勝瓜黃雀~
單看名稱,怎會想到這是一味素菜,原來是以腐皮包裹着木耳、牛蒡、竹荀及甘荀等食材,腐皮留尾,形成像雀鳥的外表,配上勝瓜、紅蘿蔔、草菇及雲耳,味道清甜又滋味。

油炆茭白豆苗~
茭白水分多,纖維含量豐富,但熱量卻相對 低,對想減肥的人,是很不錯的食材;茭白外形很像竹筍,吃起來鮮嫩爽口;豆胚是豌豆種出來最鮮嫩的部份,食店更在豆胚中挑選最靚嘅選擇,真係豆胚中的冠軍,怎會不好吃。

椒鹽八寶鴨~
傳統八寶鴨使用蒸熟然後澆芡汁的做法,雖然好味但過於油膩,沒有一定人數,根本難以消化;但椒鹽八寶鴨,使用椒鹽酥炸方式烹調,不但吃起來比較香脆,鴨肉皮酥肉嫩,釀餡濃惹香郁,真係食多幾件也不覺膩,真覺比原版提升了不少檔次。

叫了三個冷盤,其實都係一般般可能醉豬手會好一些,但亦聞不到酒香樟茶鴨亦欠缺煙燻的香氣,而且包只得六件,有點小器龍井蝦,過鹹。反而個筍就炒得唔錯。炒年糕味道可以最後兩個點心,肉搞得太碎,根本沒有口感

老友記從加拿大回港,於是約他在老上海吃飯敘舊。燻蛋和燻雞依舊美味,不愧為舖頭名物。另外也上了一碟醉豬手,好有咬口同酒香。干貝魚唇羹頗有驚艷,魚唇厚軟而富彈性。大家都有續碗。蔥爆牛肉和炒豆苗正常發揮心心念念的蔥油大餅是大家的最愛。平日不愛吃carb的太太也要多一塊。最後以合桃糊做結尾,大家都盡興而歸。我現在正計劃用什麼理由在太太生產前再去一趟。

呢間嘢極級多味精,超難受,食完返屋企飲埋梅茶,都消除唔到我喉嚨個種不適、以及舌上嘅「鞋烚烚」感覺!話說本身一心一意嚟到呢一間舊式嘅上海店,諗住三代同堂慶祝父親節,餐廳都係一貫有傳統嘅上海菜式,有款東坡肉大大件,一上枱超震撼,識落好多嘢都好好食,誰知一返到屋企個喉嚨同個口就開始出事,口渴到去飲水解決唔到,於是乎飲啲梅茶,都仍然係消除唔到個種難受。如果真係要去食,就千祈唔好叫一啲濃味嘅食物,又或者一大班人去食,每一樣食少少就夠啦。😅😅😅

突然想飲,於是就點,又係即叫即整。職員幾酸辣湯分發,份量上比想像中多,可以分到4-5碗。另外,食材上都幾足料,有豆腐,荀絲,冬菇絲,肉絲,蝦⋯口感十足;再講講酸辣味道,酸辣度適中,辣度唔會令人覺得好嗆喉,所以飲起上來幾舒服,令人會繼續飲,我和T先生都幾鍾意呀,值得推薦

又係即叫即炒,鱔既份量多,條條分明,而且幾肥厚,正
鱔糊既獻汁既稠杰度剛好,唔會水汪汪,同埋唔會好咸,調味真係幾重要架。而且韭黃炒得都唔錯,所以鱔糊最岩配白飯一齊食
我地都食得好津津有味,停唔到口。酸辣湯已經咁正,依家仲有個鱔糊

📍腐乳方肉 $152


由於未食過,坊間都好少見過呢款,同埋見係用腐乳,我地諗應該幾特別既。一上菜呢~~原來用南乳醬炆,所以味道會偏甜⋯嘿🤔有點不似預期呢。用上一舊五花腩炆,皮炆得幾腍,但又未去到東玻肉果種入口會化既口感;而瘦肉部分都吸收晒南乳醬,它不是很柴很鞋,但又不是嫩既口感⋯整體來說,普普通通,不是我杯茶既口味啦
我食得最多反而係配菜既白菜仔😅

sunday lunch walked in ,had a roomy seat then checked out the menu for some traditional s ,the fishfin soup ; drunken chicken & jellyfish for starters , sao lung bao , panfried mixed veg and stirfried rice cakes , for the main ,all dishes came in order so to enjoy while its still hot , fresh ingredients overall and just exact for the tastes not over or less ,friendly & professional services along ,i’d like to visit again for some other dishes ..

又是開會開到過飯點的一天。今日幸好能趕在落場前, 去吃了一頓令人懷念的上海菜。雖然已經差不多截單, 但服務員還是很有禮貌的, 只是請我們要快點落單。我但三個人, 點了個三至四人餐, 選了薺菜竹笙豆腐羹、賽螃蟹、辣子雞、咸肉津白、菜膽獅子頭。豆腐羹很清淡, 薺菜有點草青味, 加了胡椒粉就剛剛好。賽螃蟹做得非常好,吃著真很有蟹肉味道。獅子頭很久沒吃了, 今次算是懷念一下。辣子雞和咸肉津白都是很下飯的菜式。可惜因為時間太晚,沒有菜飯,要不然應該更完美呢。不過蔥油拌麵亦同樣好吃。下次可以點煙燻小黃魚。
