放題食得多,今次同朋友試一試位於ICC的田舍家!就環境而言絕對係最佳的!店內舒適的環境配上窗外的維港夜景,是美食之外的另一視覺享受。而食物方面,不論精緻的前菜,新鮮的刺身,外脆內軟的鵝肝都是難得的美食!菜式不但精美、用料新鮮,而且份量不少!是值得再一試的餐廳。

田舍家位於ICC頂樓, 能飽覽維港景色 Ben爺尤其是喜歡在一邊吃美食時一邊觀賞漂亮的維港晚景 。餐廳內部佈置熱鬧 ,有點像日本的築地市場 ,所提供的魚生新鮮不在話下,A級雪花肥牛 用來吃shabu shabu 輕輕的在湯汁內 遊動兩下 就可入口, 連同蛋汁香味,肥美的牛肉就在口中融化 !真的吃多少遍也不夠。 接下來燒汁鵝肝 簡直一絕 ,鵝肝要燒得 外脆內軟並不容易,火喉過猛裏面分分鐘是冰冷的,但是太大火鵝肝使縮水起渣 ,這裏的 鵝肝絕對令你齒頰留香 這餐晚飯雖然花費二千多元但是我覺得還是物有所值!

今天午餐老闆帶我到Sky 100的田舍家吃開年飯,店家特別為我們安排了窗邊的位置,飽覽著整個維港的景色,非常寫意,下午不用上班就好了😂這裡有多種Lunch Set可供選擇,有壽司set, 刺身set,鐵板燒set等等,我們不約而同都選擇了鐵板燒set:我選海鮮類,老闆就選了和牛。前菜是雜菜沙律🥗,非常喜歡和食中的前菜,種類很多,而且每樣的分量都不是太多,可以一次嚐到不同的漬物。炙燒帆立貝:外皮燒得金黃色,中間半熟,質感鮮嫩;廚師還把魚子間在帆立貝中間,雙重口感。炙燒大蝦:太過「精緻」了吧😅蝦頭亦沒有蝦膏,肉質不夠彈牙,質素一般。炙燒鮑魚:燒得恰到好處,所以吃來很有咬口,肉質彈牙,讚👍🏻👍🏻火炙三文魚:最出色的是魚皮,炸很非常香脆;魚肉略為有點過熟,不夠嫩滑;另外還有一個炒飯,炒飯都算粒粒分明,不過味道平庸。來這裡吃飯真是「吃風景,吃氣氛」而已😅

Then the show started - it was interacting with customers on making sticky rice cake, lifting up plates, clapping hands etc. Quite alive and quite an experience. The meal started with crab legs, a taste of freshness and the sea. Then followed by all kinds of veggies. The kinki fish, known as the sea sapphire, was well cooked with crunchy skin and extremely tender meat. We enjoyed every moment of eating the fish. We were too full and left the beef tongue almost untouched...had one piece - juicy and tender as expected. The chefs are nice, funny and strong (or you can say quite handsome). It was an interesting and pleasant experience. Plus my Fairchild wine got better and better as the meal went along and was definitely a nice add. Will I be back? Um...I will need to double think...maybe for the fish

就在享用食物期間,原來大番頭已經為我們燒好重頭戲鹽燒喜知次。經過一小時的鹽燒,這尾其貌不揚的深海魚已經變得金黃發亮,同時散發出令人垂涎的香氣。馬上以筷子輕輕刺開魚身,魚油伴隨清脆的魚皮聲流出,馬上把皮和肉都一拼放進口中,香脆魚皮、嫩滑魚肉、豐腴魚油俱全,這就是為甚麼喜知次這麼受日本人喜愛的原因了。

北海道海鮮蒸飯好吃,但相比之下,和牛松露蛋飯只有過之而無不及。和牛先輕灼至表面微香,切開仍看到嬌嫩艷紅的和牛雪花紋。把蛋黃、碎蔥花和黑松露攪拌,香氣立時倍增,也把和牛片昇華至另一境界,幾種食材的衝擊,味道有如幾何級數般上升,這個飯就算再飽,我也忍不住吃完再添。

朋友請客帶我們一行三人去ICC的田舍家環境方面一流,昏暗的燈光配上落地玻璃窗,維港景色一覽無遺,在高聳入雲的地方用餐,感覺實在是享受我們叫了很多食物價錢當然不菲,但食物質素實在是頂級前菜相當出色,每款份量不多但口味獨特。刺身方面用最新鮮的材料,加上厚切令人回味無窮壽司方面由師傅決定當日新鮮材料而製,拖羅和海膽,實在令人有種在日本魚市場吃的感覺帆立貝賣相精美,新鮮肥美配上魚子已不能形容終於來到熱盤,這一個蝦,必定要試新鮮的蝦炒得香,而且啖啖肉再來一客奢華的鮑魚海膽沒有藥水味在香港少見偶爾奢華的一餐實在令人享受美景美人美食,夫復何求?

Service其實唔差,個view唔使講當然好靚。但係除左呢啲,就搵唔到其他可取之處。平均一個套餐$2000左右,但食物質素一啲都唔值。每一種食物都係普普通通,不過不失。如果個餐係$500我覺得接受到,但如果收$2200 (連小費),我就覺得簡直係離譜。 總括嚟講牛有牛味,魚有魚味。但跟出色有一段好大嘅距離。收咁嘅價錢,絕對唔值。 可能睇完Menu上嘅價錢,會有expectation。但千祈唔好對佢哋嘅食物質素有任何期望。只係非常一般!總括嚟講比緊二千幾蚊但係食緊三四百蚊嘅嘢。

On Inakaya’s website, it says “all themed VIP rooms embrace the breathtaking view of the Victoria Harbor”. So I decided to go for the restaurant for the night view for my VIPs coming to HK.

I called the restaurant to make my reservation and confirm over and over there will be night view in the private room. The girl who picked up the call confirmed about the night view and told me there is a min. charge of $20k. I said that is no problem.

When I get to the restaurant, I saw at the corner of the room, about 1/10 of the room size is a window where you can see the skyline of HK. But rest of the rooms are only walls. I got extremely upset and asked the restaurant to explain. The lady said this is what they called “night view”. I pulled out the photo they posted on their website, telling them that is what I am expecting. She then said that the room I showed her can only fit in 8 people, if I want to use that room, I will need to book two rooms combined together and the min. charge will be $40k. I told her nobody told me that in the phone and it is only fair she tell me during my reservation I am only going to see 1/10 of the night view for $20k min. charge.

Restaurant with dishonourable marketing campaign and staff is not worth of visiting at all. It will forever be in my black list.

肉類方面,有要趁熱吃的鐵板燒日本大和穀飼豬($378),以及我大愛的鐵板燒A5宮崎牛。和牛燒得外層微微焦脆而肉質軟腍juicy,肉味香濃肥美,但吃起來又不覺油膩,每一口都大滿足呢~
