Sashimi相當新鮮,食材的質素真係好重要,tuna的油份充足,入口即化。幾款都好新鮮。鯛魚今次係配松露同蛋黃食,店員會在上碟之後把松露刨落去,個調味真係恰到好處。

經過鰂魚涌就嚟試吓呢間日本野先一入到去門口去到餐台去到座位 都十分滿意座位舒適裝修大方高雅 空間感及距離感好夠前菜會有枝豆Edamame俾我哋 可以邊食邊傾偈所以整體來講我都唔記得等候咗幾耐啦總之呢好快就已經有得食啦第一道係五款嘅刺身包括三文魚🍣油甘魚、吞拿魚、帶子、魚厚度剛好 感覺唔膩 一口啱啱好亦都食到刺身嘅飽滿 吞拿魚細滑柔軟 魚嘅鮮甜仲有少少餘係口里帶子略為遜色 淡而無味 除了刺身 仲配番沙律、湯同白飯12款嘅手握壽司擺碟與配搭都睇得出佢好有心思要每一種食出嚟都好有唔同嘅感覺當中有帶有芥末籽、芥末、沙律醬、 醃漬物等等去提升食物嘅層次估唔到咁樣嘅配搭都好令人驚喜至於服務方面都係一流嘅佢問吓我哋對於餐飲有啲咩意見同埋感覺證明餐廳都係好注重客人嘅感受而希望一直得到改進環境同服務真係冇得彈 亦都你適合商用同埋休閒嘅午飯自選
