在中環,能夠吃到一個平靚正的西式午餐的地方少之又少!今天,為了和同事慶祝生日,我們一行五人爬上了Soho,走到身水身汗呢其實坐扶手電梯上Soho,很容易就可以找到這餐廳,你一直留意電梯左邊的餐廳就好了。大概Soho真的太多餐廳,競爭大,我們一時左右到達,餐廳竟然只有三幾台客人甫坐下,侍應馬上就送上了餐牌。$98一個2-course lunch!!!!!大家心裏面都只有一個問號,真係咁抵?點餐之後,侍應還送上餐包,不是很特別的餐包,但包是溫暖鬆軟的。前菜不久就到了。這是soup of the day: 南瓜湯這湯質感杰身,南瓜味濃而且亦富奶油香味。湯的份量很慷慨,喝完這熱湯已飽了三分同行有人點了toasted sourdough 評價是包烘得香脆,沙律菜也很新鮮清新,但調味就有點過酸。主菜我們點了三份魚,一份牛,一份burger。Burger賣相不錯,Beef patty牛味濃郁但就稍微煎得太熟。薯條看起來光澤黯淡的,但其實薯味醇厚,而且夠熱夠脆這個pan roasted sole fillets實在很誘人,sole fillet 在高溫的煎pan中吱吱作響!吃一口魚肉,很熱,肉質很滑溜

這個pan roasted sole fillets實在很誘人,sole fillet 在高溫的煎pan中吱吱作響!吃一口魚肉,很熱,肉質很滑溜,淹沒魚柳的牛油汁香濃好味,整個菜式是無懈可擊的

I called the restaurant a day before and request to have "Happy Birthday" on my dessert. I ordered this octopus small plate, it was quite nice as a cold plate. With bell peppers added and the texture of octopus was quite special.
The churros i had was quite nice as well despite the mistake they made.

We were a bit peckish one Sunday afternoon so we stopped by and ordered their tasting platter, which had 30 g each of serrano, lomo, chorizo, and salchichon iberico. It was served with some hearty bread slices and gherkins. I wish they could add some cheeses, but after all they are named "Iberico" so I guess I'll let it slide, haha.

As it's along the escalators, it's a nice spot to chill over drinks and small plates while you people watch. If you're lucky, you might even witness some tourists who trip and fall at the end of the escalator because they were clearly not paying attention while taking selfies! (Yes, I've seen this happen before and it is schadenfreude at it's finest!)

I couldn't fault the general construct of their dishes which follow themes that all good tapas venues will feature. Namely a primary ingredient propped up by a bit character to elevate something simple - say an excellently seasoned melange of tomato and basil piled upon competently toasted bread ($62) - a ridiculously elementary dish which was unfortunately one of the few winners of the meal. The same went for a lovingly braised lamb shoulder ($108), one of the only dishes that received smiles of delight from our table, rather than eye rolls and angry quips that followed most dishes.
On the other hand a three ingredient dish of chorizo, duck egg, and an over abundance of acrid onions ($97) felt like a Freshman attempt at tapas - utterly missing finesse (raw onions) and a stingy hand with only a whisper of chorizo actually present. A dish of octopus marinated with parsley, chili, and lemon ($98) - understandably significantly more difficult to execute - was a failure in its sponginess and overwhelmingly fishy flavor... Aye dios mio!
Frustratingly, the massive menu of tapas standards kept striking out, despite the ease of execution. Goat cheese stuffed piquillo peppers ($62), served ice cold and obviously pre-made days in advance, delivered with about as much soul as lift muzak.
Service also failed in its naivety of the food and wine they were attempting to sell - multiple service staff couldn't describe the wine list beyond general superlatives such as "good" and "popular". When prompted for food recommendations, we were steered only to the most expensive dishes without further explanation.
The buyer's remorse continued with the delivery of what should have been the highlight of a sub-par meal: the $340 seafood and chorizo paella. Instead, it compounded the disappointment and annoyance of the entire table who had to endure through insipid rice, rubbery seafood, and most disappointing, the lack of any inspiration in the form of the socarrat (crisp rice), which is the hallmark of the dish. Without that crispy contrast, the paella at Iberico & Co is reduced to an overpriced, weakly flavored, mushy rice, with bits of half thought ingredients thrown in.
At the surface, this restaurant resembles a cutting edge and trendy tapas restaurant. At it's heart, Iberico & Co is a misinformed impostor posing as the real thing.

The decor is chic and modern, dimly lit so it's a place for dinner. The entrance has a bar area for people to have cocktails while they wait or those who just want to have cocktails. The decor is chic and modern, dimly lit so it's a place for dinner. The entrance has a bar area for people to have cocktails while they wait or those who just want to have cocktails. We came here for an early dinner with our baby. The staff was very nice and reserved our table with a baby chair set up already. 

Theres an extensive menu of small plates and big plates. The small plates are not small,contrary to what our waitress told us. We ordered way too much food and had to take it home. We ordered octopus in olive oil and chili, tuna ceviche, crispy pork belly, grilled asparagus and spicy ribs. 

The octopus was ok. There was not a lot of taste to it, but just drenched in oil and a few bits of herbs. The tuna ceviche had a smokey smell to it, which when we asked the waitress  she said that was the style. Unlike the lemony ceviche we were used it, this one did not do so well with our taste buds. The crispy pork belly was the best. The cut of the meat had a perfect layer of lean meat, fat and a thick crispy pork skin. There was a sweetish sauce that went on top of the meat but I took it off and ate the meat as is which to me was perfect. It was salty enough and the textures of the meat was very flavorful. The spicy ribs was ok. It was as how ribs should taste but it didn't strike me as anything special. The portion was huge. One can order that as their main course.

Overall we felt the meal was average with the pork being the best. The others unfortunately was nothing special.

I love chimichurri sauce which was why I chose this.
When it came, there was a generous amount of chimichurri sauce so I was happy.
The chicken was a bit too crispy and hard because it was overdone otherwise it would have been delicious and I wished the chimichurri sauce had more lime juice in it.

It's just near the 2nd part escalator to soho. nice decoration and nice service provided. Well, you asked me how about the food. Frankly speaking, I personally think here is not my choice. Well, you asked me how about the food. Frankly speaking, I personally think here is not my choice. The choice of tapas is around 15 and not special.

We ordered the jamon, goat cheese with pepper, fried pumpkin with indian curry sauce, asparagus and pork belly.  

jamon - just a few piece, small and fatty. you cannot taste the true taste indeed. 

goat cheese with pepper - pepper is too sweet but not matched with goat cheese.

fried pumpkin - it is a little bit weird with indian curry sauce. 

asparagus - side dish onion is much fresh than asparagus.

pork belly - apple sauce is too less and the pork skin is too hard and salty but meat is soft and juicy.

dessert - chocolate mousse ...ahh....i could say fair to the price 7x.

The most I loved is the bottle of wine I ordered. It's vina Bujanda from Rioj 2009 reserva.

if you are looking for chitchat place , here is the good choice but not for traditional Spanish food if you desperate to look for it.

I cannot recommend Iberico too highly. I had an early dinner there last weekend, and 4 tapas plates – from a large selection -- were sufficient for two people, as was the litre of Rosado sangria with berries. I cannot recommend Iberico too highly. I had an early dinner there last weekend, and 4 tapas plates – from a large selection -- were sufficient for two people, as was the litre of Rosado sangria with berries. There is also a smaller selection of big dishes for those who want a plate to themselves.
The Patatas Bravas dish was lovely and rich (but I would have expected a larger portion), and Pumpkin Peri Peri was a great recipe for a sweet and spicy dish. Those two plates came out of the kitchen quickly and within a minute of each other; I was therefore puzzled when fifteen minutes later I had to ask about the two remaining dishes. However, the dishes arrived as we were speaking, succulent halibut steak and a stunning dish of scallops on slices of Portuguese black pudding, topped with grilled serrano ham. I soon forgot about the timing error between the dishes and the small portion of potatoes.
The quality of the dessert, churros with chocolate, matched that of the earlier dishes.
I will be going back there soon.

 之前在澳洲吃過一家西班牙餐廳的garlic prawns, 覺得很好吃, 所以也特地點了Shrimps pan tossed in garlic butter ($110) 試試, 賣相不錯, 蝦大隻又飽滿, 但肉質不夠結實彈牙, 香草味又太濃, 搶了蒜蓉的風頭, 最可惜的是溫度只是微暖, 這樣的溫度很難開胃吧

 Crispy cider roasted pork belly with apples ($97) 腩肉和脂肪層軟腍, 豬皮脆口鬆化中帶微鹹, 配上微甜的醬汁和蘋果肉味道剛好, 但溫度又是讓人提不起勁的微暖, 脂肪層也凝固了, 影響食味, 不然應該是一道很精彩的菜

 Pan fried spicy chorizo with fried duck egg ($119) 以滾燙的平底鑊盛載 (終於是熱的!), chorizo 味道較濃, 幸好有點洋蔥中和一下, 鴨蛋是流心的, 可以蘸蛋汁來吃, 但整體有點油膩

 吃完這三道菜覺得不夠 (也可能是微暖的菜令我們沒有飽足感), 所以加點了薯條和海鮮飯, 很瘋狂, 最後也當然吃不完, 要把剩下的食物拿走 Fries with black truffle salt & white truffle oil ($62) 是厚切粗薯條, 一上桌已經聞到黑松露的香氣, 薯條熱得燙口, 外脆內粉糯, 加上松露香是錦上添花, 我都一條接一條的吃

 Spicy chorizo & seafood paella ($338) 份量十足, 兩三個人分吃都可以, 青口, 蜆, 魷魚和大蝦都有, 看得我口水直流, 可惜味道遠不及賣相, 飯粒較乾硬 (自己比較喜歡濕潤一點的海鮮飯) 又一點鮮味都沒有, 全都被chorizo的味道和過於濃烈的香草味蓋過, 還是簡簡單單的海鮮飯最好吃

  招牌菜差不多全都試了, 但都沒有一款特別突出或令人回味的, 以這個價錢應該有更多更好的選擇吧, 希望店家會注意一下食物的溫度和香草的份量, 最後也再一次祝表姐生日快樂~~
Other Info. : 網上看到其他食評都好像沒有我遇到的問題, 希望只是店方一時失手吧

We absolutely loved our dinner and drinks at Iberico in soho! First impressions was a busy and lively restaurant that had really nice decor and vibe. The menu had enough choice for this tapas style dining and drinks menu looked really good. We started with a passion fruit capriani cocktail that was delicious!!!We ordered an array of tapas style dishes including the montchego cheese which came with a lovely quince paste and a pot of honey. We absolutely loved our dinner and drinks at Iberico in soho! First impressions was a busy and lively restaurant that had really nice decor and vibe. 
The menu had enough choice for this tapas style dining and drinks menu looked really good. 
We started with a passion fruit capriani cocktail that was delicious!!!
We ordered an array of tapas style dishes including the montchego cheese which came with a lovely quince paste and a pot of honey. This cheese is to die for. The meatballs in tomato sauce were succulent and well seasoned, I highly recommend this dish. But the piece de resistance was the slow cooked pork with crispy crackling. Wow is all I can say! We ordered another one as it was just too good! 
The desserts were another win, with the sticky date pudding being one of the best desserts I've tasted in a long time. It was moist, perfect amount of sweetness and accompanied with a delectable butterscotch sauce. I would go back to just eat this. We also tried the churros with hot chocolate dipping sauce. Also soooo yummy! 
This is the perfect place to come for a nice evening with friends. Great drinks, great food and great atmosphere. I highly recommend Iberico. I'll be going back for sure!

周末在IFC看完戲, 最好到熱鬧的SOHO吃頓飯, 從行人天橋走上些利街, 看見Iberico就知道有豬吃, 在香港尋找好高技術皮脆肉嫩兼油脂溶化的Pork belly, 確實有點難度, 所以就進店試試看, 樓底高環境不錯, 但檯和檯之間有點近, 說話不太方便, 朋友嗜酒, 一坐下便order了一枝寫著評價RP90的紅酒, $500左右, 但飲下卻像Table wine, 帶有澀味, 不值這個價錢,我 一看Menu就可以選定幾個想的頭盤, 首先是豬皮, 伴芥辣, 脆身偏咸但不熱像缺了靈魂, 蒜片油浸銀魚仔, 作為頭盤算是稱職, 有蒜咸魚香, 銀魚仔有tapas的風味, 送酒一流, 輪到好期待的Pork belly, 肥瘦各半, 炆得好淋入味, 好像媽媽住家的炆腩肉, 還有蘋果一齊炆, 有蘋果香甜味, 但不像我期待的西式Pork belly, 有點失望, 朋友耳猶未盡, 再叫了一道主菜是Today special, Sea bass, 好新鮮, 肉質不錯, 煎得皮好香脆, 伴些蕃茄, 有少許辣, 不錯, 其實整體我覺得可以推介, 但朋友說食物全都咸了些, 重口味的朋友可以試試!
