沒有比較沒有傷害,望到啲油花已經心心眼,手切肥牛係好味,呢個就係好好好好味!同埋佢有個溫馨小提示就係「只需灼6秒」,為免淥衰塊靚牛,特登較timer計時,6秒可能仲會有少少紅色,睇大家嘅接受程度,唔想太生就可以灼多一下,但其實呢啲靚牛都唔怕。雖然呢塊牛相對手切係比較薄,但其實呢種油花重嘅牛唔使太厚,咁樣一片片食仲滋味,同埋都好夠。真心推介!

有四款唔同餃,應該係雲吞、韮菜餃、魚皮餃,仲有一款都係蝦,但又唔知叫咩餃。啲餃嘅皮比較薄,我哋用夾放落鍋時有一隻會夾到個皮,而餃嘅size係幾好,唔算勁大隻,但因為皮薄,啲料好足!

湯底有多款選擇,媽媽滋潤老海湯煲,好奈無飲過老火湯la,就要試下佢嘅材料非常之多,有猴頭菇,紅蘿蔔,粟米,雞同豬肉,食材嘅精華融入湯裏面每一口都感覺到鮮甜嘅味道, 粟米好脆口,鮮甜我仲飲左兩大碗,而且冇味精椒鹽九肚魚,不僅表皮酥脆好吃,魚肉還嫩如豆腐,好似棉花咁口感特別又鮮甜韭菜餃,大大粒,皮薄,餡料十分之多,韭菜,豬肉切到細細粒,咬落去非常爽脆,仲有非常之多湯汁桂花蚌,爽口清新既口感,一試難忘!帶鮮味。 珊瑚蚌的口感比桂花蚌要再脆一點,更有彈性一點,也是超脆,無任何腥味,很好吃

腐竹雞蛋糖水
最後仲有腐竹雞蛋糖水送,勁特別用古代酒樽黎裝~又好睇好又味!而且佢並唔係單單糖水咁簡單,而係做成冰沙咁!而家天氣咁熱,食完咁多野之後食呢個沙冰真係超夾!
