聞名已久的國際咖喱館, 今晚由朋友帶路到此覓食 先推開一道大門, 內面仿如舊式茶餐廳的裝修般 餐牌上的咖哩名字古怪, 令人R晒頭, 反正唔知係乜, 就撞撞手神點了三款不同的咖哩汁配不同的肉類。臨點菜前朋友已叮囑份量絕不惹小, 但還是想試多幾款不同的口味於是點了三款食物。 咖哩斑塊(伴洋蔥):咖哩汁質地較稀,不會太辣但不夠香,斑塊大塊亦厚身,名副其實的啖啖肉, 數量亦不少。咖哩羊肉 (伴脆肉瓜): 這款咖喱是三款中最好味的, 質地較為濃稠, 亦較辣夠惹味最適合混飯和薄餅等。而咖哩汁和羊肉味道是分開的, 還好羊肉還夠腍, 保留應有的羊肉香味, 味道也不錯的。 炒雜菜:雜菜已切成一絲絲的, 同樣混了咖哩汁, 但由於蔬菜容易出水,已致水旺旺的樣子, 賣相極不討好, 味道只是一般。由於份量偏大, 到最後還是打包了兩款餘下的食物回家。建議兩人點兩款食物已絕對足夠。

已致水旺旺的樣子, 賣相極不討好, 味道只是一般。

由於份量偏大, 到最後還是打包了兩款餘下的食物回家。
建議兩人點兩款食物已絕對足夠。

先上的是咖喱角同牛肉角, 兩者外表一樣, 點的綠色醬汁也一樣, 只係入面的饀料不同, 一個是雜菜粒粒, 一個是牛肉碎, 個人鐘意雜菜多少少啦, 咖喱香而不辣, 外皮是脆脆春卷皮, 好味好味.
咖喱蝦我地揀左小辣, 但以唔食得辣的我都唔覺得辣, 但又不失咖喱香, 而可惜個汁不是杰身的, 比較水水, 所以無論撈飯定係點薄餅, 都唔係話十分適合. 而入面的配菜並不算多, 洋蔥還算生一點, 而蝦細細隻, 肉質尚算彈牙, 但不太入到咖喱味. 另外一款是特辣的咖喱魚柳, 我唔敢點汁啦, 不過食左半舊魚柳, 魚柳真係好入味, 即係辣到傻. 不過個汁一樣是水水的...印度薄度細細片, 熱辣辣, 就咁食味道也不俗.

肉類方面, 牛仔骨大大碟, 份量十分, 不過鬆肉粉似乎多左少少, 牛已經沒有質感了. 不過跟上的疑似咖喱汁, 還是沙嗲汁, 其實食唔出, 不過我覺得佢比較杰身, 比起樓上兩款咖喱汁更為吸引. 而雞件伴著很多炒洋蔥, 我食的雞奕位肉身不會太鞋, 但雞胸位真的比較死實, 同埋伴菜實在太鹹啦, 所以連件雞係比較鹹, 這兩款肉食不推介. 炒菜先有西蘭花及椰菜花, 正正常常, 都不錯啦. 跟餐還有六罐汽水, 令我在特辣那一下之後回復知覺, 哈哈.

I ordered a chicken Vindaloo Hot. And it was the most bland curry (more like watered down soup) that Ive ever eaten. Had a stomach ache afterwards.Recommend eating curry at the many other better joints in HK. The selection of Curry houses in HK is so good there is literally no reason for you to come here!

另加的羊肉餅可算是驚喜之作,它外層炸得非常香脆,內裏的薯茸幼細,煞是好吃。
蘸上青綠綠的薄荷汁,甜甜的很是配合。

平時我唔會食生洋蔥架, 但都係咁點黎食, 我就覺得番茄好味過洋蔥, 因番茄鮮甜, 令咖哩辣中帶甜

下次會約多D人黎食, 咁可以試多D款

終於來到國際咖哩館,自己嗜羊在待應指導下點了東印咖哩羊。這份咖哩羊就像一套讓子彈飛。第一主角不是羊肉,是咖哩汁,入口一刻並不辣,反而很香,汁中有濃濃的羊肉味,不像一般餐瘾的咖哩,咖哩和肉完全沒發生關係,慢慢吃下去,開始感覺胃有一股暖流,辛辣後勁令人舒服無比。就像戲中的姜文,演技純熟,霸氣內斂 ,一人戲份由頭帶到尾!咖哩汁中有炸脆的洋葱和葱粒、又有蕃茄片、生洋葱片,菠蘿,還有印度薄餅,他們就是葛優。沒有這些香、甜、辛、酸的配菜,咖哩汁沒法發揮他的優點,是不可或缺!羊肉只是配角,部份肉味已跑進咖哩汁裡去,這位又羶又多肉的配角當然就是劉嘉玲!那周潤發是什麼?戲中的發哥,演譯方式浮誇,跟電影中其他演員全然格格不入,正像國際咖哩館的服務…. !

The service was quite decent but the pleasantness stops there.We had beef vindaloo and beef rendang at $75 a pop which is hardly cheap. My biggest beef (pun intended) with the dishes was sauces, the vindaloo littered with pineapple pieces was laughably sweet and syrupy and the randang was completely bland, tasteless and without the slightest hint of lemongrass and coconut. My biggest beef (pun intended) with the dishes was sauces, the vindaloo littered with pineapple pieces was laughably sweet and syrupy and the randang was completely bland, tasteless and without the slightest hint of lemongrass and coconut. What is going on????? To top it all off, the beef which had been pressure cooked hours if not days earlier had marbled tendon throughout which is something I could not stand. So that was a night to remember for all the wrong reasons. This restaurant is way past its glory days - it is best the owners pack it all up and get someone in who actually understands how to cook a decent curry and actually care about what gets served.

沙嗲豬肉串:串燒肉類容易燒得乾燒得鞋,這兒的串燒火喉控制尚算恰宜,豬肉串雖未算juicy,但亦不會過於乾硬。沙嗲汁方面,香味一般,味道偏甜。咖哩斑塊:咖哩汁頗香,又不會太辣,混飯吃不俗。斑塊以青衣柳為材料,數量還算不少,OK。隨菜式附送兩件印度薄餅,溫度微暖,質素一般。咖哩干炒蟹:以雌蟹入餚,蟹膏多而香。蟹肉鮮味仍在,但肉質不夠結實。調味方面,咖哩味不算突出,反而香葱蒜片更為吸引惹味。炒雜菜:在云云味濃食品中的清淡菜式,以西蘭花及椰菜花等作主要食材,OK。招牌炒飯:乾身香口,幾好食。椰青:冰凍清甜解渴,配以咖哩菜式上佳。

咖喱乾炒雞好食, 中式既炒法加上印度咖喱配撘,很香口,非常好吃, 同印度佬既雞係兩樣野, 印度店會將雞先加調味,跟本食不到雞味 ,而這裡應該是即叫即炒先落味, 可惜正因如此, 雞肉不算淋, 會帶點刃,巴基C坦牛腩咖喱香加上一點奶香的咖喱汁, 味度很大眾化,很好吃, 未上菜之前心想七十幾蚊個牛腩會唔會貴左少少, 但一上菜, 份量很多, 如果係女士就一定食唔晒, 入口頗淋滑, 好有牛味, 一定是新鮮牛腩, 好!!有幾多地方而家會用新鮮牛腩比人吃丫, 都有既,九記囉,但一碗湯腩麵都成60啦, 有幾多舊比到你?!所以都幾滿意,仲即刻買左個帶返去比娘親試下
