The environment of this restaurant is classy but relaxed. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had to drive so wine was not an option for us. We were greeted with a mixed plate of bread, from soft to hard, to suit different needs. We ordered seared foie gras, scallop carpaccio as our entree. I enjoyed the seared foie gras quite abit as it is crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. It was served with sour cherry meshed with some red wine sauce on a piece of bread. It tastes like a good cherry jam. 5/5 stars.

The scallop carpaccio was tasty, fresh, juicy and delicious. I like the lemon cress scent in the scallop, something new to me. 4/5 stars.

The striploin was tasty, ordered medium and when it was served, it came with gravy and steak butter which i didn't use as I prefer raw taste of the meat, juicy and not too bloody, chewy. 5/5 stars.

自己對薯條好著迷,今次原本American bistro night 的重點係個burger and milk shake, 但係我愛上左Hunter and the chase 的薯條。我同朋友原本想試佢個double cheeseburger,睇相勁吸引,但係我地9點幾太夜先到,所以佢已經賣曬。 最後我地叫左roast beef,再叫左兩杯奶昔。佢的牛肉超級超級超級好食,佢好淋,把一堆牛肉加埋薯條食,真係好正。另外兩杯野飲分別係shake the pie out 同埋 espresso choc o bomb。Shake the pie out 佢面頭會有apple crumble,飲落會有d椰香味,而且佢的配碟整得好有心機。影相出黎真係好靚呢個espresso chic o bomb 同個名一樣,係由咖啡沖的奶昔,佢仲配有枝朱古力餅同咖啡豆,不過如果你係飲左咖啡瞓吾著覺,就吾好試,佢咖啡味都幾濃郁。整體感覺都好好,會再去食,唯一係佢價錢偏貴,如果女仔,可以2個人share一個包再加野飲,咁樣已經會好飽。

The Mac ‘N Cheese Balls on top were a bit dry, it would be great if there were more cheese inside. The Fried Head Cheese Sticks on the bottom were amazing! The pulled pork inside did give us a pleasant surprise.

又係慶生飯,環境氣氛一流,靜靜地無幾多枱客。我哋被安排坐喺窗邊的一張枱,可以盡情傾計唔怕影響其他人。食物方面我比較喜歡個牛扒,條魚唔知點解腥腥地又多骨。前菜個lobster 加sea urchin 都ok,可以一試。當然個dessert就最正,因為係一個淋咗熱raspberry source 嘅朱古力蛋糕。小女最愛嗰個陪襯雪糕!原來呢間都有做嗰個1.5小時食完就有優惠的活動,但我哋坐咗2.5小時都冇問題喎!
