有次嚟到廚師推介有「腦天」,即係吞拿魚頭頂嘅肉(聽起嚟有啲驚驚😅)少喺普通日本餐廳有得嗌,所以同朋感覺點咗嚟試🥢腦天經火炙處理,表面油脂豐腴,底部仍然呈刺身狀態,口感嫩滑,口感層次豐富😋

已經有差不多兩年沒有出關去日本,真心超掛住日本的料理。但香港高品質的日本料理真的少之又少的。前菜:日本時令生蠔兩食袖子生蠔及北海道海膽生蠔。生蠔好鮮甜之後池魚王刺身,師傅好用心將魚肉的筋膜都抽出,令到魚肉口感更好。依間餐廳是使用茶漬飯代替我地常食到的白飯製作壽司🍣,味道適中,更襯托魚生的鮮味。另外小食都好有驚喜-漬品小食沙角及蒜頭師傅自己漬的沙角,清甜爽口。食完壽司再食依頭,超滿足的。起初我都比較抗拒蒜頭,因為味道大,但是師傅用了魚木醫製作,令到驚喜滿滿。更是食了一個又一個,是停不下來。有酒飲更好依兩個小食無影相,因為上台不夠30秒,全無啦我會再來的,服務細心,品質高,師傅用心。
