前菜方面,有六款sharing plates,有鹽烤支豆(Edamame)、油甘魚(Hamachi)、芝麻菠菜(Spinach)、生和牛片(Wagyu tataki )、炸豆腐(Agedashi)、餃子(Gyoza)👄👄

小食樣樣都很美味,特別推介油甘魚刺身,口感柔軟細滑刺身,油香一流,配以柚子豉油及醃製梅子,鮮甜完美融合。生和牛片口感鮮味,表面輕輕sear過,完美發揮和牛的獨有香味🥩

食完前菜,就到我哋最期待嘅無限量壽司刺身壽司有卷物(maki) 同手握壽司(nigri)🍣 配搭的醬汁每款都好特別好match。刺身好肥美同新鮮,有三款選擇,包括三文魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚。估唔到嘅係另有生蠔供應,經理向我哋介紹係Irish Rock 🦪 生蠔肉質鮮嫩,充滿鹹香滋味,入口即化,有一種絲滑而奢華的感覺 🌊

主菜我哋點咗lamb chop 同 tenderloin 。羊架配以煙燻茄子同大麥miso🍆結合了豐富味道口感,經過精心烹煮,烤焗至金黃酥脆,doneness係完美嘅medium 🐑 牛柳揀咗medium rare ,煮得恰到好處,嫩滑多汁,保持原汁原味,配上韭菜根泥同烤蘑菇,充滿獨特風味 🈴

最後甜品送上每人一客水果同芝麻燉蛋(black sesame creme brulee)。經理同我哋介紹芝麻燉蛋係餐廳招牌菜,吃落果然非同凡響👍🏻cream brulee 綿密細滑,芝麻味道很突出,配上焦糖雪糕🍨口感體驗十分豐富💕💕

到了中段,迎來天婦羅拼盤,當中有蝦、魚和蔬菜天婦羅。我平時不喜歡吃天婦羅,所以本想跳過這一道菜。不過我覺得還是不妨一試,便吃了一口南瓜。結果.......有驚為天人的感覺。我很喜歡這個天婦羅的炸粉很薄,又炸得脆,可以吸入大量天婦羅汁,豐富味道。結果,我除了割愛把天婦羅蝦給了男朋友,竟然其他款式都一一吃遍。我不愛吃也不多吃天婦羅,而這裏的天婦羅是我吃過最美味的。天婦羅成了該晚餐的高潮,完全是意料之外。

最後最後,到了我全晚最愛之一。作為抹茶控,我喜歡這個甜品用了白朱古力作味道平衡,而抹茶甘甜。上菜時,甜品表面脆脆的,而勺子按下去後,裏面流出抹茶岩漿,再用蕎麦曲奇餅沾上,作為是晚的Perfect ending,實在滿足。


另外,餐廳有幫忙在甜品加上了祝賀的說話(真要挑剔的話,朱古力字寫在紙上,雅觀度有一點點扣分哦)。 作為Pirata集團的成員,餐聽在特別日子也會送上即影即有和禮券,留下更美好的回憶。


回想起來,這依然是最近讓我最念念不忘的用餐體驗,推介給大家!

Black sesame creme brulee - 相對上甜品賣相比較普通,但係食落去好有驚喜,最底層係芝麻燉蛋,食落去好似芝麻糊咁,然後配上紅豆,面頭再配上海鹽焦糖雪糕,加埋最上面嘅芝麻薄脆一齊食,成個甜品好有層次,食得出廚師嘅心機。

耐不耐會到太古坊約工作伙伴飯聚,大部份時間都是以「聚」為目標,吃甚麼也沒特別精挑細選,所以一直不知道太古坊附近有甚麼好的餐廳。今次不同了,朋友介紹這間 Honjokko ,一入門口煥然一新,對太古坊的餐飲體驗即時改觀。這餐廳是 The Sixteenth 這個大場包含的四間餐廳其中一間,環境感覺上是走高格調casual風格而非傳統日本餐廳路線,餐牌的設計都很西式。我點了chirashi bowl, 朋友則點了sushi plate。簡單午餐,非常滿意。話就話佈局西式,前菜反而一落頭便是毛豆一大碗,現下很多新派日式餐廳或omakase已經很難找到毛豆的蹤影,感覺更加親切。這餐廳價格不十分親民,但質素和環境(包括洗手間)都十足十,個人認為是物有所值的,很期待下次再來,也一定會惠顧這裡另外的三間餐廳。
