🌟Matsuba Crab and Sea Urchin Fried Rice $158
The fried rice portion is incredibly generous, with each grain distinct and separate. The flavors of the Matsuba crab meat and sea urchin are outstanding, and even though the fried rice is rich in oiliness, it doesn't overpower their freshness.
