Online booked this place about a month or so ago.  I think it's their strategy to make you look forward to the meal. Service was superb (and I like the girl who served us as she has a very nice voice and she's very professional).The two of us are very tiny eaters, so we went straight for the mains.  One is the day's special - Kobako crab ravioli (simplified as it's a very complicated cooking with salted egg yolks), the other is Strozzapreti with Braised Pork Collar, French Bean and Piccata Sauce

Online booked this place about a month or so ago.  I think it's their strategy to make you look forward to the meal. 

Service was superb (and I like the girl who served us as she has a very nice voice and she's very professional).
The two of us are very tiny eaters, so we went straight for the mains.  One is the day's special - Kobako crab ravioli (simplified as it's a very complicated cooking with salted egg yolks), the other is Strozzapreti with Braised Pork Collar, French Bean and Piccata Sauce.  Ravioli was heavenly and the strozzapreti was outstanding too.  We almost could finish them all - this is exceptional because for us two, we aren't normally able to finish all our food. 
  We even ordered a glass of Prosecco to go with the ravioli!  Then we finished our meal with a coffee, which is also very nice!
I just have to say it's all worth the waiting.

雲吞食的確有一梳一梳蟹肉🦀,但份量唔多,有鹹蛋黃碎,應該係用鹹蛋黃煎香隻雲吞,無乜汁。
略嫌鹹蛋黃味蓋過蟹肉味,都有啲失望,同埋價錢偏貴💸。

完全久違了等熱潮過後再光顧很慶幸,沒有因為太多的生意而影響質素提早大約一個星期多一點book lunch好再1:20仲有位lunch menu 選擇都算唔少今次一人一個唔同款式可以開心share微微的辣再加八抓魚仔好喜歡開頭的辣然後中段有甜椒的香氣與甜感最後吞下喉嚨後又是一點點辣的結尾喜歡得不得了辣味的義粉很少見吧試試吧,不會後悔的第二款沒有選擇自家制的義粉而是扭扭粉(個人蠻喜歡一個穩震一個冒險選擇)芝士味很濃烈口感彈性十足一試無妨

好耐之前已經bookmark咗嘅餐廳,亦都有好多Blogger 推薦,所以滿心期待咁嚟試。知道佢個紅蝦意粉好出名,一心想嚟食不過sold out,最後嗌咗一個Carbonara 同墨魚仔意粉。Carbonara,汁太杰身,意粉overcooked,分完碟食咗2啖已經一pat pat。味道都好普通,應有嘅蛋黃味唔夠出。墨魚仔意粉,辣辣地咁幾開胃。味道不過不失,不過墨魚仔得個幾粒😅而且意粉都係同一個問題,淋曬…✨其實呢度嘅手工意粉個麵質感覺到應該係唔錯,但係今次兩個意粉嘅表現都頗失望。一來意粉煮得太淋,二來汁收得太杰。考慮緊比唔比機會試埋個紅蝦意粉。
