠濃味喎, 之後加左朋友少少麻辣汁,仲正!朋友就話豬腩,羅白都OK, 但滷水雞子超出色,滷得剛好, 冇腥味仲有D JUICY, 不過我都係冇膽試喇!旦花炒腸粉佢地話係招牌, 賣相好靚, 腸粉炒到燶燶地, 加埋混醬好匹配.份量方面, 以1碗三十幾四十蚊的麵黎講, 我覺得OK, 可以的話, 麵底多返D會更好.P.S 下次會試素湯底 (南瓜番茄好似係)

先講我的, 坑腩滷得很林很入味, 食到有少許花椒八角, 糖心旦堅流心, 很正, 冬姑出面多數用鮮姑,而佢地係用花姑, 有陣冬姑香之餘亦好入味. 刀削麵都幾煙UN,  仲有湯底, 佢地聲稱冇味精, 我先飲左1啖又覺得夠濃味喎, 之後加左朋友少少麻辣汁,仲正!
朋友就話豬腩,羅白都OK, 但滷水雞子超出色,滷得剛好, 冇腥味仲有D JUICY, 不過我都係冇膽試喇!
旦花炒腸粉佢地話係招牌, 賣相好靚, 腸粉炒到燶燶地, 加埋混醬好匹配.
份量方面, 以1碗三十幾四十蚊的麵黎講, 我覺得OK, 可以的話, 麵底多返D會更好.
P.S 下次會試素湯底 (南瓜番茄好似係)

麵份量對女士嚟講適中,男人未必夠飽。刀削麵未見突出,以為推介會好得,麵質唔夠彈牙,同超市買嘅麵差唔多感覺。芽菜爽口帶少少麻辣味,雞子滷得剛好,唔會煮到爛晒!滷水豬腩片都好入味,食落有濃濃嘅滷水汁味道,腩片皮油入口溶化,但肉質就唔夠鬆軟。

幾乎每次都點的蛋花炒腸粉,配上甜醬花生醬辣醬芝麻蔥花,簡單而美味。幾種醬料配搭起來和而不同,沒有街邊腸粉的水旺旺,乾身得來很有嚼勁,唯一要批評的是腸粉上碟時不夠熱,價錢也不夠親民。

一上來...一碗沒有熱透的湯上面飃著辣椒油 根本沒有用花椒八角煮到入味的麻辣湯底 而且其辣油是嗆口而且不香的 湯底清澈見底 非常淡味

魚蛋超細粒 刀削麵芽菜生菜份量也極少 少到我們都不飽 我和朋友相視無語 望著整碗麵湯油分開 餸也平淡無味

禮拜六晚上不想煮飯,在家附近找東西吃。最近西餐吃多了,有點膩,可惜高街大部分食肆為西餐,看到新開不久的高街麵霸,紅色的招牌非常搶眼,所以就去試試看。這次點了一碗車仔麵和炒腸粉。車仔麵選了幼麵,配料則選了蘿蔔、滷汁豬頸肉和咖喱大魚蛋(+$5). 每樣配料為$9,minimum 選3樣,而湯底則選了腩汁。本來還點了油菜,可惜沽清了。車仔麵先上,吃了一口,覺得很一般,湯底不夠濃,不是一般車仔麵的腩汁,有待改善,而蘿蔔也不夠入味。魚蛋方面,除了大,也沒什麼特別。麵也是普通!($41) 我還是最喜歡榮記的車仔麵。好戲在後。懷舊腸粉來了!滿滿的蛋香和芝麻,而且醬料方面也一點都不吝惜。腸粉明顯煎過,配上甜醬和花生醬,好滿足!($28) 這個腸粉比主打的車仔麵好吃多了!店員都很有禮貌~ 下次會為了腸粉而來!

可能因為份量較少的原故,所以呢度都有好幾款小食提供,等大家可以叫多d野掛∼ 所以我地另外都叫咗懷舊蛋花炒腸粉同七味雞槌,老闆特別推介腸粉,因為佢話個醬係佢唧上去架喎!但係呢味腸粉可以話係全店最好食既,雖然都好難唔好食,不過起碼腸粉有口感,唔會煎到太淋pat pat散收收咁。而雞槌就非常普通,同一般炸雞槌無分別,食唔出七味粉的味。

我諗要淨係食碗車仔麵要食得飽的話,都要起碼5、60蚊喇,如果唔係就要叫小食,因為份量真係少得有點離譜。如果想撞下明星都可以黎碰碰運氣,但真係想食碗親民地道的車仔麵都係食番新記/榮記開心d!

閒日放假,特登走去高街食呢個車仔麵

好想叫麻辣芽菜,但係嗰日無.....

As well as the ricerolls I tried mocks sharks fin soup with Chinese ham which I really liked because it had a strong taste.It was rich and tasted like gravy so on the second visit I asked if I could have e-fu noodles in them and the noodles tasted really nice because the noodles do not go soft and it hangs the soup well.Basically if you like gravy, it is like having noodles tossed in gravy with pieces of Chinese ham.

入咗去試吓,冇乜人食所以坐得幾舒服,冇平時其他車仔面咁差咁逼。叫咗個三餸麵,先試湯,湯底淡啡色加冇味,原來車仔麵冇味精係會冇味。。。餸冇特別喺正常急凍食品, 滷水汁滷啲餸太長時間,過咗火位。麵ok正常,勝在唔太貴。好多名星來食,好明顯喺佢地自己人開。下次試下對面間麵店。

「招牌金華火腿碗仔翅」I was more interested in the Imitation Shark Fin soup than the cart noodles and it turned out to be pretty good! I've been trying to look for a good one and this had great flavors from the jinhua ham and wasn't starchy or goopy at all. There's red vinegar on the table that you can add to the soup but would have been better if they had spicy pickles that you can add freely too like 十八座狗仔粉.

Although the broth wasn't that good I was happy because I saw Joey Yung 容祖兒 and Wilfred Lau 劉浩龍 leaving the joint right infront of me so I guess the rumour is true that they are an item.

西環的高街這一兩年陸續開了很多小資餐廳,各國菜都能在這邊找到,說是另一個蘇豪區一點也不誇張。八月份在高街新開了一家港式車仔麵店,這家店的大紅招牌非常搶眼,店名也非常霸氣。晚上6點走進店裏人不多,感覺裝潢簡潔,幹凈舒服。店內掛了些明星招片,原來大明星Joey和Sammi都來這邊吃車仔麵哈哈。餐紙上有我們平常常見的配料可以加在面裏,面也有幾款可以選擇。小食有像炒腸粉和碗仔翅之類的傳統港式小吃。我點了腩汁河粉加豬紅,紫菜和鹵水坑腩。坑腩煮得很’淋’,很入味很好味!豬血很嫩很滑,不像外面的那些那麽硬,吃起來像在吃豆腐的感覺好好吃喔!腩汁湯底不會太濃,反而像住家湯一樣好喝,最重要的是店裏標榜著他們的湯沒有味精!!雖然吃完還是有點點口干,但是感覺會比較健康點哈哈。最後買單36塊港幣,這家麵店味道好價錢便宜,可以一試喔!♥

魚旦是粉的,一點彈都沒有,有少許魚味,味道極普通,滷水牛坑腩只是普通牛腩,滷水味過濃,一夾就散,咖哩牛栢葉得兩小舊,應該係兩小粒,份量少得很,仲要9蚊一款餸,滷水豬頸肉又係滷過濃又係得兩片,金錢肚得幾條,以36蚊既價錢同份量比較係貴左,極大改善空間
