星期四下班後和老公到銅鑼灣禾日吃晚餐。有散叫的餐牌,亦有提供有二人晚餐,我們肚子太餓,所以叫了三個都是主食。月見厚切骰子魚生丼魚生切成一粒粒,變成骰子一樣,幾款魚生都挺新鮮的,沒有筋,挺肥美的,飯加了壽司醋,酸酸地。季節野菌釜飯即叫即做,需要等一等。釜飯有點像香港的煲仔飯,只是飯焦沒那麼多和脆,把材料撈勻吃就可以了。辛口明太子冷稻庭烏冬一隻半熟蛋加大量的明太子和烏冬混合一起吃,烏冬彈牙煙韌,不會辣。

希慎basement裝修後開了很多新餐廳,禾日開左B2的角位,略為隱閉。睇menu覺得套餐幾抵食,就不考慮太多,直接要左個套餐。香蔥碎吞拿魚腩配脆米餅吞拿魚腩蓉配上香蔥及香脆米通,香脆同軟綿綿嘅口感混合,層次分明。刺物拼盤包括吞拿魚、油甘魚和北海道帆立貝,吞拿魚油脂充足,入口充滿脂香。炸軟殼蟹籽沙律軟殼蟹上桌時是熱的,配上冷冷的蟹籽沙律,軟殼蟹外脆內軟,相當滋味。串燒我選了車海老及自家製日本免治雞棒配日本雞蛋。雞肉及雞軟骨的比例恰到好處,焦脆的雞軟骨串混合金黃色的蛋黃,焦香中帶點潤滑。海鮮茶碗蒸茶碗蒸中有蝦、蟹肉同松茸,十分嫩滑。蔬菜天婦羅盛有茄子、南瓜、香菇等,粉漿酥脆不覺油膩。北海道十勝豚丼豚肉厚切,帶咬勁,肉味愈嚼愈濃,米飯香軟粒粒分明。最後以雪糕作甜品。
