今日男朋友帶我黎呢間好有神秘感既餐廳,去到門口見佢閂住門,原來要禁鐘先會開。呢到係食鐵板燒架~ 先叫左2杯KIRIN啤酒~好有氣氛一開始會有煙三文魚野菜沙律,用左黑醋調味同埋以泡沫狀態上,視覺同味覺都有享受。平時唔太鐘意食生蠔,怕腥,但呢款完全唔會! 帶有好鮮甜既海水味,食落比較Creamy,一吸就吞左成隻生蠔。揀飲擇食既我, 本身對鵝肝冇咩好感,怕好重內藏味。但呢到配埋沖繩波羅同埋魚子醬,感覺好清新,波羅好甜!中和左鵝肝凍既膩感。之後就到海鮮類,有黑松露扇貝同埋蒜蓉鮑魚,而男朋友就係食新鮮東升斑。側邊既泡泡係檸檬柚子。黑松露味好濃郁,配上厚肉既扇貝,真係好滿足!! 東升斑肉質結實,食落好滑好新鮮。肉類方面,我地分別叫左宮崎縣豬扒同埋秋田縣雞排,側邊配上蔬菜醬汁。雞排既皮燒到好香,平時唔食皮既我都忍唔住食曬!! 豬扒冇羶味,又嫩滑! 最後仲有個炒飯,完美作結

一開始會有煙三文魚野菜沙律,用左黑醋調味同埋以泡沫狀態上,視覺同味覺都有享受。

平時唔太鐘意食生蠔,怕腥,但呢款完全唔會! 帶有好鮮甜既海水味,食落比較Creamy,一吸就吞左成隻生蠔。
揀飲擇食既我, 本身對鵝肝冇咩好感,怕好重內藏味。但呢到配埋沖繩波羅同埋魚子醬,感覺好清新,波羅好甜!中和左鵝肝凍既膩感。

之後就到海鮮類,有黑松露扇貝同埋蒜蓉鮑魚,而男朋友就係食新鮮東升斑。側邊既泡泡係檸檬柚子。黑松露味好濃郁,配上厚肉既扇貝,真係好滿足!! 東升斑肉質結實,食落好滑好新鮮。

肉類方面,我地分別叫左宮崎縣豬扒同埋秋田縣雞排,側邊配上蔬菜醬汁。雞排既皮燒到好香,平時唔食皮既我都忍唔住食曬!! 豬扒冇羶味,又嫩滑!

最後仲有個炒飯,完美作結

前菜係煙三文魚沙律,用黑醋作沙律汁並打成泡沫上枱,賣相非常有心思,用泡沫上既好處係相對上無咁濃味,較fresh,挑戰兩杯啤酒8.5酒精濃度,店員都提醒要慢慢飲,入口容易夠凍好爽,跟住係巴馬火腿配希臘乳酪及三文魚子,以菠蘿醬做調味,甜酸得宜,火腿嘅鹹香味同乳酪好夾,之後點左法國生蠔六隻,每隻都好肥美,個人喜酒法國生蠔海水味較淡,味道跟鮮甜,可以嚐到生蠔真正嘅味道,接着係蒜香鮑魚多士同黑松露扇貝,配海鹽柚子泡泡,多士烘得香脆可口,鮑魚十分爽口彈牙,扇貝好香松露味,另外,鐵板燒東星班同廣島蠔同樣非常惹味,主菜我哋分別係秋田比內地雞扒,被稱為日本三大美味雞肉之一,肉質嫩滑,至於澳洲牛柳五成熟,亦好juicy,五成熟剛好,呈粉嫩色,沾少少鹽調味更好吃,最後黎個手工黑豚肉丸麵豉湯,味道香濃,而加拿大海膽炒飯則飯粒煙韌,炒得乾爽,絕對係回頭率極高既餐廳❤️

鹹香嘅煙三文魚卷住新鮮爽脆嘅沙律菜,伴碟有車厘茄、龍珠果同埋一啲白色泡泡🫧。簡簡單單咁,但唔見有沙律汁嘅?!其實廚師上菜時已經介紹咗碟上面嘅泡泡🫧就係黑醋泡泡🫧,可以當沙律汁咁撈埋一齊入口。呢個安排幾特別,有啲份子料理嘅感覺。

🍽️ 鐵板海鮮兩品(扇貝、東星斑、鮑魚x2)
海鮮方面每人有兩款,今晚我哋兩個set總共食到3款,包括有扇貝、東星斑同埋鮑魚,配竹炭鹽同埋柚子泡泡。

扇貝鐵板燒過之後配黑松露牛油,入口扇貝剛熟嫩滑,再加上黑松露嘅香氣,十分吸引。東星斑魚肉都好大件厚肉,簡簡單單食返魚肉嘅鮮嫩。最有驚喜嘅就係鮑魚,配上蒜蓉去鐵板燒,每位有2隻,雖然唔係太大隻,但廚師煮得剛剛好,肉質彈牙而且入味,我哋都食得好滿意。

🍽️ 鐵板肉類一品(日本雞肉、日本豚肉)
至於肉類就每個set有一款,廚師安排咗俾我哋嘅分別係日本雞肉同埋日本豚肉,配蒜香牛油汁同竹炭鹽,同一粒切成蘑菇🍄形狀嘅車厘子蘿蔔。

雞肉皮脆肉嫩,入口彈牙而且充滿肉汁,仲有一個廚師秘製嘅微辣醬汁,食落香口惹味。至於豚肉就係厚切嘅,豬肉好怕煮過咗火會乾柴,呢度就無呢個問題,有肉味得嚟仲好有肉汁。豚肉都配有一個秘製醬汁,呢一款就甜甜酸酸,開胃又解膩。

是日朋友請客,帶我到大埔吃隱世鐵板燒,木門感覺神秘,裡面別有洞天紅馬啤酒與友人每一人杯啤酒,啤酒很香麥味,帶點點甜味煙三文魚沙律配黑醋泡泡汁酸酸甜甜的醬汁,配上大片煙三文魚,味道甜咸適中,裡面包裹沙律菜,是打開味蕾的前菜法國生蠔(特大號)蠔肉飽滿,加點檸檬汁和生蠔汁,非常鮮甜帶點礦物味,超級推介魚子醬海膽配帶子刺身新鮮肥厚的帶子刺身,舖上咸味的魚子醬和鮮甜海膽,口感味道豐富,極鮮味魚子醬配半熟日本蛋橙黃色的蛋黃很香蛋味,攪拌後配咸香的魚子醬是絕配黑松露帶子配東升斑魚肉鮮甜彈牙,魚皮都很脆身,吃得出食材新鮮;帶子配黑松露非常合拍,煮得剛熟咬落軟冧鰻魚配蒜蓉大連鮑魚同樣非常新鮮彈牙的鱔肉,很厚身口感十足;鮑魚配上調味香口蒜蓉,Q彈口感讓人讚不絕口宮崎豬扒鬆軟脆口的豬肉,入口多汁,配特製香甜醬汁,非常有驚喜澳洲牛柳點了七成熟,但肉質仍很鮮嫩,香牛肉味,口感鬆軟紅豆吉士可麗餅粒粒紅豆與吉士醬融合,可麗餅帶點煙韌,不會太甜,完美的包號以食材新鮮和味道來說,這餐可謂性價比很高,非常推介

大埔友介紹有間隱世日式鐵板燒喺太和,今日就去試下~ 的確幾隱世,要按門鈴先開門😅 餐廳坐位不多,要試好嘢記得要訂位~ 咁好feel當然要飲返杯啦🍻 叫左兩位都是“入門8道菜廚師發辦套餐”$688 先來個前菜煙三文魚沙律配上泡泡沙律醬,視覺上更勝一籌👍 乳酪parmaham墊底的是新鮮菠蘿和濃濃帶肉的菠蘿汁 鐵板燒東星斑和活鰻魚東星斑皮厚有嚼口,肉嫩,魚味濃~厚厚的燒鰻魚冇得輸,點整都好味,鐵板燒更香😍 南非鮑魚和牛油蒜蓉扇貝鮑魚肉質爽口彈牙,牛油蒜蓉跟扇貝是絕配,味道超夾😋😋😋 宮崎縣厚切黑豚排其貌不揚厚厚的一塊排,但原來肉質極嫩,肉味濃仲好juicy添👏 秋田縣雞排雞皮煎得好香脆,但又吾會過火,火喉拿捏得不錯👍 最後還有果腹的炒飯,但我只食了一半,因為已經好飽,還要留肚食甜品呢😅 吉士十勝紅豆可麗餅可麗餅比薄餅更薄,餡料十足,滿足第二個胃,Sweet ending 😍
