看過其他食評説海鮮湯的味道跟紅蝦意粉有點重疊,於是頭盤點了雜菌湯和松葉蟹餅。雖然我們二人只點了一份湯,餐廳會便把它分成兩份,非常貼心。雜菌湯質感像醬汁般厚,野菌味濃,好喜歡。松葉蟹餅的擺盤十分精緻,蟹餅啖啖蟹肉,本身已有調味,櫻花蝦粉只是錦上添花。其實待應姐姐推介期間限定的香箱蟹意大利飯,但由於我唔食芝士,唯有同香箱蟹講bye-bye。選了另一Special,海膽烏魚子意粉。第一次食手造意粉,原來意粉可以咁爽咁彈,帶有淡淡蛋香,好驚喜。可能有烏魚子關係,個人覺得味道偏鹹。幸好海膽夠甜,還有三文魚子的甘香,才令整個意粉的味道多一點層次。最期待當然是西班牙紅蝦手造幼麵,一端上來陣陣蝦香撲鼻。麵身非常掛汁,每一口都嚐到蝦的香味。西班牙紅蝦的肉質爽脆,味道則較清淡。而最精彩的當然是蝦頭,輕輕吮一口,蝦的濃香充斥口腔,鮮而不腥,那個香味沒有其他蝦可以取替。用叉再把蝦頭在意粉上壓一壓,讓剩餘的蝦腦汁滲入意粉來吃,香味倍增。最後還吃了 Tiramisu 和 Cream Brulee。甜品不過不失,反而配上的朱古力雪糕有驚喜,有個美好的作結。小記:總觀來說,食材質素好,手造意粉直頭冇得輸,但味道偏鹹。

其實待應姐姐推介期間限定的香箱蟹意大利飯,但由於我唔食芝士,唯有同香箱蟹講bye-bye。選了另一Special,海膽烏魚子意粉。第一次食手造意粉,原來意粉可以咁爽咁彈,帶有淡淡蛋香,好驚喜。可能有烏魚子關係,個人覺得味道偏鹹。幸好海膽夠甜,還有三文魚子的甘香,才令整個意粉的味道多一點層次。

最後還吃了 Tiramisu 和 Cream Brulee。甜品不過不失,反而配上的朱古力雪糕有驚喜,有個美好的作結。

小記:總觀來說,食材質素好,手造意粉直頭冇得輸,但味道偏鹹。不知是否當晚總廚不在,味道有所偏差,還是這個鹹度是正常,是我吃得清淡😅。

All of their pasta is handmade and with great quality! I have been to there once for lunch and it was difficult to get a seat!

Their handmade pasta texture was excellent! I love their signature lobster tagliolini most, it was really good!!!! Please remember to order one day in advance if you would love to try! They have other main dishes as well, such as steak, pork or fish, I haven’t try them all and their menu always change.


For my next visit, I will definitely try their Carbonara Tagliolini! It looks very creamy and yummy 😍

正所謂越簡單既野要整得好食就越難,而呢個Carbonara就真係令我地留下左好深刻既印象。呢個Carbonara非常正宗,個汁creamy得黎帶有非常濃厚嘅蛋黃味,同普通係出面食到偏向忌簾味嘅Carbonara好唔同,所以佢嘅顏色亦都非常金黃。面頭嘅煙肉粒直頭係畫龍點精,咸香味十足,招牌菜果然係唔同啲。

呢個手工幼麵同carbonara個款係一樣既,雖然價錢唔平,不過見杜生食得咁滋味又咁出名,點都要試下。呢碟pasta用上大量蝦膏同番茄煮汁,每一條pasta都掛滿濃稠既醬汁,食落蝦味極之濃郁,而且手工做既pasta口感好彈牙,唔似一般既意粉,就算唔鍾意al dente口感嘅香港人都會接受到,另外仲有兩隻好新鮮彈牙既紅蝦,最重要係伴碟既兩隻蝦頭,入面充滿香濃既蝦膏,一定要將d蝦膏唧出嚟配意粉食,蝦味更昇華。

Starter叫咗呢款海鮮湯,餐廳好貼心分開咗2碗,見到好深既橙紅色就知個湯落足料,飲落海鮮味好濃,質感幼滑creamy,每碗有幾粒蝦同帶子粒,雖然係一個幾出色既湯,不過味道同紅蝦意粉有少少異曲同工之妙,如果order咗紅蝦意粉,呢個湯就可以skip喇。

今日十月十一係小弟生日,而且仲係感謝祭,當然要去食下幫襯下,太太帶左我去試呢間,一直都好想試。因為做左功課,坐低冇耐已經可以點餐了(只有英文字嘅餐牌冷冰冰的)。點了一個紅蝦意粉,卡邦尼意粉,慢煮牛扒。先來餐包,好味,包好軟好香。之後好快已經上左個卡邦尼。同一般餐廳食嘅好唔同,好有蛋味,每一條意粉都浦滿汁,煙肉好香好濃,非常之高質,意粉口感好特別,但偏硬。食緊卡邦尼時已經上了個紅蝦意粉,嘩,個鼻已經聞到非常濃烈蝦味,趕緊一試,不得了,蝦味非常香濃,紅蝦肉質綿密且鮮甜不膩,有著一般蝦類無法比擬的鮮甜美味,入口還會散發出獨特的海洋鹹味與甘甜,印象非常深刻。之後上的慢煮牛扒,吃落好冧,但太過冧,感覺似牛腩,呢個比較失望。食完正餐便點了幾款甜點,總體而言很不錯的,但不會使你印象深刻。總結:意粉非常高質,而且請左好多年青員工,加油呀!

The salmon roe was slightly bland and not as sweet as I expected. Never the less pasta was cooked to al dente and the pasta sauce sticks to the fettucine so well. Guess I should reserve the lobster pasta for my next visit.

The crab meat was quite nice but there was a small piece of crab shell which i guess is inevitable. The salmon roe was slightly bland and not as sweet as I expected. Never the less pasta was cooked to al dente and the pasta sauce sticks to the fettucine so well. Guess I should reserve the lobster pasta for my next visit.
