同朋友都係中環返工就相約收工去食拉麵~入到去雖然店舖唔大 但好有日本街頭風味 感覺好親切咁醬料都叫幾多 for客人自助~呢啲配菜都幾好食架!未上菜之前我地已經好似上哂癮咁叫左碗最original 既一虎拉麵就咁睇好似同其他拉麵舖頭差唔多 但係哩個湯好香豬骨味 食唔出有味精平時係出面麵唔敢飲太多湯 因為會好咸 但哩個湯底實在太正師傅話係用豬骨去餚湯 所以飲多幾啖都唔會覺得咸至於舊叉燒都算不錯 有兩大塊 易咬亦唔會太硬 當然未去到入口即溶 但都非常有好味同好新鮮朋友就叫左明太子拉麵加左溫泉蛋一隻櫻花蝦相當多 而且面質都好爽口 配埋濃郁既湯底簡直一流!每食一啖面就飲一啖湯真係好正!

就咁睇好似同其他拉麵舖頭差唔多 但係哩個湯好香豬骨味 食唔出有味精
平時係出面麵唔敢飲太多湯 因為會好咸 但哩個湯底實在太正
師傅話係用豬骨去餚湯 所以飲多幾啖都唔會覺得咸
至於舊叉燒都算不錯 有兩大塊 易咬亦唔會太硬 當然未去到入口即溶
但都非常有好味同好新鮮

櫻花蝦相當多 而且面質都好爽口 配埋濃郁既湯底簡直一流!

炸雞香氣迫人,一陣一陣的熱氣帶着炸雞的酥味。熱辣辣,完全冇雪藏、油渣味,亦沒有血渣,只有炸雞的香味。一口又再接一口,真係好正。絕對不是麥當勞、肯德基粗製濫造的角色👅

是晚到了朋友公司附近的一虎食拉麵,雖然天氣好熱,但突然想食下拉麵嘛。隱藏在小巷內的拉麵店,七點多來到不算太多人,一進去就有位了。店內有不少外國人,店長用日語招呼日本食客,另外的店員說著英語,國語同廣東話,真不愧是中環,小小一間麵店都要操流利多國語言。先來一碰冰凍啤酒解解暑,堂食夠一百蚊就免費送的。味道清甜淡口,沒甚麼啤酒的感覺,飲落像汽水多一點,意外地對胃,好好飲呀~枱上已有一大對調味品,但這三樣是坐低後店員才會遞上的,是辣椰菜,辣韭菜同辣醬,喜歡食辣的人就不要錯過了。赤虎拉麵($95)朋友一向好辣,點了辣味的赤虎拉麵。湯頭濃郁的豬骨味,微微辣而已,幾惹味喎。朋友選了捲曲麵,夠彈牙,好食。一虎拉麵($97)自己點了一虎拉麵,貪其有蛋。問過店員同白虎拉麵有甚麼分別,店員話係一樣的,就是有蛋同無蛋嘅分別囉,哈哈。濃濃的湯頭,顏色很深,喝下有黏口的感覺,味道對胃。自己要了直麵,軟硬適中,好吃。叉燒半肥瘦,挺有咬口。最期待的蛋留最後才吃,果然沒有失望,十分流心,蛋汁好好味呀。味道還不錯,份量也夠飽,下次試下別的口味先。
