Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 花鵰醉雞 - 上海野必點!醉雞好大隻,係我鐘意既味道! 不過酒味好濃,我媽媽就覺得濃左d,但對我就剛剛好啦! 花鵰味濃, 雞肉好嫩滑又新鮮,好食到停唔到口啊!

食完冷盤,就想食返d暖野,見到有蟹粉小籠包喎,阿爸飛佛,一定要叫啦!

雖則小籠包唔係好大隻,但皮薄餡靚,唔會容易夾穿,包頂有好多摺,果然好花功夫啊! 不過最精粹既入面超多蟹粉,咬左一啖堅爆汁,配埋浙醋食,真係好香!

松子黃魚 - 今晚既主菜黎啦....
黃魚炸到鬆化,店員好貼心咁切開一塊塊! 黃魚皮脆肉嫩,入口即溶! 不過個重點係個汁,果陣酸甜味,真係聞到已經流口水! 又唔係咕嚕汁,又唔係五柳汁,係一種上海菜傳統既甜酸味! 係呢種味啦,好傳統,但就係想食呢種味道!

火腿津白 - 老人家鐘意食菜,又點可能唔叫最出名既雲腿津白呢? 津白真係整得好冧甜,吸晒金華火腿既鹹香味,配埋奶白色既汁,就係食到停唔到口!老飯店食到既,真係最經典既味道, 冧甜鹹鮮都有齊,好食!

最後阿爸話未夠飽,點都要叫返個主食! 咁當然要點佢既飛佛:上海粗炒啦!

係...確實係最普通既菜式,但就係咁先試到師傅既傳統手勢! 粗炒條條都炒得好均勻,夠晒入味,而且好多白菜配埋一齊,雖然係普通菜式,但夠晒經典。

啊...食到好飽啦,但點要食d甜品既! 我點左最愛既高麗豆沙!

同朋友聚會,通常都揀西餐廳。今次我哋一同四人都同意食comfort food, 所以就揀咗一間上海野 - 香港老飯店,位置在中環。裝修沒有特別奢華,但總帶着一點點香港老味道的茶樓。前菜 - 核桃煙燻糖心蛋、醉雞煙熏味很濃,流心蛋煮得剛剛好。少見的是和核桃的配搭,核桃有糖漿和芝麻,食到愛不釋手。另外亦都點了醉雞,酒味沒有太濃郁,但勝在雞肉10分嫩滑,酒味也沒有蓋過雞味呢!湯 - 砂鍋雲吞群翅湯是我最喜歡上海菜的其中一種湯,以清雞湯嘅形式伴上雲吞,清淡的,但價錢不貴,當中有的群翅也算多,四個人分剛剛好。主食 - 松子黃魚説是本店的招牌菜。甜酸汁的配搭令整體十分開胃,黃魚更皮脆肉嫩和足料,以238這個價錢,實在是物超所值。

前菜 - 核桃煙燻糖心蛋、醉雞
煙熏味很濃,流心蛋煮得剛剛好。少見的是和核桃的配搭,核桃有糖漿和芝麻,食到愛不釋手。
另外亦都點了醉雞,酒味沒有太濃郁,但勝在雞肉10分嫩滑,酒味也沒有蓋過雞味呢!

湯 - 砂鍋雲吞群翅湯
是我最喜歡上海菜的其中一種湯,以清雞湯嘅形式伴上雲吞,清淡的,但價錢不貴,當中有的群翅也算多,四個人分剛剛好。

主食 - 松子黃魚
説是本店的招牌菜。甜酸汁的配搭令整體十分開胃,黃魚更皮脆肉嫩和足料,以238這個價錢,實在是物超所值。

熏魚就正常,但係估唔到咁大碟。

海蜇頭就麻麻哋,味道太淡啦,唔夠鹹,要自己再加鹽。

紅燒肉都不錯,一碟入面有啲肥啲有啲瘦啲,適合同枱吃飯不同人的喜好,但個人認為唔夠肥。

小籠包皮薄多汁,味道剛好。

但賽螃蟹就普通了,味道淡之餘,冇乜蟹肉,基本上全部都係蛋白。

楊州炒飯太過鹹,剛好可以要來同淡味慨賽螃蟹一齊食。

最後有我最愛嘅甜品高力豆沙包,食嘅時候熱辣辣又鬆軟,每一啖都沾滿砂糖,以作為呢一餐飯嘅完結。

適逢中環某大百貨公司清倉大減價,今午一於走去血拼一番。不經意地逛了足兩個半小時,總算有些微收獲。行到累又肚餓當然要搵地方休息下和食晚飯啦!突然想起附近有間食上海菜的食肆都唔錯,就毫不猶疑地向香港老飯店走過去。它位於商廈的地庫,我們沿著樓梯而下。餐館佈置優雅和充滿舊日情懷。地方雖然不大,但餐桌擺放得寬闊,環境清靜。花雕醉雞雞肉结實唔鞋口,浸上花雕酒。食時雞肉散發出花雕酒香,可口醒胃。松鼠黃魚這是一道有名氣的上海菜。廚師首先把魚炸得外面脆卜卜,內裏肉質嫩滑鲜甜。淋上酸甜汁,又鋪上松子仁和青紅椒粒令口感豐富不少,而顏色亦很養眼;食落非常開胃。南翔小籠六隻卽叫卽蒸的小籠包一向是我指定必選。皮薄餡靚,湯汁滿溢。咬時要小心被燙傷,但當滿口充溢著鮮甜的湯汁,非常滿足。砂鍋鹹肉菜心這道菜用料十足有鹹肉、白菜、花膠、草茹和蛋角等等。鹹肉貪佢能提升各材料的鲜味,從而令整個湯底更濃更甜。香蕉高力豆沙四隻外層蛋白炸得鬆軟而不油膩,蛋味濃。配以豆沙和香蕉簡直是完美之作。最重要是整體味道不會太甜,正合我口味。👍

講真,中餐要整得好食喺好巧功夫,每一滴油每一粒鹽🧂都好重要。 兩個人去食,所以淨喺叫左一菜一肉兩白飯,雖然都已經300幾,但好味,值。首先講下個百葉紅燒肉,半肥瘦之餘,肥而不膩,好送得飯。平時我唔食肥肉都食到😋😋😋,個百葉都好食,整得好靚。再到個四季豆。好新鮮,炒到剛剛好,又唔咸! 平時食啲四季豆真喺咸到出汁。我覺得飯15蚊一個黎講太細碗,大碗翻啲會好啲。茶位15蚊一位而言,偏貴但都合理。我會再黎食。
