早兩日去咗食一風堂本身諗住食平時食開嘅赤丸新味點知新出嘅雲吞海鮮鹽拉麵 係同麥奀crossover相信大家都知麥奀就係雲吞麵界嘅大佬抱住嘗新嘅心態 就嗌左一碗食嚟到嘅時候同佢哋一般嘅拉麵配料有啲唔一樣上面有沙白蜆 稍為火炙咗嘅日本帶子 慢煮豬柳叉燒仲有我最愛嘅溏心蛋聞落去超似雲吞麵食落去都好似 湯底係魚介清雞湯 簡單啲來講佢其實就係雲吞麵同日本拉麵嘅結合體我覺得呢個Crossover係upgrade咗可能因為我鍾意食麵條較粗嘅麵底 而且一風堂係可以揀你要麵質硬啲定軟啲變咗我可以自己選擇自己想要嘅口感雲吞一食就知都係麥奀嘅皮薄 蝦好新鮮 真心有驚喜赤丸新味就正常發揮另外再嗌咗一風堂餃子同埋炸紫菜墨魚鬚餃子ok 紫菜墨魚鬚好有驚喜炸得鬆脆 紫菜味令成個墨魚鬚有提升

仲有我最愛嘅溏心蛋
聞落去超似雲吞麵
食落去都好似 湯底係魚介清雞湯 簡單啲來講佢其實就係雲吞麵同日本拉麵嘅結合體
我覺得呢個Crossover係upgrade咗
可能因為我鍾意食麵條較粗嘅麵底 而且一風堂係可以揀你要麵質硬啲定軟啲
變咗我可以自己選擇自己想要嘅口感
雲吞一食就知都係麥奀嘅
皮薄 蝦好新鮮 真心有驚喜
赤丸新味就正常發揮
另外再嗌咗一風堂餃子同埋炸紫菜墨魚鬚

星期日,同阿女拍拖兩個人嚟食拉麵,好耐冇嚟過一風堂,因為佢唔算係最出色,有其他拉麵店好食過佢。但係今日唔知點解突然間好想食佢,所以就同阿女上嚟,入到嚟環境好舒服,有超級大玻璃窗,彩光充足,坐得好舒服。喺門口見到個期間限定海老豚骨拉麵已經吸引咗我眼球,確定咗唔辣之後(因為同亞女share)就落單👍🏻完全冇懸念拉麵一上枱,同圖畫冇太大分別,湯底係濃厚龍蝦湯,加埋秘製海老香油,有一隻香煎虎蝦,櫻花蝦,特製海老味噌,兩塊叉燒,火箭菜,半熟蛋。叉燒可以選擇豬柳肉,豬腩叉燒,或者炙燒豬腩叉燒。湯底非常濃厚,充滿龍蝦味,愛蝦人士非常值得一試。虎蝦亦都煎得非常之香,冇Hea你。成碗面嘅每一樣嘢都充滿蝦味,諗起都再想返嚟食。其他拉麵店都有蝦味嘅湯底,呢度嘅湯底係最濃厚,偏向似西餐嘅lobster bisque,如果你偏向冇咁濃嘅,咁另外果幾間蝦味拉麵店可能會更適合你。

對比起其他過江龍拉麵店,呢個價真係平好多,58就得。不過拉麵嘅份量比較少,$5加麵底。有個位可以做得好啲就係拉麵有得揀軟硬程度,我原本嗰個面同埋加面底嗰個面都係軟嘅,但唔知點解加面底嗰個面硬好多。

又係食拉麵嘅時候,對拉麵真係百食不厭嘅。今次叫咗呢個叫做橫浜家系豚骨拉麵,一放碗拉麵落枱面已經聞到好濃烈嘅醬油味,望落去油分充足,糖心蛋有啲流心咁嘅樣子,而我叫嘅係燒叉燒,面頭有啲焦,見到已經流口水。試咗一啖湯頭,佢唔係普通嘅豬骨拉麵,而係帶有豉油味嘅豬骨湯,都幾特別。佢用嘅面係中太面,都幾有咬口,好正。叉燒勁香,有炭燒嘅風味,超好食呀。鰻魚串夠晒多汁,而且好甜,得一舊完全係唔夠皮,不過可能擺得耐左,凍咗啲,扣分。芝麻菠菜係嗰涼拌,好香日本麻油味。望餐牌嘅時候呢豚肉飯好吸引,嚟到個樣呢就麻麻哋喎。放落口呢又唔係好差,豚肉都好香因為燒過,啲飯同埋啲汁都好好味,唯一不足之處就係有少少林啲飯。今次都好飽,不過不失啦。

今次叫咗呢個叫做橫浜家系豚骨拉麵,一放碗拉麵落枱面已經聞到好濃烈嘅醬油味,望落去油分充足,糖心蛋有啲流心咁嘅樣子,而我叫嘅係燒叉燒,面頭有啲焦,見到已經流口水。試咗一啖湯頭,佢唔係普通嘅豬骨拉麵,而係帶有豉油味嘅豬骨湯,都幾特別。佢用嘅面係中太面,都幾有咬口,好正。叉燒勁香,有炭燒嘅風味,超好食呀。

鰻魚串夠晒多汁,而且好甜,得一舊完全係唔夠皮,不過可能擺得耐左,凍咗啲,扣分。芝麻菠菜係嗰涼拌,好香日本麻油味。望餐牌嘅時候呢豚肉飯好吸引,嚟到個樣呢就麻麻哋喎。放落口呢又唔係好差,豚肉都好香因為燒過,啲飯同埋啲汁都好好味,唯一不足之處就係有少少林啲飯。

疫情冇得返家鄉,有的掛住日本,所同朋友來左一間拉麵店食拉麵,回憶家鄉的味道。我同朋友叫左橫濱豬骨拉麵。 首先飲啖湯,豬骨湯底濃郁,之後將碗入面嘅肉球拆鬆撈勻嚟食, 味道剛剛好。 比較細食的我,分量剛剛好。但比較大食的朋友,可以好似我朋友咁。佢叫左特製白丸拉麵 加$2 有多的麵底,再加$38 有碗三文魚飯加小食等。 。。 不過別加的麵底十分硬,放落湯底中,都冇變軟,口咁一般。最後我地還叫多個小食黑松露汁餃子, 餃子比較細粒,一口一粒都冇,好似食風咁,但配左黑松露汁又幾帶出餃子的鮮甜味。

As a big fan of ramen, I’ve tried many many different flavours of ramen, including some very peculiar ones like olive oil and double cheese. But recently, I went back to the basic - enjoying a bowl of ramen in soy sauce soup in this restaurant in Hysan Place.-The soy sauce soup is not too salty, but it’s savoury and appetising. I love the bamboo shoots here because they soak up the soup and thus are flavourful! Another thing I like is that the ramens aren’t too soft nor too hard!
