話說今天朋友請客他們預先訂了75公斤重量的吞拿魚,今天宴客總共有30人,但無論如何也不能把三文魚連打包吃掉。當然原條吞拿魚在面前切開,很有氣氛感也感覺10分新鮮,與此同時我們也吃了一些鐵板燒的料理,但由於我喝了很多酒,冇辦法記得當時的味蕾了。依稀記得拖羅很新鮮,但切得太厚了,海膽也不錯👍🏻但一直田舍家的風景與位置的質素也被他的食物來得好。收費貴、食物水平一般、但風景極美好、服務也不錯,大概就是這樣了。

呢間餐廳好特別,佢將所有日本唔同嘅煮法集合埋一間餐廳。有浜燒,鐵板燒,普通壽司刺身魚生。間餐廳比較大,忙嘅景都好靚。昨天去咗食鐵板燒,但係價格相對來講,我覺得同一個價格可以去其他嘅地方食。佢嘅料係還可以,係隻生蠔細咗少少。叫佢俾個隻大嘅我,個廚房唔願意。😫鵝肝,龍蝦都煮得唔錯。西冷牛扒都好好味,係唯獨舊和牛,我覺得唔應該咁樣煮。如果薄切燒會好味啲。純粹圓方真係唔係好多日本菜,所以想去試吓。呢個價錢我寧願食其他日本餐廳。

食過好多次田舍家,今次第一次去食佢地既爐端燒。環境一直保持到高質素同高水準,所有食材都係好新鮮,每次去田舍家都唔捨得離開好有日本氣氛既環境。所有order 既食物都係見到日本師傅係前面燒,而且十分正宗。本人食過好多日本餐廳,但係搵唔到有其他比田捨得更好。suggest 大家可以去試下!!

平時只散叫既爐端燒做週年promo,推出限定set半價,吸引到唔理疫情都要黎食。因為係ICC高層 101 Dinning,同預想一樣一入去大廳就見到靚景,仲見到山頂有少少雲海。行到private room先拎得切電話出黎影。爐端燒房食物水準好高,某幾個特別好味就打左星。師傅用支漿送上食物,客人自己接住。勁好味兩人份晚上8點師傅會表演打年糕,打完會share俾客人食,又一款隱藏甜品。哩個抹茶小火鍋都好好味。

上上星期因為提早慶祝聖誕節,朋友知道我中意食日本菜,諗住揀間好啲嘅日本餐廳,於是揀咗呢度。我哋6點去到,當時店內未有其他客,成間舖好大陣雪味。朋友話book咗窗口位,但侍應話窗口位已經俾人book晒,冇得坐窗口位有點失望,而且到我埋單離開時,仍有一張窗口位枱係從來冇人坐的。Sake選擇亦很一般,除咗價錢非常出眾嘅十四代之外,其餘都是很普通的選擇,所以pass。Service非常一般,上前菜時侍應有介紹三款前菜係乜,但佢啲廣東話我聽唔明,冇諗過呢個價錢食飯都仲要聽譚仔話。食物質素還可,叫做夠新鮮,但亦冇甚驚喜,只屬一般港式日本菜。以呢個價錢嚟講,我不會再去。
