然之後我會推介嘅就係呢一度封門柳,大約都係我哋所認識嘅牛腩不過位置上會有少少唔同,因為牛牛主張嘅就係啖啖肉但係封門樓會貼近少少其他嘅部位所以都係會有少少雪花嘅形狀,某程度上講都真係高級嘅牛柳🤣🤣 雖然係薄切但係好快就煮得熟,而且唔一定要全熟㗎其實少少粉紅先係最好味嘅食法,配合預先比大家選擇嘅醬料當中我會推介沙嗲醬同埋炸蒜蓉一齊包住嚟食先感覺到滋味😍😍 雖然本身就咁食嘅話都真係幾似雪花牛肉嘅味道👍🏼👍🏼但三五知己一齊食一半都已經大大盤絕對夠滿足大家想食肉嘅慾望😏

另外我都會推介薄切牛舌👅俾大家, 牛舌通常煮法都係鹽燒。 但其實放落好滋補嘅羊腩煲入面煮都有另一番嘅味道,另外亦都係因為薄切所以亦都唔好煮得太耐如果唔係就真係會太韌!!煮完之後配合左羊腩剩低嘅精華所以無論質感同埋味道都包含咗羊嘅天然調味料,比起鹽燒多出一份爽滑感😚

另外仲有好多海鮮亦都可以推介包括超級大隻嘅老虎蝦另外仲有唔同嘅淌淚例如珊瑚蚌同埋貴妃蚌,基本上都係應有盡有所以我唔係鍾意食海鮮定係鍾意食肉嘅人總有一樣唔會滿足到你❤️❤️

飲品嘅選擇都唔係好少㗎,成班人一齊打個高級羊腩煲嘅邊爐可以選擇啤啤佢,怕熱氣嘅話亦都有成果嘅椰青可以揀,再想解渴啲嘅話呢一度會有幾款梳打亦都可以推,重點係雖然唔係甜但係想突然有一個清新refresh嘅感覺就真係冇得錯過,又成日接觸到嘅青檸梳打去到青檸菠蘿梳打兩款都比到你純天然真正嘅梳打(就唔係青檸溝七喜呢一啲甜嘅汽水)

整體而言到咗冬天呢一啲季節真係除咗打邊爐之外亦都要多一個選擇就係打邊爐再配合羊腩煲,食完就真係一身亂亦都會遲啲會出現嘅寒流打好保暖嘅根底😏😏
