To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Let me send email to Italian Chamber of Commerce since its totally unacceptable!!!! I am old customer living in DB for more than 10 years and Il bel Paese has bene always Italian: don't change it!!!!

    Great lunch the other day. Always enjoyed the food here & now with the new manager the service/experience was great. We started with a cheese platter and a caprese salad. As main course we had a delicious pizza and a black seafood pasta. Will be coming back very soon!

For desert they have a pretty good selection of delicious homemade ice cream. The location of the restaurant is good and convenient to all the other shops and restaurant and is very close to the bus terminals and the ferry.     We went for happy hour with snack buffet ( 4.30-7pm) , great snacks and reasonable priced wine. we decided to have dinner there, ordered a Gnocchi and a Tortellini for sharing, the Gnocchi taste like flour dough with cheese sauce and the tortellini filling’s half empty ... the service is good but the food is disappointing .

      For the first time in my life I actually refused to pay the service charge. Highlights:
      * starter: bread arrived in time for dessert, after asking twice
      * drinks came after main course finished, asked 3 times - just tap water would have been fine
      * have to walk over to staff to get any attention
      * wait staff dismissive, and frankly unable to perform basic duties of their job
      * terrible food: 2 of the 3 dishes lacking any flavour, and have zero side salad; hard bread
      * good orange juice, if you ever get it
      * to top it off: unable to bring bill to table, go inside to pay!

      It wasn’t even that busy, maybe half full.
      Staff didn’t care at all even as we refused to pay service charge. No hint of an apology offered.

      Never returning, this was already their second chance from bad experiences in the past.

        都有幾年沒有來愉景灣，這是幾年前與男友來到此地慶祝情人節，現今仍然勾起不少回憶，行到來廣場，總是忘不了此餐廳的tiramisu,行過li bel Pease, 又回憶它的美味的tiramisu,記得多年前，一個細細杯裝的tiramisu （take away ）賣38元，現今已經沒有細細杯的take away,現在有大件裝54元一件take away,不過今天又有時間，我選擇在餐廳outside座位享用我的蛋糕，堂食的tiramisu 是45元，另外我點多杯regular coffee $38,連加一總數是91元，堂食的tiramisu都好大件，賣相都好美，tiramisu上放了一片片的草莓 ，碟上塗上了不少草莓醬，tiramisu雖然改了recipe,但味道都仍然保持水準，蛋糕夠濕潤又鬆軟，咖啡味仍然香濃，mascarpone cheese 仍是香軟滑溜，蘸上香甜的草莓醬更滋味，接下來當然不少得來杯黑咖啡，咖啡味道濃郁香醇，苦味會較重，入口順喉有回甘，聽著輕快的歌曲，陣陣微風及陽光下享用下午茶，正是消磨時光的好地方。

              星期一嘅一個下雨天的晚上, 全間餐廳無人, 我和朋友全程都係得我地一圍, 感覺好似包左場咁但個STAFF成日問我地食完味, 其實只係8PM左右, 搞到我地好似阻住佢地收工.. Rib Eye Steak (medium well) - 好睇唔好食, 賣相真係相當吸引可惜牛扒無牛味而且有點過熟. 上面仲要無拉拉加左些醋做點綴, 搞到塊牛扒有醋味係上面好古怪, 浪費左塊牛. Gnocchi with cream and walnet - 呢個有些驚喜, 本身gnocchi 有點膩同好易飽但佢沒有放好重芝士份量而加上多一點合桃令感覺冇咁膩, 白汁好香好有忌廉味,呢個菜值得一試.Cold cut ham platter (Parma Ham & Speck Ham) - 不過不失,冷盤前菜用來配面麭或者芝士也係不錯嘅選擇.
