銅鑼灣 Hungry Monkey 超值鐵板燒🥰🥰前幾天和朋友一起慶生,原價$708,我在OpenRice上用超爽價錢訂購2人套餐,才$508/2人份🤭餐廳內燈光和抽氣都控制得剛剛好,而且我比較幸運坐在廚師,一邊欣賞他的廚藝,一邊品嚐美食&聊天🤣,其他座位尚算寬敞舒適,但必須一讚服務員招呼周到。👍青蘋果蟹籽沙律夏日清爽又開胃,簡易蟹子青蘋果加埋我最愛的蟹柳沙律,完美的開場小吃🥰南國鳳尾日本沖繩產的雞屁股製作,金黃酥脆又不油不膩,下酒一流。辣酒凍風螺螺肉結實,加上廚師秘製的醬汁,開胃惹味👍🏻牛舌薄燒薄切牛舌輕輕一咬就可咬開,非常嫩滑,卻帶有濃濃牛味。草魚御好燒一道顯示廚師技藝與發揮,品嚐到多種海鮮食材,啖啖清鮮松葉蟹肉甲羅燒松葉蟹肉煮成醬,夾住青瓜片送食,感覺清爽之餘又品嚐到蟹的獨特香味A5和牛坑腩炒飯充滿牛味的炒飯,牛油黏在每粒炒飯上,香氣四射,而且份量十足朱古力炸彈外皮酥脆,裏面滿滿的流心朱古力醬,認真sweet,不過小心燙口又係超級滿足走人🤣🤣
