總店位於日本東京六本木的田舍家,在本港ICC也有分店,向來只有晚市才供應的爐端燒於近日午市也有提供,所以趁中午去試試。廚師會在你面前烤煮(大部分)食物,然後再以木漿遞到你面前。叫了Lunch Set,野菜兩款分別是杏鮑菇和蘆筍,蘆筍烤過後唔會乾爭爭,咬開仲有汁,真心好食,相反個菇無乜特別。前菜三款,有一隻蠔仔、炸和牛三文治及cheese。主食則可選和牛或海鮮蒸飯,和牛蒸飯的牛有點乾,配飯的海膽汁反而有啲驚喜。海鮮蒸飯有魚子、蟹肉和海膽,加點豉油撈勻食都ok。另外散叫了石燒北寄貝、燒蠔(呢隻大好多,亦鮮甜好多)以及免治雞肉丸,三樣的質素都比set的好得多,似乎Lunch set有點將貨就價的感覺,好大機會唔會再去了。

Same as Odyssey next door, delicious food and beautiful view, nice ambience! I love how dining here and Odyssey you get free valet parking, it’s just so convenient. I forgot to take photos of most of the dishes we had, but here are some and you can see the nice quality of the food.I don’t normally like 白子 fish sperm, but this is actually creamy and tastes pretty good.The oyster in vinegar jelly is A+.Sashimi beautiful quality as most good restaurants.Excellent service.

Same as Odyssey next door, delicious food and beautiful view, nice ambience!

I love how dining here and Odyssey you get free valet parking, it’s just so convenient.

I forgot to take photos of most of the dishes we had, but here are some and you can see the nice quality of the food.

I don’t normally like 白子 fish sperm, but this is actually creamy and tastes pretty good.

The oyster in vinegar jelly is A+.

Sashimi beautiful quality as most good restaurants.

見朋友成日去,終於都到我試下位於icc101嘅田舍家🤤本身喺日本已經有極大名氣,今次試佢個omakase全部都好新鮮,除咗呑拿魚卷點咗少少豉油之外,全部都冇用過個豉油,因為師傅已經調好哂所有味,所有嘢都非常夠味,有我最喜歡嘅深海池魚,金目錭同右口魚要讚,右口魚入口即溶,呑拿魚卷加咗醃蘿蔔更爽口,最後有烏冬同蜜瓜作埋尾,好飽滿!加上佢有個無敵靚景,之前都試過佢隔離嘅法國菜,環境亦非常靚,下次再試佢最有名嘅爐端燒🤤

總括食物質素有參差,平均值都係一般,更稱唔上物有所值,如果計埋個VIEW、餐廳環境同服務,個CP值都係低。每位服務員都有一股高高在上嘅態度。明白可能佢哋需要留意我哋食嘢進度去安排下一道菜上檯,但係碟上面嘅食物都未食完 (非擺盆裝飾),就嚟要求收拾,而且有一種好似被監視同被催促感,但係到最後都係一堆頭送上檯,好似有一種叫你食快啲離開嘅感覺。

101樓高嘅風景當然非常好,一入餐廳景色咁靚,食咩都加分啦~~~日同夜各有風味個人覺得食lunch比較抵食,佢lunch set 最貴就9百幾,我比較食得多,加啲嘢同飲埋啤酒,二千有找,但夜晚要四千到啦!佢嘅魚生好新鮮,壽司都好好食海鮮熟食嘅鐵板燒或者爐端燒更加唔使講啦~~~魚、鮑魚、蝦。。。任何野都煮得好好食,連伴碟菜都好好味有一點美中不足嘅就係我唔吃牛,所以主廚就轉左豬俾我,個豬就有點鞋最後,我要求一個荷包蛋炒飯,好正總括而言,所有都ichiban

好少寫食評,但係呢間餐廳值得一篇超級劣評!服務質素茶餐廳不如!嘢食未食完就被收走,上食物時亂咁放,完全唔會介紹食物內容。唔會問食客有啲咩唔食。有個阿姐,問佢問題10 問9唔知,態度超級惡劣。如果呢間係一間茶餐廳,我可以接受。但係話自己又米芝蓮又剩,簡直連麥當勞都不如😡😡😡一定唔會再食,超級伏!The worst dining experience I ever had. Try it yourself if you dare to !!

覬覦呢間嘢好耐la,米芝蓮二星+無敵海景日料,平時好難book,疫情期間終於book到位la!起初喺窗邊seaview位同吧台位糾結左一陣,最後都係揀左bar seat,畢竟食omakase都係坐bar有feel d😄

價錢喺omakase中算係貴少少,但食完覺得非常抵!首先餐飯食到最後超飽(我大胃王黎嘅,食omakase好難覺得特別飽),份量充足且菜式比普通omakase多,甜品都有兩種,d魚有真係好新鮮!
