人氣意粉店要預早個幾至兩個月book先食到,所以一早擇好日決定要去試下🤯 傳說中最好食的carbonara真係令我好期待!餐廳坐位唔多,用左open kitchen的設計,等出面的食客都可以見到廚師烹調的情況。抱住好高期望來,好彩食物質素都冇令我失望😌

✅✅Handmade Tagliolini Carbonara. 呢個招牌真係好出色😭 手工意粉自家制,質感al dente有蛋香,完全掛起carbonara個汁🤩 只用芝士、蛋黃做成的汁,蛋香同芝士的鹹香互相平衡,襯熱食就唔會過膩👍🏻 上面用左guanciale(豬面肉),而唔係一般煙肉。煎到焦香,味道唔會死鹹得來有啲油脂的味道😙 可以encore的一道菜。

Strozzapreti既意粉軟硬程度剛剛好,適中煙韌嘅感覺,係午市套餐亦都係一個可以考慮嘅選擇。
Carbonara 既味道亦都好好,真材實料嘅感覺,並唔似得其他普通意粉店用罐頭醬。店員介紹,蛋黃醬用咗純雞蛋黃去整,醬汁凍咗會變硬,所以要趁熱食。

一早就聽講過呢間米芝連推薦嘅餐廳,所以一個半月前就訂咗枱,都好期待。

黎到餐廳第一形象就係:比想像中細,不過有鬧市中的寧靜嘅感覺~

叫完野食,職員隨即上左份面包,面包係送既。只係配左酸忌廉,橄欖油同埋黑醋,個人覺得outback既會好食啲。面包無特別:2.5/5。
蘑菇湯:
呢個湯值得一讚。好多時飲蘑菇湯會覺得好油好膩,但呢個蘑菇湯就唔會,湯身較稠,有好濃既蘑菇味,值得推介。評分:(4.5/5)

蟹肉牛津果沙律:
賣相好靚,成個圓柱體咁,但味道都係普普通通。蟹肉mix左沙律醬同wasabi ,牛油果就墊底。太太唔食wasabi,我就覺得wasabi唔太match沙律,叫得沙律食原本係想食啲清新既野,但個蟹肉沙律mix左wasabi ,下下都食到想打乞嗤咁,食到好辛苦。順帶一提,menu無寫過呢個菜有wasabi,order時職員又無remind客人。評分:(2.5/5)

紅蝦手製意大利面:
2隻紅蝦,剝晒殼既,食落好方便。成個意大利面好香蝦味,聞都聞得出。食落都好香蝦味。但唔係好識欣賞佢個手製意大利面,無論外型定口感都係日本拉麵無誤😶‍🌫️成個面除左好香蝦味外真係無特別。另一重點係個面同蝦都好咸,已經係同我太太share 一齊食,但係一路食一路覺得個口同條脷就黎損。評分:2/5,太咸,價錢不成正比

意大利菠菜飯:
意大飯無乜特別,不過又係好咸,飯既口感真係意式有少少咬口。(評分:2.5/5)

成餐最好味既係個蘑菇湯,值得推介。沙律mix左wasabi,不是我同太太口味。兩個主菜都好咸,唔明點解個紅蝦意大利面可以係chef recommendation。成餐計埋加一,盛惠$912。咁既價錢去食餐lunch應該仲有好多選擇,完全係名過於實,可一不可再既意大利菜👋🏻
