6. 火炙A5和牛香蔥拌麵

還記得上次係 「輝Hika」食左個超級豐富日式晚餐後一直念念不忘 ,所以趁同大少出開銅鑼灣買嘢,就上去食食個午餐啦!餐廳嘅闊落開揚嘅環境,都係令人坐得好舒適,食慾都會大增。午餐嘅種類都算多,而定食同丼物都跟埋前菜、沙律、味噌湯、甜品同埋飲品,感覺都係好拭食,最後我地就叫左一份定食同拉麵。先嚟前菜同沙律然後就到大少嘅主菜 燒A5西冷和牛定食, A5西冷和牛可以話係入口柔軟鬆化、肉味鮮美,肉汁香濃又豐富,帶有淡淡油脂香甜,簡單嚟講可以話係入口即溶。而我就嚟一碗 黑蒜豬骨湯豚肉拉麵 ,濃郁嘅豚骨湯底,配上特製嘅黑蒜油,更湯底更加濃郁豐滿。另外豚肉片肥瘦均勻,而且鮮嫩多汁,再加埋煙韌爽口嘅拉麵,整體上口感都非常豐富。食飽飽就再嚟杯餐飲凍檸檬茶同埋超香濃嘅開心果雪糕今個午餐食得好滿足呢!

主食係烤鰻魚飯配溫泉蛋玉子,鰻魚烤得非常香,配埋溫泉玉子好食到流淚!份量好大,好飽肚。
最後係炸北海道蟹肉球,蟹肉幾彈牙。
滿分的一餐!下次可以再利食過。
