食左個招牌紅蝦意粉,係我人生中最好食嘅一個意粉!上面嗰一個香草係紫蘇花,第一啖食落個意粉好正,第二啖加埋底過一個汁,真係驚為天人,第三啖加埋香草食,有另一番風味,到最後隻紅蝦同帶子,都變咗配角!第二個係蜆肉蟹粉雲吞之類啦,你哋可以睇Menu,我圈住左,個人感覺,真係比下去,我覺得個Carbonara 仲正過佢,雖然佢用啲好貴嘅料,日本蜆,蟹粉,意大利椰菜花,但加埋一齊,我覺得複雜咗,好似食緊蟹粉小籠包嗰一個味咁,個皮係好滑嘅!不過我朋友就覺得佢好好食,好食過Carbonara!口味嘅嘢,真係好個人!Carbonara 都係好好食,好欣賞佢整到個煙肉微微脆,個意粉係同紅蝦意粉果一款一樣嘅,但係另一種感覺,好香濃,好彩我上咗個紅蝦意粉先!到最後仲叫咗一個蘑菇湯,佢哋好貼心咁將個湯同你分開兩半,但係個意粉太好食啦,蘑菇湯就冇乜特別!最後想讚過個紅酒煮啤梨,好好食,但係個紅酒汁反而同個梨唔夾,我個人覺得個汁麻麻,就咁食個啤梨就已經超級正!雪糕仲可以揀味!個餐前麵包都好好食,杯凍朱古力就一般般!最後買單兩個人 $1200 左右,我下次一定會叫兩個紅蝦意粉,咁樣會覺得滿足啲!

到最後仲叫咗一個蘑菇湯,佢哋好貼心咁將個湯同你分開兩半,但係個意粉太好食啦,蘑菇湯就冇乜特別!


最後想讚過個紅酒煮啤梨,好好食,但係個紅酒汁反而同個梨唔夾,我個人覺得個汁麻麻,就咁食個啤梨就已經超級正!雪糕仲可以揀味!


個餐前麵包都好好食,
杯凍朱古力就一般般!


最後買單兩個人 $1200 左右,我下次一定會叫兩個紅蝦意粉,咁樣會覺得滿足啲!

呢個𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐚同平時食到嘅唔同,醬汁主要用蛋漿做,所以店員都有提醒我哋要快啲食,我唔係蛋汁就會變熟。醬汁蛋味真係好香濃,𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘆得嚟唔會膩,完美地掛係每一條麵條上。粒粒煙肉亦都有助增添鹹香度!
反且鐘意呢個𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐚多啲,價錢都差好遠啊ಠ_ಠ美中不足嘅係,份量真係太過少,完全唔夠喉~

除咗紅蝦意粉之外呢一個頭盤都好似當晚附近嘅每一台都有叫~唔知點解我哋以為依個係一個熱嘅芝士𝘄𝗿𝗮𝗽🤣原來係用菜包住沙律咁~蕃茄仔非常之鮮甜,再加埋粒粒𝐌𝐨𝐳𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚,醬汁開胃,乾脆嘅𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝗺增添鹹香。
整體冇咩特別,份量都比較少,性價比較低。

店鋪內另一焦點就係傳統卡邦尼,而佢賣點就係「正宗」只用蛋槳不用忌廉,一樣做到creamy效果而且有濃烈既蛋香味,不過留意一定要襯熱快食,因為佢比用忌廉既Carbonara更快凝固成一舊舊。

上網睇黃店去試,點知d餐前麵包少到好似俾小朋友食,夾埋先普通一塊方包嘅四分一左右(大家對比下牛油刀) ,駛唔駛連包都慳成咁,亦唔再講有冇得refill包依件事。叫咗個set lunch,意大利粉係幾煙韌,味道好過cafe少少,但佢個set其實係連一杯野飲咁意思,收你$16x,食理念都唔係收到咁貴,做黃店都要索價合理先得,埋單就$18x。最後個侍應問我加唔加甜品,我就諗加埋同去酒店西餐廳食差唔多價錢,接近$25x,點解要幫襯一間咁普通而唔值嘅小店呢?食野都係求味道好,坐得舒服,理念緊要。所以都好明白點解餐廳lunch hour 10張枱都唔full,原來真係有原因,一直以黎都過譽。如果叫貴d意粉就差唔多單價$300,比得起5星酒店k11 artus都冇咁貴。一路望向廚房都見佢地都唔忙而且人手好多,不如有時間諗下點解咁少客仲好啦。

上網睇黃店去試,點知d餐前麵包少到好似俾小朋友食,夾埋先普通一塊方包嘅四分一左右(大家對比下牛油刀) ,駛唔駛連包都慳成咁,亦唔再講有冇得refill包依件事。叫咗個set lunch,意大利粉係幾煙韌,味道好過cafe少少,但佢個set其實係連一杯野飲咁意思,收你$16x,食理念都唔係收到咁貴,做黃店都要索價合理先得,埋單就$18x。最後個侍應問我加唔加甜品,我就諗加埋同去酒店西餐廳食差唔多價錢,接近$25x,點解要幫襯一間咁普通而唔值嘅小店呢?食野都係求味道好,坐得舒服,理念緊要。所以都好明白點解餐廳lunch hour 10張枱都唔full,原來真係有原因,一直以黎都過譽。如果叫貴d意粉就差唔多單價$300,比得起5星酒店k11 artus都冇咁貴。一路望向廚房都見佢地都唔忙而且人手好多,不如有時間諗下點解咁少客仲好啦。

睇過訪問話呢度有最正宗嘅Carbonara所以決定黎試😤正宗嘅Carbonara唔用cream只用蛋黃🥚睇相都知呢個Carbonara嘅蛋係幾咁豐富,汁濃而不太黏口,且煙肉大細適中,唔係乾煙肉粒,鹹味同蛋汁互相配合意大利粉最重要的是Al dente的口感,同Carbonara一樣,兩款意大利粉都做到Al dente得黎又唔硬,或者本地人會習慣更腍的口感,但這應該才算時正宗吧。至於呢個蟹肉意大利粉,食材配搭上非新鮮事,只能說味道和份量絕對剛好。睇起黎平平無奇的tiramisu,可可粉多而細但不嗆喉,值得一試

食物質素、服務、地點、用餐環境、收費 — 我想表達的是,兩年多的經歷教曉了自己,以往慣常用來量度食肆的標準,以及為味蕾而吃的態度,已改寫得翻天覆地了!肚子餓到哪家食店找食的取決,已昇華至良心的層面!至於潮與不潮、打咭與不打咭,早已跌出我的盤算!

結婚紀念的晚上,讓我倆心靈得到舒暢、而脾胃又得到享受的是 「Involtini」,一個非常美滿的選擇,感謝老公接近一個月前的安排。

早知「Involtini」是米芝蓮推介的餐廳,到了現場,發現無論用餐環境、陳設、以至餐牌的內容,均予我一切從簡的感覺,看來米芝蓮做了件實事,終歸可將焦點投放於食物當中!

King Crab Cake with Prawn Powder HK$168


蟹餅是老公十中有八九的前菜選擇,而我對蟹餅的興趣只是一般,大抵西式蟹餅的吸引度不及泰國當地餐廳所用大大嚿的鮮拆蟹肉所致。而大部份香港餐廳多用罐頭蟹肉,蟹餅與蟹肉兩者雖然不能相提並論,但蟹肉的鮮味的大有不同。

話得說回來,「Involtino」為蟹餅花了不少心思,首先從不光是一塊圓的造型觀察出來,在碟上以蝦粉倒製的橙紅蟹形襯托,老實講挺吸睛的!

另外,餡料精選了 King Crab 蟹肉,入口要比一般蟹肉來得幼細及鮮美,吃時沾上蝦粉,蟹餅的味道頓時變得與別不同!
