我們一行七人到嘉里酒店staycation,晚上到紅糖吃fusion菜。這裏的環境清幽,佈置簡潔,我們享受了一個悠閒的晚上。我們點了很多道菜。首先是楓糖黑豚肉叉燒,甜美的楓糖和豬肉的香氣十分配合,令人想吃完又吃。之後是鮮砂薑鮑魚雞煲。砂薑能帶出鮑魚的鮮味,放在熱辣辣的砂煲裏,讓人大快朵頤。接著是沖繩涼瓜炒和牛利。 涼瓜甘香爽脆,與濃味的和牛利十分配合。我最欣賞龍蝦湯西施泡飯。蝦湯的味道融入泡飯中,味道清甜濃郁。大澳蝦乾松板肉蒸茄子是一道較為家常的菜式。鮮味的蝦乾和充滿鹹香的松板肉,讓茄子更加美味。最後是瑤柱桂花炒米粉。米粉炒得十分乾身,配合淡淡的桂花香,很清新的味道。甜品是乾清棗皇糕。清棗的味道很清新,甜度適中。

甜品是乾清棗皇糕。清棗的味道很清新,甜度適中。

Dim sum is good but service is poor. We booked the second round, starting 1:30pm. When we made reservation, they told us the last order is at 2:30pm. But today, when we just finished the first round of dim sum, the time is around 2:08, the waiter came and told us that it is the time for last order. I asked why, he said chef will be off at 2:15pm. 嘉里酒店既staycation因為住套房所以有兩千蚊dining credit可以食飯酒店餐廳唔多基本除左自助餐就只有一間中菜廳紅糖就拎晒d dining credit同老豆慶祝生日book左七點半又連續去食第三餐七樓中菜廳紅糖呢層好似都有客房成日覺得如果住果層有餐廳或者lounge應該會好嘈我成日以為red sugar就係紅糖既英文名原來紅糖既英文名係叫做hung tong而red sugar其實係一間酒吧既名紅糖係三間五星香格里拉酒店入面唯一一間無星既中菜廳唔係用上傳統香宮名字而係紅磡個紅餐廳都用上紅磚外牆設計殖民懷舊風味無用上豪華吊燈同香格里拉兩間中菜廳完全唔同風格都幾切合嘉里既定位作為海景酒店當然仲有海景窗口位窗口可以望埋露台樓層果d房其實環境係唔錯不過座位雖然幾闊落但檯同檯距離算係比較窄會聽到格離檯講野而家紅糖由余偉經師傅主理余師傅由酒店開業之前已經加盟聽聞中午點心都幾精緻條金魚點心比其他酒店造得更精緻不過成家人都夜晚先得閒所以只可以book夜晚黎食檯面真係幾現代四人檯有梳化位無檯布檯面已經有預設三色醬茶壺都係跟番餐具既深色餐牌有余師傅介紹上網睇過余師傅之前係主理台灣W酒店中

中西餐在一齊,西餐可以選在室外,景觀更靚。今天先試中餐,清靜舒服。紅糖的名字不知寓意,本也不太高期望,但其實味道不錯,可以再來。本身細食,怕點太多食唔哂,試幾樣先。食完都飽了,有幾樣冇影到。下次天氣好的時候,來試西餐。

雖然我對佢午餐嘅評價唔係咁高,但今次再嚟食晚餐,晚餐的而且確好過午餐🤗 燒味雙拼 $408 - 乳豬同叉燒,係佢哋嘅signature,乳豬的確做得好出色,外皮脆,少肥膏🤤 楓糖黑豚肉叉燒相對嚟講無乜特色,其他地方都易食到類似質素🤔紅燒乳鴿 $168 - 大大隻嘅乳鴿,脆卜卜嘅外皮,整體來講好好食,但係用性價比嚟計就有啲低🤔酥炸和牛面頰 $328 - 牛面肉故名思義即係牛嘅面珠登,每隻牛只有左右一對,市面上好難買到🤤由於牛的面部肌肉運動量大,所以脂肪含量非常低,口感特別,其中一面以及中層都有筋膜,姐係現加呢度😝 含豐富骨膠原,煮完後有黏黏的口感,超級值得一試👍🏻菠蘿咕嚕肉🍍$248 - 份量嚟請算少,但係口感一流,性價比相對低🤔上湯浸時蔬 $198 - 無乜特別千貝糙米海鮮炒飯 $268 - 同上次一樣,佢嘅炒飯真係好正,粒粒分明,足料又夠味🤗茶芥 $32/位,6個人食咗$2175.8,人均消費約$360,雖然我覺得乳鴿同咕嚕肉性價比低,但除返我覺得成餐都幾抵😂
