忌廉檸檬汁燴豬梅花肉配扭扭意大利粉(Strozzapreti  with  Braised  Pork  Collar,  French  Bean  and  Piccata)
扭扭意大利粉比較彈口,亦不會過淋,配上忌廉檸檬汁,這個配搭不錯。但唯獨是配燴豬梅花肉會變成有點港式意粉,意大利菜很少會用這種方式去配搭,豬梅花肉煮得很淋,但沒有吸收忌廉檸檬汁,吃下去感覺是意粉和豬梅花肉是分開煮的,上碟前再放在一起。

最後我們加了雲呢拿Gelato雪糕,這個雪糕非常失望,吃下去像是普通的雪糕,而不是Gelato,正宗Gelato應該是一pat pat,然後會吃到很濃郁的Vanilla味,因為奶落得比較少,但餐廳的Gelato 很明顯下了很多奶,味道有點像雀巢的雪糕,雲呢拿味亦不是太出。

Apple Tart $68
正常的味道,味道不算太驚艷,而且沒有一般apple crumble的玉桂味,味道不算很突出,要同雪糕一併食才有點甜味。

Tiramisu $88
正常發揮的tiramisu,質感幼滑,在蛋糕中也食到咖啡味道,但略嫌portion又是有一點太少。

總的來說,4碟食物2個人吃份量上還好,但是不會說非常飽。價錢上略貴,各樣食物的質素也可以說剛剛對得住個價錢,未算去到非常驚豔的境界。鍾情手工意粉的朋友都可以一試的 [個人比較喜歡Pici的 Truffle tagliolini 多一點
