今晚約了朋友去銅鑼灣食晚飯,久別重逢,當然要飲番杯聚舊。去了銅鑼灣登龍街一間日式料理店,主打鐵板燒。店內環境雖然不大,但好有feel,坐在吧枱,聽到鐵板上叮叮噹噹聲,好熱鬧。梅干威士忌割水酸咪咪梅干融入威士忌水,好特別啊!青蘋果蟹籽沙律非常清新嘅前菜。鐵板活北寄貝鮮甜,味美!香煎鵝肝鵝肝好綿滑,配蘋果減輕了膩感。白鱔燒到魚皮薄脆,香口。口燒牛舌嘩!真係好厚。熟度剛好,軟腍。廣島燒各種材料混合己成,淋上醬料增添口感。
