我們叫的係Thanksgiving set menu. 有幾度前菜,火雞,幾款配菜,甜品等等。


餐廳上左一隻燒得好靚嘅完整火雞,佢哋話俾我哋影相先。影完相之後我哋就話可以切開上菜。點知3分鐘都冇,就上咗一隻好似白切雞咁嘅火雞,完全冇火候。我們問點解係第二隻火雞,佢哋話係咁架。之後食嘅時候發現隻火雞仲要唔熟,waiter 過嚟攞走左就算。


Reheat 火雞上枱後,我哋等來等去都唔見有 gravy, 問咗侍應,佢哋竟然話冇晒( gravy 係食火雞其中一样最重要嘅元素)。我哋全台O晒嘴。


之後再問餐牌上邊話有 wild boar stuffing, 其中一樣我哋好期待嘅配菜,我哋又問 waitress, 佢哋話好快就嚟啦。之後5分鐘,餐廳經理叫開我們一個比較友善吃素嘅朋友,同佢行埋一邊傾,之後朋友返嚟話原來餐廳今日冇 stuffing.


基本上一年只吃一次火雞餐,火鷄 + gravy + cranberry sauce + stuffing 係最基本。餐廳竟然有兩樣嘢都冇。就算冇都冇諗過點樣同客人交代和道致歉。


我哋已經兩個星期前訂位,仲要落埋訂confirm,餐廳本應有足夠時間準備。如果當日知道冇,其實一般餐廳會事前講清楚。但是呢度每一次都係等我哋問嘅時候先至話冇,火鷄唔熟,就咁是但拎走就算,感覺真係好差。


呢間唔係普通茶餐廳, setMenu加酒水加服務費,最少$1000個人頭。咁嘅態度實在令人吃得不快。好彩今次只係一班好朋友聚餐,如果今次係我請客,餐廳咁嘅表現真係會好失禮。

We made a booking several weeks before the date to have the Thanksgiving set menu, and after 5+ phone calls to confirm they would have options for my husband who is Vegan, they continued to insist he would have to have what everyone else was having. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. We made a booking several weeks before the date to have the Thanksgiving set menu, and after 5+ phone calls to confirm they would have options for my husband who is Vegan, they continued to insist he would have to have what everyone else was having. Finally after we arrived at the restaurant and spoke to the manager they allowed him to order separate starters and mains.

Although the starters were ok, the restaurant wait staff were slow to respond, misleading, and inattentive. We had to ask several times before they allowed us to order. Things were looking up when they brought out the un-carved turkey which looked great, so we took lots of photos. However they took the turkey away to carve it, but came back with a turkey platter that was clearly a different turkey because the skin was 5 shades lighter than the one we just took photos with. Kind of strange, but okay. After taking two bites of the turkey I realized I was eating undercooked, raw turkey. After notifying the wait staff that the turkey was raw, and clearly a different turkey than that which we took a photo with, the wait staff informed us that yes - the other turkey was "just for photos" and that she would get her manager. No apology! The manager came out and said “undercooked? Ok.” And whisked the platter and my plate away (again - no apology..!). I had to ask them to replace my plate so I could continue eating.

After several minutes they brought back out the turkey dish which they said they broiled and torched. Still no apology.

We followed up multiple times for gravy and stuffing (both of which were on the advertised thanksgiving set menu) and the wait staff kept saying “yes it’s coming”.

What was even stranger at this point was the manager came out and spoke with my husband (the only one not having the set menu as he is vegan) and said “can I talk to you for a minute?” And pulled him away from the rest of the table near the kitchen.

After several minutes my husband came back and said they informed him they ran out of gravy and stuffing. They didn’t want to the table to make a scene and so they of course spoke to the only vegan. Seriously?!

They negotiated to only charge us for 2 out of the 5 dinner sets ($588 HKD/ person).

Even still, clearly never going back to this restaurant.

There were multiple opportunities for them to fix their mistakes, and we were not a particularly difficult table. The fact that the restaurant didn’t have the items from the set menu even though we made a booking (and paid a deposit) 2+ weeks in advance is pretty crappy, but not apologising when I pointed out the turkey was RAW is completely inexcusable.

  fish taco,fried fish tastes like English style one . With lots of shredded vegetables. I love the sauce and taste really good.the batter also have seasoning
slow cook taco as it took 45mins to.serve and I needed to pack it. and no one refill the salad. a great room.for improvement on speed

Deco interior design and relaxing atmosphere. Good to enjoy lunch there if have sufficient time.

yday, first time to visit this newly opened restaurant, we went to third floor to have the semi buffet lunch. salad is fresh and healthy.for the main course, we choose, fish tacos, steak and pasta and all of them are good except the steak too salty while the tacos pita bread too hard which is no good.coffee is tasty !i will come again !

遠離中環蘭桂坊多大的地方, 於L PLACE內的餐廳, 幾大幾舒適。4行人叫了四個前菜, 1份分享大份主菜, 1份牛扒, 2份甜品。全部都好食, 係除左出菜大快之外...最鍾意佢個BONE MARROW 係有牛骨髓+燉牛尾肉, 好濃郁!紅菜頭沙律都好開胃, 仲有黃色既紅菜頭MIX埋一齊。佢份主菜BISON SHORT RIBS 野牛肋骨肉超大份, 啱哂4個人一齊食。好多肉汁好嫩。甜品個蘋果批都唔錯!

Food is good and so as the environment, but service is very disappointing. Staffs are junior and not trained for the job. Sometimes it's more about the experience with the restaurant than the food alone.The restaurant is new, so expect it will ramp up over time but not for me again.
