韭菜太多的話會搶了蟹肉的鮮味,太少就不夠香。

這間酒樓也不算是酒樓,但又有以前酒樓的點心,因為在一個走廊的旁邊。裝修簡單,但點心紙卻不簡單。那個紅棗糕有功力,桂花糕,香反而味道淡一點。點了很多款點心,都算真材實料。當然價格比一般出名的酒樓會貴一點,但又比酒店的平一點。特意推介點了兩個湯。鮑魚雞湯及響螺烏雞湯,接近三百圓,4個人飲還可以。招呼殷勤。坐得舒服,食得滿意。如果有去唐人館,卅二公館,不妨到這間,試吓都不會令你失望。各有千秋。

前台服務員態度非常惡劣,穿西裝經理冇所事事,愛理不理!要求客人在前台企立等待客人埋單但大廳內只有客人小貓三兩!經爭論才可以入內坐低等待。本人曾經於小店外賣,獲得服務員熱情招待,坐低等外賣兼送上熱茶(可惜忘記了該店名稱)而5⃣️星級君悅大酒店亦容許在不騷擾其他客人時可以入大廳內等待。食物惡劣特別是煎腸粉和牛肉餅盅飯。咖喱魷魚不能入口!從來未食過啲皮咁厚嘅鹹水角!老細曾經在電台吹噓其外賣餐盒極巨保溫功能,其實和其他食店的-模-樣。

為了牡丹酥慕名而來,看完餐牌,原來沒有了...果然下次還是要主動打電話先問。前一天餐廳打來確認訂座,我預約時remark了「生日」,結果餐廳說它們不能帶蛋糕之類,所以如果大家想選有驚喜的餐廳慶祝生日就要三思了!看到餐廳環境照片很美,特地穿漂亮點打算打卡,訂了位也坐不到疏化位呢...其他位置普通到不想拍照。問staff能不能換位置也沒位置…單點的點心價錢拍得住4、5星酒店,但服務是普通餐廳的水準,連茶的menu都忘了給,一吃完就馬上來收餐具了~下午茶set有4款選擇,其實都很普通(對牡丹酥很執著),點了一款有蝦多士的「一點驚喜」- (是日主廚精選)我不知道到底精選了什麼,可能只是個標題?- 蒸點有3款,每人一件,真的和普通酒樓吃的分吃不大呢。蝦餃北菇燒賣潮州粉菓- 炸物1款,蝦多士好脆很好吃,不過我不太喜歡吃到軟殼。原隻軟殼蝦多士- 甜點薩琪瑪,除了個底有椰絲外,和平時吃的幾蚊件馬仔沒分別啦豆莎竹藥葉角,微溫,豆莎不甜挺好吃的,不過一放久了就會黏著塊葉。二人同行$358(同一款茶共享)要加一服務費,打不到卡,食物又普通真的挺失望。

服務:入座後完全沒人理,帶入座之後也沒人問是喝茶喝水,直到我們招手叫來服務員,對方直接說,茶味費40一位,甩來茶單,走了,黑面。用餐中間也沒什麼服務可言。後來用餐接近90分鐘,我們差不多吃完,在聊天,那位戴眼鏡的大叔(黑衣服,看起來像是主管)竟然來趕我們走了,態度也是很強勢,真無語。點心:一般般,食材還好,口味一般,類似的茶餐廳香港一抓一把。菜單選擇很少。價格:高於一線茶餐廳水平。綜合來說,非常不推薦,有這個預算不如去其他家,香港這麼多美食,不用花錢還看臉色。吃得非常不開心的一頓飯。最後沒吃飽還花了近一千塊!

後來上蒸點都係一籠3件一人一籠,包括蝦餃燒賣粉果。各件餡料十足,雖然冇用上而家各大新中式餐廳不同的奢華配料,亦冇咩花巧fusion。但將傳統點心用到的材料同工序都用心做,冇偷工,諷刺地講其實現今香港真係買少見少。

後者外型十足未開殼嘅合桃,外皮厚身微酥,內𥚃有唔少合桃粒同棗蓉?!,甜甜地幾香合桃味~


桂花糕貌似平平無奇,但實質加入左鳳凰單叢茶,桂花香氣突岀,甜而不膩。口感軟彈,又唔會太腍或者太硬,唔錯!


薩琪瑪軟綿有咬口,香甜唔黏牙,加入左椰絲同核桃粒增添香氣,甜度恰到好處

不得不提豆沙竹葉角!之前食佢地嘅陳皮豆沙月餅已經覺得個豆沙餡好高質,今次食一樣好滿意!外皮軟滑煙韌富糯米香,豆沙餡軟綿 唔死甜 帶陳皮清香~

從來都冇寫過一篇負評,因為出食評就係諗住介紹我覺得好嘅餐廳,平時食到覺得唔好食嘅餐廳會直接唔介紹,因為唔想可能係自己口味唔同既原因,令到餐廳連平反、進步、改善嘅機會都冇。不過對於服務唔好嘅餐廳,我冇咩容忍度,因為唔想大家入到去中伏,幾好食嘅餐廳,冇服務嘅話,都係唔值得回訪。話說今年諗住買月餅,其實我本身都買咗五、六間,女朋友諗住買月餅俾我屋企人,最尾就揀咗呢一間,因為呢間中菜點心本身都有啲想食,而且有見過Hailey介紹。同埋見到佢嘅口味去陳皮豆沙,幾特別嘅月餅口味,同埋估計我屋企人應該會鍾意呢種傳統月餅,所以最後就揀咗呢間。於是我哋就喺8月26號星期五夜晚去攞月餅,因為見到佢喺IG 8月3號出嘅post係寫11點至7點可以攞月餅,佢email上寫嘅都係一樣時間,咁我哋就諗住七點前攞完月餅就可以攞俾屋企人,不過我哋18:30去到餐廳嗰時見到嘅係相中情況。餐廳一個人都冇,而且熄咗燈,因為餐廳冇門口,只係用一個帶圍住,心諗email唔係寫七點?點解會閂咗門?跟住睇到OpenRice話餐廳係收六點,就一頭霧水。於是我哋即刻打佢IG同埋email上面嘅熱線,但係冇人聽,當刻覺得好似被愚弄,如果

餐廳一個人都冇,而且熄咗燈,因為餐廳冇門口,只係用一個帶圍住,心諗email唔係寫七點?點解會閂咗門?跟住睇到OpenRice話餐廳係收六點,就一頭霧水。於是我哋即刻打佢IG同埋email上面嘅熱線,但係冇人聽,當刻覺得好似被愚弄,如果你餐廳收六點,點解你IG同email上面係寫七點,但一個人都冇,而且又冇人聽電話,呃咗一個特登嚟攞月餅、諗住即日送俾屋企人嘅人黎中環。

餐廳當晚就回覆咗我女朋友,不過餐廳第一次回覆我哋只係道歉同埋地四個人提供一個tea tasting event,其實我唔想受佢哋恩惠,因為我只係想來攞月餅,如果接受咗佢哋嘅tasting,咁我係咪應該再出story同埋食評去反映真實情況。

不過餐廳始終冇正面回覆我哋究竟幾多點可以攞月餅,所以之後我哋回覆我哋唔得閒去tasting,重新再問一次係咪當時OpenRice上寫嘅營業時間(10-6)先係攞月餅嘅時間。(因為發覺佢哋係呢件事之後,喺OpenRice上寫嘅營業時間偷偷地改咗做10-7。)

雖然我仲好嬲點解餐廳冇解釋點解七點前去到係冇人,亦都冇解釋點解電話冇人聽,但我女朋友選擇再相信佢一次。

所以喺9月1號我再次嘗試去攞月餅,當日我6:40去到餐廳,但我見到嘅情況係一樣:餐廳一個人都冇,而且都係比條帶圍住,分別只係入邊啲燈仲開緊(其實我冇留意到究竟燈有冇熄,只係睇返相先至第一次有熄,第二次無熄。而喺佢哋門口場上寫嘅營業時間一樣係10點至6點。

我再次感到俾人玩弄,嘗試打電話去熱線,都係冇人聽,餐廳已經喺電郵回覆咗係可以七點前攞月餅,咁點解今次又係一個人都冇?我見到條帶下邊有一盒月餅,唔知係display定係就係我嗰盒月餅,但我當然唔敢入去攞,因為佢已經用條帶圍住,我入去會俾人誤會我去偷嘢。

之後當晚我女朋友就收到電話,係餐廳嘅經理打嚟,佢話睇相見到燈未熄,係其實入邊仲有人,只係喺入邊埋緊數,又話其實都有顧客同我哋一樣,嚟到餐廳見到燈未熄,就行入去,結果就搵到埋緊數嘅佢哋,就可以攞到月餅。所以佢叫我哋下次攞月餅可以出email通知佢哋先,咁佢會安排一個人喺餐廳,或者直接打佢呢個經理嘅電話。

我女朋友當刻被說服左,所以心諗就算,唔再退款,但我真係冇辦法忍受。最後我喺星期六嘅晏晝去攞月餅,結果我要三顧草廬先可以攞到一盒月餅,對於餐廳嘅回應同做法好失望。

第一,我點樣判斷餐廳係收咗定係仲開緊?淨係靠有冇熄燈?但你已經用條帶圍住間餐廳,咁我理論上係唔應該入嚟,其他顧客夠膽入嚟,但我唔夠膽,咁點解你唔解開條帶,俾多啲訊息大家餐廳係未關門?見到呢條帶,同埋一眼望晒餐廳一個人都冇,我正常嘅理解就係餐廳已經關門。

第二,你都識講有其他顧客都係同樣情況,咁點解你唔直接安排一個人坐喺counter坐到七點?即使你唔安排一個人喺出邊安排交收月餅,咁點解你個熱線喺六點到七點係冇人聽?咁個熱線作用係咩?埋緊數就可以唔聽電話?如果個電話六點到七點係冇人聽,點解你唔喺email或者IG post度寫清楚?

第三,我哋第二次寫email要求退款,你先直接打電話回應,咁點解唔係第一次就回覆我哋,話可以直接行入嚟餐廳入邊搵埋緊數嘅你哋,即使餐廳嘅門口俾條帶圍住,又或者係第一次就俾經理嘅電話我哋?

第四,我喺出呢一篇食評嗰時,見到OpenRice嘅營業時間偷偷地改咗去七點,係因為心虛?想我死無對證?但我一早影咗相,喺餐廳嘅門口係寫營業到六點。

其實我唔係要求有咩補償,我只係想餐廳第一次就正面回應我,同埋喺交收月餅嘅過程做得好啲,email同埋IG嘅指引清楚啲。如果IG post或者email寫六點餐廳就關門冇月餅交收,咁我就唔會平日特登過嚟。即使個月餅幾好食都好,我都已經對呢一間餐廳完全失望。

📍House of Orient There are less and less yum cha places in Central now given the fast lunch pace in Hong Kong. Gave House of Orient a try and it was a pleasant surprise! Although it is weirdly situated in the middle of Entertainment Building, it provides more tables than I thought. Their dim sums are all of good quality at a fair price. I am a fan of their 韭菜炸蟹盒, 香莤鳳冠餃, 咖喱魷魚 and 蝦餃.Not necessary to try their XO醬煎腸粉 and their soup. Otherwise, quite a good quick dim sum option place with good tea

There are less and less yum cha places in Central now given the fast lunch pace in Hong Kong.

Gave House of Orient a try and it was a pleasant surprise! Although it is weirdly situated in the middle of Entertainment Building, it provides more tables than I thought.

Their dim sums are all of good quality at a fair price. I am a fan of their 韭菜炸蟹盒, 香莤鳳冠餃, 咖喱魷魚 and 蝦餃.

Not necessary to try their XO醬煎腸粉 and their soup. Otherwise, quite a good quick dim sum option place with good tea options.

Price: HK$300 pp (lunch)
