家庭聚餐,老人家鍾意中菜,就揀左呢間黎試。喺 Kerry Hotel 入面,環境唔錯,仲有海景,空間感都夠,nice~呢度既中菜走新派路線,少少fusion。頭盤揀左桂花蜜脆蟮球,脆皮做得夠薄,加上桂花蜜,微甜又脆。蟮肉夠厚身,口感都ok,如果彈牙就更好。之後係鵝肝醬片皮乳豬件,最上面既乳豬皮好鬆脆,沒脂肪唔油膩。中層既鵝肝醬,味道唔濃,只係點綴同加多左層次。底部係炸饅頭片,外脆,中間吸左上面既油份,好食。成個比例,口感層次,味道都調較得好,推介!之後揀左個素食,松露野菌素千層。整體黎講清清地,幾好食。可惜既係松露既質量唔好,唔香,接近沒松露味。之後係脆皮醬油燒雞,皮夠脆,肉質係偏硬,雞胸有啲柴,雞味都幾濃,都算 ok。最後叫個薑蔥叉燒撈麵,普普通通。撈麵係粗麵,但唔夠爽口,叉燒絲偏柴,薑蔥味都唔夠香,可以做得好啲。整體都算唔錯,中規中矩。

Excellent food with a great view 🌃 Hung Tong, located inside the Kerry Hotel, is a modern Chinese restaurant providing delicate Cantonese dishes 😋 We're lucky to get a sea view table with a superb Victoria Harbour view 🤩 Every dish is a pleasant surprise!! Really love the Deep fried Wagyu and the Steamed fish fillet. Looking forward to coming back again 💕

叫左 8個點心, 除左廣島蠔春卷之外, 其餘每樣外貌精緻, 味道一流👍, 食物又可以打卡, 靚海景又可以打卡, 環境靚及座位坐得舒服, 確實高質, 所以貴少少都係值得!

又來集郵,嘉里酒店,5星酒店,我又係貪慕,放假特登拜訪,原先發現酒店open area 望海酒吧,從而才發現佢,原來佢位於酒吧隔隣,所以佈置設計像扒房西餐,可能係平日,餐廳只有4,5枱客,比較清静,我們坐於向海長木枱,幾悠閒,渡假feel。 先點例牌要食椒塩豆腐,近日喜歡週圍比較,考考工夫,掂,外皮薄脆,豆腐芯有濃郁豆味及軟滑,同駿景軒一樣水準。 羊肚菌雞湯小籠包$72,感覺有益又矜貴,味零捨不同,多汁,浪吓浪吓,特別菌香味。 松露鵝肝茘茸盒$78,一見鵝肝又吸引,外面穌炸不油也不厚,芋蓉不厚,餡飽滿,松露微至無,鹅肝多,無肝羶味。 煎糯米雞,想起有蛋香美味,但此件蛋漿較薄,顏色金黄,再煎香耐少少會香的,因為酒店出品,比較精緻,糯米層不厚,軟硬適中,餡一般。 每次不要食太飽,留肚去cafe食甜品。

煎糯米雞,想起有蛋香美味,但此件蛋漿較薄,顏色金黄,再煎香耐少少會香的,因為酒店出品,比較精緻,糯米層不厚,軟硬適中,餡一般。

紅糖飲茶有靚景,但如要坐窗口,最好提前預約。松露鵝肝海鮮荔茸盒一放入口只感覺到荔茸,因為荔茸份量偏多,隱約有小量松露味道。脆蝦紅米腸粉看似普通,個係所點食物入面最讚的。腸粉皮薄,入口香脆,放一陣後才吃,仍然脆口。雙籽鱈魚蟹肉餃皮薄,比普通蝦餃味道較為濃郁。蝦餃王當然都係皮薄餡靚,蝦肉爽口。瑤柱蟹肉灌湯餃湯比較清,感覺似菜湯。另外點左兩樣係主餐牌的食物桂花糖脆鱔球分量都可以,但偏甜,雖然表面醬汁很多,但是入面依然是脆的。糯米釀雞翼手工菜,味道都可以,但是$128只得一隻,略嫌少了。奶黃小金橘最尾食捚個甜品外表非常可愛,機本上除左外面嘅皮之外,成粒都係奶黃,變相太甜。二人lunch份量剛好,共大約$1000,性價比中上。
