上星期約埋兩個老朋友,繼續去罰黃店,今次帶大家嚟呢間Hokahoka!餐廳嚟講係高質,因為係居酒屋🏮,所以野食係會偏味道重,同埋每份野食份量唔多,但勝在高質。我同朋友覺得牛肉真唔錯😋!牛肉配埋味噌係鐵板上燒,真好juicy! 牛肉仲未熟透,所以肉質好嫩!刺身拼盤相比下就一般,吞拿魚、鮪魚口感好滑,帶微微鮮味,加上厚切,唔錯!而鰤魚本身肉質比其他有少少硬,有唔同口感。小食方面,我地叫左露荀卷同餃子雞翼。我自己覺得餃子雞翼好得意😎,雞翼入面有豬肉餡料,非常多肉汁!露荀卷外面既豬肉用麵包糠炸過,非常脆口!居酒屋🏮野食主要係送酒,所以份量唔多,但可以每樣都淺嘗!我覺得價錢係貴左少少,但勝在品質唔錯,建議一大班朋友嚟呢度聚會,就可以試到唔同菜式!不過提提你,呢度係預約制,請先用whatsapp/ facebook 預約左再嚟食好西!

今天去了hokahoka ほかほか。看名字就知是一間十分日本的居酒屋。因為今天我自己一人去用膳的關係,我選了坐吧枱。在吧枱可以見到壽司師傅處理魚生,十分有趣。店內裝修主要是以木為主,很像在日本時去過的居酒屋。店內有很多日文的雜誌,感覺真的好像去了日本。今天點了刺身+沙律定食($120)。定食還附了我最愛的茶碗蒸蛋及烏龍麵。首先上菜的是茶碗蒸蛋。蛋十分滑,入口即溶,內裡有鳴門魚片。味道十分好。只不過可惜沒有銀杏。刺身十分新鮮,甜美。以這個價錢,完全超乎我的期望。那2顆帶子真的是極品。另外的油甘魚也十分鮮甜。沙律中有日本的海帶,沙律汁在酸甜中拌了山葵,很好的組合。烏龍麵的質感十分彈牙,超好吃的。最後,給大家一個小貼士。這間店可以用WhatsApp 訂位。我今天就是先訂了位才去的。今天午市也很多人等位,建議大家可以先訂位喔。

今天去了hokahoka ほかほか。
看名字就知是一間十分日本的居酒屋。

因為今天我自己一人去用膳的關係,我選了坐吧枱。
在吧枱可以見到壽司師傅處理魚生,十分有趣。

店內裝修主要是以木為主,很像在日本時去過的居酒屋。
店內有很多日文的雜誌,感覺真的好像去了日本。

今天點了刺身+沙律定食($120)。定食還附了我最愛的茶碗蒸蛋及烏龍麵。

總結:其實hokahoka都唔算隱世,特別係日本人圈子,個人唔係希望佢變到好出名日日排長龍,開分店上市咁,只係想話比大家知尖沙咀呢間日本野雖然唔平,但物有所值,係我番工動力
