呢間餐廳係米芝蓮餐廳仲要係黃店真係唔簡單,上到嚟一定要食佢嘅招牌西班牙紅蝦意粉,超級香濃嘅蝦香味,個麵充滿淡淡嘅鮮味,蝦肉結實彈牙,果然名不虛傳,另外仲叫咗一個卡邦尼意粉,呢度嘅意粉唔係用忌廉而係用雞蛋煮成嘅汁,所以個汁會比較濃同厚身,配搭嘅係豬臉肉而唔係煙肉,完全顛覆咗我對卡邦尼意粉嘅感覺,食過真係返唔到轉頭,以後我會對卡邦尼意粉嘅要求大大提高,蘋果批超級無敵好食,上碟嘅時候仲係熱嘅,Raspberry嘅雪糕都好好食,莓味好重,值得一讚嘅係餐廳服務態度超級好,因為我嘅朋友是孕婦,餐廳職員主動向我哋表示會把雞蛋煮到全熟,另外蘑菇湯上面嘅生磨菇亦會為我朋友拿起,呢間餐廳食物又好服務又好真係值得再來

首先一上菜已經俾佢嘅香味吸引。入口佢個手工意粉就係比較香港人嘅口味,唔算特別al dente,但係都十分有質感,彈牙有麵粉香。 佢個意粉汁係用濃厚嘅海鮮湯底熬製再加上酸酸味味嘅小蕃茄食,好鬼開胃。套餐嘅半隻龍蝦都都處理得十分之恰當,但係略嫌龍蝦肉有少少overcooked。不過味道搭救,整體上都有係有驚喜嘅!!嗚依家睇返好想食T.T

兩個人share可以分成兩碗,份量都唔算少。菇味都幾明顯,唔會比好似一般嘅菌湯咁比忌廉味蓋過晒,口感醇滑,但唔會覺得膩,面頭有幾塊薄薄嘅磨菇可以食下菇嘅原味🤪

呢到嘅招牌菜🍝係人人必點嘅,不過份量比我想像中少,男仔食應該唔夠飽(女仔食完都只係叫做唔肚餓🤣)

店員會教你先食一啖意粉,再撈埋碟上嘅紅蝦汁食,最後就啜埋蝦頭入面嘅汁🦐

意粉口感有咬口,但唔會覺得太韌,每條意粉都厚度一致,唔會因為手工製作就一岩一忽,意粉上面雖然都有紅蝦汁,但係依然食到意粉既麥香。撈埋紅蝦汁食會食到好濃郁嘅蝦味,咸咸香香好惹味。蝦頭入面睇落無咩膏,但啜到爆汁🤣至於蝦同帶子都煮得唔錯,唔算驚為天人,但都係好食嘅。


🍊Fettuccine with beed ragu $198
相比之下呢個牛肉醬闊條麵就有啲失色,肉醬煮得好濃郁而且份量啱啱好,每食一啖意粉都可以配埋香濃嘅醬汁,不過牛肉無咩牛味,食落口感有啲似吞拿魚🤣而且味道較單調,無咩層次咁,但意粉都係煮得好好,彈牙有咬口🤪


整體黎講係唔錯嘅!尤其係你想食有質素嘅意粉 / 💛西餐都可以一試!不過我覺得味道未到驚為天人/要係咁推薦比朋友,同埋如果要早兩三個月爭位我應該未必會再食啦~

紅蝦面380的價格真的不值得,和其他米芝蓮優質餐盤相比,裝修也是相當不值。口味還可以,但確實不值這個價。餐品選擇少,分量少。主要以意大利麵,沒有常見的pizza,牛扒和海鮮也只有一款,牛扒還售罄了。吃過幾十家米芝蓮,這家算是比較不符合價格的一家,主要是麵食,開放式廚房也沒有什麼可看的點,煮麵你覺得有什麼可以看的呢,相比於一家開放式廚房的秘魯餐廳,有燒烤,等各種製作,這家廚房是真的沒有什麼可看。廁所裝修和衛生不佳,需要改進。
