食肉獸點可以唔食肉類🙈,因為我哋太鍾意食和牛所以今次都係叫咗和牛系列🙉,和牛出邊包住左一層好脆既表門(但係我就唔知嗰層究竟係咩黎🤪)正常酥炸會令你覺得個和牛會唔會老晒咬落去無肉汁,因為食和牛都係想食到佢啲肉汁連肉既口感,呢一味餸冇令我失望咁啱可以做到我想要嘅口感仲要外邊加咗食落有脆既感覺,成件真係可以形容為外脆內軟(呢個含有少少酒精,所以如果對酒敏感嘅就要留意)

最貴係呢樣🙈🙈其實佢餐單上係寫比四位用🙈🙈但係因為我另一半嘅食量好驚人🤣所以最後我哋都照嗌咗呢個黎試,本身我都冇咩期望因為喺外邊食嘅龍蝦湯泡飯,都係多飯少肉🤣但係呢度個龍蝦肉一碗入邊都有好多,仲要粒粒都係大大粒,唔會食咗都唔知自己有食到龍蝦🦞🤣啖啖肉,啲飯唔係用普通嘅白飯,啲飯食落去好似係米通嘅感覺,唔係林啤啤嘅口感👍🏽👍🏽啲湯非常之正,好重龍蝦味所以一定要湯連飯食晒,啲精華喺晒啲湯度🤣🤣

本身我對含有杏汁既食物係非常之抗拒,但係對呢個又OK,可能因為本身行汁味唔會太過多同埋加咗果仁口感好似食緊啫喱

又嚟到紅糖食晚餐

食咗個蛇羹,一個生炒糯米飯,一個雙冬羊腩煲,上湯豆苗. 甜品係紅糖甜品拼盤。

今次提早訂位所以可以攞到窗口位,維港海景靚景。

好期待蛇羮,生炒糯米飯及雙冬羊腩煲。

生炒糯米飯超高水準,有驚喜,味道非常好,糯米一粒粒,有冬菇,臘肉臘腸,如果有膶腸就完美了。

雙冬羊腩煲: 羊腩係新鮮黑草羊羊腩及好靚的腩位。 不過我還是覺得媽媽的羊腩最好吃。

蛇羮合格,但冇驚喜。

上湯豆苗要另外加80元,但上湯好淡,絕對唔抵食。 not value for money.

甜品是拼盆,一次過試三樣: 有楊支甘露,合桃酥及吉士包

合桃酥最好味

埋單每人差唔多1000。

沖繩涼瓜炒和牛脷
(Sautéed Waygu beef tongue with Okinawa bitter melon). 有鑊氣

甜品就由Cindy介紹的乾清棗皇糕
(Steam royal red date cake with coconut milk),果然冇介紹錯,好有質素,好濃的棗味
還有Cindy好醒目,我點了一碗白飯已預先分成兩半碗.
下次一定試Cindy推介原個椰皇燉花膠鮑魚(Double boiled Young coconut soup with abalone and fish maw). 亦期待下次試試蛇羹和生炒糯米飯

晚飯,高水準中菜廳,色香味俱全high quality food and good service。Excellent!

The only downside of the restaurant is a bit noisy as full house (even though there is enough distance between tables. Perhaps it’s not high ceiling enough)。

長輩生日當然揀食中餐,酒樓已經食到好悶,加上食物質素同價錢都唔抵食,閒閒哋一個小菜都百幾蚊,所以揀咗酒店級嘅中菜,貴係貴啲不過換來舒服好食嘅體驗。紅糖座位唔太密,又唔係太多人食,環境唔會好嘈,可以舒舒服服傾吓計坐下。燈光雖然比較暗,但係影相都影到海景。每一碟餸雖然份量唔係太多,但質素係好ok的。服務員都好親切,會成日過嚟執枱換碟。叉燒食落有驚喜,係個雜菜煲普通咗啲,不過老人家要食菜就算唔係生日,想揀間坐得好,又好食嘅中菜會再考慮呢度唯一要彈嘅就係份量真係比較少

第一道菜已經被吸引⋯⋯蟲草花貢菜!淡淡的麻油香味帶出蟲草花的清甜及貢菜的特別味道。

第三道菜是野葛菜生魚湯。充足熱度,清甜,沒有腥味!讚!
