插水一試!喺我潛水咁多間食肆之後,今次終於游到HONJOKKO呢家熱爆嘅日式fusion鋪頭來試下佢哋嘅Tasting menus - Fukurokuju。首先,一碟清新嘅Edamame伴隨嘅小清新悠悠Yuzu味,海鹽同AO nori嘅點綴真係唔錯,正!嗰兩杯Mocktail,飲落去幼滑得黎又夠曬Creative,好正!一啖Ankimo,鮟鱇魚肝呢件藝術品居然咁滑咁嫩,細膩得嚟又帶點柚子嘅香氣。黎到唔係太潮嘅Salmon Puff,其實都出奇地鮮美多汁,酸酸甜甜嘅爽口感完全喚醒咗我嘅味蕾!再講講啲Sashimi,每一片都係又肥嘟嘟又新鮮,切得嘗得出手勢,質感一流。卷物嚟咗,Otoro嘅煙燻香由鼻息中飄過,生猛得滯。最後,Robata pork belly真係令人驚喜,外層微酸嘅yuzu daikon配上溫和嘅蜜汁Ponzu,簡直係對舌尖嘅至臻寵愛。香滑嘅Sea bass saikyoyaki嘅魚皮燒得啱啱好,整道菜都係咁飄香,當然仲有Mizuna salad嘅清新令整體回味無窮!每一口都彷彿躍動住各種味道,嗱,呢間HONJOKKO實乎名副其實為我呢個吃貨送上咗一次難忘嘅味覺之旅!
