向來鍾意食日本米,比較平日食的泰國米香及多水份,今晚去了希慎廣場地庫,重新裝修之後有很多新食肆,看中呢間居酒屋「禾日」,因為用日本米,仲有兩款選擇七星米及越光米。先飲碗湯先,行咗成日商場有啲凍!點了:京都鯛魚豆腐湯 $88奶白味香,豆腐超滑。點了兩個飯,精選角切魚生丼 $178用清香的七星米,唔會蓋過魚生的味道,仲有漬物、薑及芥末,味道清但有層次。呢一款飯有和牛,當然豐富得多:爐端燒和牛雙拼定食 $298和牛小排、牛舌配魚沼越光米,和牛小排與牛舌好得,燒得香,肉質靚,越光米亦都更香。裝修時尚,並非傳統日式居酒屋,所以更加舒適有空間感。

When we looked at its menu, afternoon tea sets were being served and the price was very reasonable. They also have high tea sets for 2 presented in a 3-layer rack. Since that contained more sweet items rather than savoury items, we opted for the savoury dishes.

Items on the Japanese afternoon tea set menu were single items only, while there were things you could add on, such as 2 pcs sashimi, 1 pc sushi, fried chicken, mochi cake with seaweed soy sauce, steamed egg with mixed seafood, and roasted dried cod fish etc.
