捨棄平日最愛的龍蝦湯,今晚一試較少遇見之法式洋蔥湯,感覺如何?深黑色的湯底看似濃郁,面頭浮著一片芝士法包,可能浸得太久經已腍軟,個人認為只加芝士效果更好。洋蔥份量超多用料十足,入口不但沒有嗆喉,反而清香甜美,喝罷真的滿足了。

上次在另一餐廳想吃此菜,可惜因未有預訂而無緣品嚐,心裏耿耿於懷,今晚僥倖再次碰到,當然不肯錯過。法式芝士焗原隻龍蝦經已開邊,外面被芝士和磨菇重重包圍,賣相誘人。龍蝦啖啖肉可是稍欠彈性,新鮮程度亦沒預計般出眾。芝士選用較輕盈的貨色,但似乎未能散發應有的鹹香,好處是不會太過膩滯。吃過,總算是如願了!

細周生喜歡吃薄餅,所以餐牌上的法式芝士煙三文魚薄餅是不二之選。不過,當大家看到成品的時候,確實有點失預算,因此薄餅的製作方式與預期中的有根本上的不同。有別於意式薄餅,餅面鋪滿餸料,法式薄餅是以底面兩塊餅皮夾上中間的餡料製作。餅皮口感不是薄脆款式,而是腍身的狀態。夾層的芝士早已溶化並融合了三文魚碎,配搭簡單而富成效。細周生在未吃之前對這道法式薄餅確實有點不滿,因製作不是他所想,但當他親嚐後還繼續密密起動,可知口味合心。

咁豐富嘅主菜之後,甜品當然唔可以失禮。普通嘅梳乎里大家可能食得多,但係咖啡味,甚至係oreo味嘅,唔知大家又試過未?香濃嘅咖啡味,入口又唔會太甜,幾適合男仔; 而Oreo味道,我就覺得非常適合女士,味道確確實實係Oreo, 所以甜味一定有返咁上下,不過係中意嘅,甜少少,又有咩所謂 ;)
