朋友升職請食飯,一大班人去咗鯉魚門食海鮮,由於朋友識得老細,我哋有得坐VIP房,房間闊落,坐得舒服。朋友拍板,叫咗好多海洋種類,最好食係象拔蚌刺身,十分鮮甜,侍應姐姐仲推介兩食,灼10秒再食,又係另一風味。另外花雕蛋白蒸蟹都十分推介,今晚大家都盡興而回。

三個人吃飯,係隔離蘇記買嘅海鮮,賴尿蝦、蒸左條魚瓜子、中蝦、黃油蟹、炒左蝶椒絲腐乳通菜、咕嚕肉同埋瑤柱蛋白炒飯。埋單2600。我就覺得唔貴呀,啲味道都OK。服務都幾有禮貌。间野已經係我第三次去,我觉的啲水準都幾穩定啊。講真香港地食海鮮通常都嗰幾個煮法,嘅海鮮都係嗰幾味,我諗水準穩定,服務有禮,唔斬人已經係算係好好㗎啦!香港地食海鮮冇可能話咩有特別驚喜。我朋友就去開南大门,佢話呢間新興龍比南天門好食好多!

上菜時間十分適中,一味接一味的,驚喜發現每一味都很有料到!!!足料!材料正!味道鮮美!

由於有上年另一間餐廳的經驗,有對比有真相。沒有美倫美奐的包裝,但進到肚子裏都是好東西,是更好的滋味啊!

回味象拔蚌刺身切薄片爽口鮮甜,大蟶子野味可口,瀬尿蝦肉厚味鮮,皮很薄而且不黏肉,一口便能咬下來一大件肥美蝦肉,不得不提那條黃皮虎班,我們研究了很久,如何把2斤的魚蒸得剛剛好中心魚骨是熟的,卻一整條魚都滑溜鮮甜,我們竟把牠吃光了。琵琶蝦&龍蝦跟上年那家不相上下的美味,但清理特別乾淨,上年在另一家同事吃到了“龍根”,至今仍有陰影。鮑魚不算大,味道佳但不是我的偏好。

送的炒蜆一點也不馬虎,一大盤端上來嚇了我們一跳,已撐到不行,仍忍不住吃光了。

一定要讚的仍是我很在意的服務,文初提到上年光顧那家酒家,我今年花了一星期仍不得要領,但新興龍在半天內已辦妥了訂位,報價,菜單。
食海鮮總是有很多殼餘在碟,服務員一直在幫忙換乾淨的碟,我們要甚麼都立即處理,頻頻巡視照顧顧客需要。

最有趣是,我們得到了上佳的服務和吃了更優質的美食,但卻沒一個人走來跟我們討生意,要我們寫食評?!

價錢方面,今次同一份菜單給了2家格價,上年的一家比新興龍貴了3成,我們都慶幸沒為了晚上看來漆黑一片的海景而多花二千多元。

實而不華!是我們最後的總結。
沒有在網上討名氣,但行入去才明白,有料的自有尋龍客!
