I had an evening bite on the 3rd floor The Chase where is more casual. The 3-Cheese Pizza is much impressive with 3 types of cheese Cheddar, Mozzarellas, Cotija and my favourite rocket. The cocktail The Big Buck Down is one of the signature cocktail here, with Rosemary-infused gin, Campari, egg white and lime juice, which is very refreshing. The restaurant is spacious with indoor and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for friends gathering or couple dining.

A quick dinner after work.Started with a 'Cover Scent' cocktail, which is like a smoother, lighter take on an Old Fashioned (one of my favourites). The taste was excellent and easier to start with than a normal Old Fashioned. It came in a jar with smoke and glass/ice separately. 朋友邀約去是新開的餐廳。L Square本身已經是餐廳臨立，想不到這家Hunterand the Chase挺有驚喜的。它位於三樓及四樓，餐廳內有條樓梯貫穿。裝潢現代化，佈局也很寬闊，給人一種開揚的感覺。由於沒有很餓，跟朋友每人點了一個主菜及一杯Cocktail。我點了五成熟的Hanger Steak而朋友點了Seabass。上菜速度不算很快，但跟朋友聊著聊著就來了。Hanger Steak著重的是肉味濃厚，口感卻是帶嚼勁的，但配上他們的烹調後恰到好處。剛好燒到五成熟，讓肉質保留應有的嫩度。碟邊還配有兩款醬料：Horseradish跟Roasted Garlic。本人較喜歡Roasted Garlic。它的味道並不霸道，卻讓肉的鮮甜度大大提升。唯一美中不足的是肉上桌時有點冷掉，只是暖暖的。如果能再熱一點點會更好。朋友點的Seabass也很驚喜。原以為是一貫的魚扒，但上菜時卻發現它是一整條的！ 它與我對Seabass一般的認知有點不一樣。它並不充滿油香的，肉質並不是蒜子肉。但它的肉質卻非常滑，也很多汁，燒到外脆內軟的！喜歡小酌一兩杯的人也應該會喜歡這裡。他們設有一個很大的酒吧。酒精類飲料

The drinks we had were a fancy Pussyfoot mocktail and a raspberry mix drink. The pussyfoot tastes refreshing with classic style. It is one of the few places that make it good in town. The raspberry mix drink was fruity and sour. I do think it matches the taste of some ladies. We also tried the triple cheese deep-fried pizza. The restaurant is at the third floor of the building. When you get in, you will see a classic setting for table dinner which is really nice for couples or lovers to celebrate their anniversary. If you step outside, it is a different outdoor rooftop experience for chill and relax. We have order their signature burger and pizza this time. It is the best burger I have ever try, highly recommend! They also provide lots of choice for wine and cocktail. We do have a wonderful time here;)

平安夜辦公室既工作氣氛低落，不如落中環食個平安夜午餐然後收爐專心慶祝啦🤩🤩L Place既電梯安排比較差，等電梯需要好有耐性，上落一樣要等⋯⋯餐廳環境唔錯，平安夜午餐來講可以話好清靜。午餐走set lunch菜單，按主菜定價，包咖啡茶。頭盤有點caesar salad既，有點bone marrow既，有點pumpkin soup既。bone marrow製作需時，午飯趕時間既要避免。一般bone marrow都跟麵包或者多士伴食，依度跟scone（或者老美叫biscuit)，係我最愛🥰🥰。沙律同湯都唔錯，份量適中。主菜點左fish fry，其實係fish &chips，份量好大，有三大塊炸魚。炸魚既batter好厚，炸得尚算唔太油膩。反而薯條好夠乾脆，值得一讚。Order medium rare 既hanger steak煮得有d過火，變得太乾。燒雞同燒魚賣相都唔錯。甜品兩款另加$30供應。點左Apple pie 共享。Apple pie 係一定要跟vanilla ice cream 先好味。餐廳既vanilla ice cream 都好好味。服務方面，侍應非常友善，不過奈何廚房操作有

又到星期五，Happy Friday，當然係揾朋友由食lunch 開始啦🤪朋友同自己都係隨機到處試食嘅，今次就㨂中Hunter & the Chase! 一入餐廳問口，就比佢嘅寛敞空間吸引，舒適又雅緻！望望餐牌，喜歡吃牛嘅我，當然唔會放過吃steak 啦。我係叫medium rare 的，牛味夠亦有咬口，好味😋👍🏼，再配上前菜凱薩沙律，恰到好處！餐後配上一杯香滑Latte, 實在係大滿足😃！期待下次試試happy hour 或晚餐呢🥂🍾🍽Steak 香滑latte 凱薩沙律角位偈傾相當唔錯

又一間值得試既餐廳😋•Quail - 燒得好香好入味，好少餐廳有鵪鶉食，燒得啱啱,肉滑香囗Bison tartare - 牛肉他他好新鮮，有牛肉味,個sauce 有少少芥末味, 帶出牛肉嘅鮮味US ribeye - 我個朋友食到舔舔脷,佢話肉嫩好好味，五成熟剛好Tagliatelle - 手做麵配mushroom sauce ,最佳配搭，手做麵夠彈口

I went there 2 times, the staff was inattentive, clearly not trained for the job - my friend made the reservation and they got her name wrong, we asked very simple question about the menu and they failed to answer (sth like what fruit they used in one of the dessert, the waiter came back and said it didn’t matter cos the dessert was sold out), not to mention the questions regarding the wine list.... and the service is very slow.
