是晚和友人到銅鑼灣逛街,路過這間特色小店,發現原來是日本菜,決定試試。店面很像酒吧,像是日式居酒屋的風格。先來一個蕃茄沙律前菜,酸酸甜甜很開胃。友人點了啤酒,當然要配些佐酒小菜。酒煮螺和芥末八爪魚片,兩道菜都很入味。不喝酒的我要了杯蜜桃汽水,配著小菜吃也很棒。接著是清酒煮蜆。賣相很有特色,好像拆禮物一樣,打開後香味濃鬱,湯也很清甜。避風塘茄子很大碟,鑊氣十足。一夜乾雞扒十分特別,用一夜乾的方法烹調雞扒,吃下鹹香可口但又不失雞肉本身的鮮嫩。餐廳招牌是大阪燒,我們點了一份牛肉大阪燒。比起平時的大阪燒肉類和麵粉的比例較多,蔬菜比例少了一點。但更適合配啤酒。北海道燒蠔十分大隻,但肉質比較淋。友人比較大食,還要了一個鵝肝炒飯。炒飯粒粒分明,和鵝肝一起吃油香可口。雖然我已經很飽,但也忍不住吃了大半碗。
