而另一道我覺得必食是•Handmade Tagliolini Carbonara💓五成熟蛋漿,配上風乾豬肉面頰肉,鹹香味比較重,好正!而麵質是小小咬口,配合芝士,黑椒,半熟蛋漿!配得岩岩好,的確好高水準!

餐廳必點! 雖然係好common嘅一款意粉
但要做得好食都唔容易 意粉彈牙好creamy!
醬汁比較杰身 意粉掛汁 不過意粉入面嘅煙肉先最令人驚喜
煙肉稍為煎香 鹹香味濃 不過真係調味太重 好鹹😢
因為好大期望 所以有少少失望😂😂😂

闊麵口感煙韌 方形豬肉粒粒分量好多
豬肉粒用汁煮方式烹調 好惹味 而且煮得夠淋

之後就係個‘卡邦尼意粉’,真心係唔錯,但係都係鹹。其實哩度D意粉感覺都係好濃味,但係鹹!唔係一般鹹。係要忍唔住飲水嘅鹹。卡邦尼唔係貴所以唔咩特別失望。
最後係甜品,個creambrulee麻麻地,個tiramisu都無咩特別。
所以總結⋯⋯成餐飯都⋯⋯麻麻地⋯鹹鹹地⋯伏伏地。

3. 燒春雞
正常發揮,雞肉燒得好嫩滑多汁,薯手指薯味香濃,西蘭花配藍芝士,薄薄一浸芝士味,味道幾特別。
