環境十分舒適,空間感十足不會局促,就餐的體驗非常好。侍應的服務也非常好。茶葉的選擇有不少,水滾茶靚。除其基本茶葉每位$40外,有不少其他特選茶,由$60至$120一位不等。這樣的收費,茶好是基本要求!點心出品就乏善足陳。蟹盒除沒有蟹味外,炸得有點過,應叫蝦盒。燒賣也不太合格,灌湯小籠包真的不行,肉不鮮湯汁又沒幾滴,和我認知的小籠包有差距。蘿蔔絲酥餅和野菌水晶餃是今餐最佳。餐具很賞心悅目,用了雅致的藍色,另外公筷如能每人一雙就更好了。

恆常餐單係可以飽肚同試新嘢嘅,不過第一次去就當然想用個優惠價試吓用餐感受。Tasting Menu Sets 供應時間是3pm開始,避過中環午市人潮。價值亦比散叫的划算。點心出場層次:精選、煎炸、蒸、甜點沒有寫在Menu 上的蝦多士。不錯,但有點單薄,有口感但無咩蝦味同芝麻味。再來了海鮮批和蟹餅。由於太小,內容同樣單薄,就味道而言是可以一試,不會再想追吃那種。最後是甜品莎旗瑪令人失望:沒有蛋味又欠香脆。芝麻糕有點點香味卻太甜了點,質感也太鬆,不是我喜歡的感覺。桂花糕清香幽雅,跟這個用餐要打造的氛圍最近。可是仔細自,安保茶沒有所寫的味道突出,而藍白比對的China瓷器情懷細節亦缺場。那是一個可以靜靜用餐,又被迫準時才可下單,提早埋單的快餐服務。雖然大部份企堂都有禮,但呢個劇場式布局就係少咗說服力。以價比質來說及格了沒錯。

莎旗瑪令人失望:沒有蛋味又欠香脆。
芝麻糕有點點香味卻太甜了點,質感也太鬆,不是我喜歡的感覺。
桂花糕清香幽雅,跟這個用餐要打造的氛圍最近。

可是仔細自,安保茶沒有所寫的味道突出,而藍白比對的China瓷器情懷細節亦缺場。

那是一個可以靜靜用餐,又被迫準時才可下單,提早埋單的快餐服務。雖然大部份企堂都有禮,但呢個劇場式布局就係少咗說服力。

以價比質來說及格了沒錯。

In summary: everything was superbly done. Food aside, gotta mention the epic fail on the hygiene front: whenever a table departed, servers immediately started spraying alcohol vigorously onto the tables. Maybe the airflow system at the building was extremely efficient; we were attacked by the sharp and unpleasant sting of alcohol every time they started spraying. It was impossible to continue eating. Relayed my concern to manager, who seemed genuinely apologetic. Don’t think I would consider revisiting until this issue has been satisfactorily resolved.
