帆立貝燒啱啱好,有陣陣焦香味但肉質保鮮嫩爽滑,十分鮮甜🤤。鵝肝表面燒至焦香,口感柔潤軟滑,油脂豐腴。鵝肝下放有伴菜,蒜蓉🧄、紅蘿蔔粒🥕及蔥花,令整體味道更豐富。鮑魚質感軟腍,原始的烹調方法,最能帶出鮑魚的原始鮮甜滋味🤩。隨碟備有竹炭鹽及柚子醋泡泡,食客可按自己的喜好增添食味🥰。

口感溫順帶著微微嘅甜味,不會有太多苦味😋。但千萬不要小看它,因為它的酒精濃度高達8️⃣%,會令人在不知不覺中有些微醺感,朋友就是小看了它!(朋友:我無醉👻~)

總括而言,食材非常新鮮 最重要係,師傅烹調功夫非常了得,鐵板燒拿捏時間剛剛好💯。

原來大埔有咁高質嘅店鋪,雖然遠,但有機會Duck哥🦆絕對會再嚟多次。
