自從係巴黎食完法國餐後 同男朋友一試愛上返到嚟香港就搵緊邊到有好食又抵食嘅法國餐喺Open Rice睇到後 就一直想試下Jacky's Kitchen就襯我地嘅週年紀念日就一於試下同男朋友口味基本一致 Salad, Soup & Third Course都揀咗同一樣 第一道~~ 個鵝肝真係無得輸 入口即溶 第二 到個湯 可能係古法龍蝦湯 我就比較中意平時出面果種味 但個湯都有好多肉係入面嘅第三 就焗法式田螺 好好味 特別啲薯蓉主菜方面 我揀咗大蝦 一放上枱 啲香味就吸引著我 好香 同賣相都好靚 味道都唔錯男朋友就揀咗安格斯 佢都大讚好味最後 未上甜品 我地已經好飽好彩甜品細細個 而且好好味 不過就有少少甜得濟雖然唔大 但真係好有置身法國嘅感覺~~~總結 值得一試 睇得出廚師好用心去煮 服務態度都好好 仲主動問洗唔洗幫我地影相Thank You~P.S.: 係Open Rice提早Book位有85折 食完都決定咗有機會一定再去食

之前聽人講話呢間餐廳啲嘢幾好食,食過一次,一般啦。捻住下午行過再試吓,知佢門口掛住個"Closed"牌但係裏面有客人坐喺度播,於是就大膽咁開門問個侍應,「請問今日係營業呀?」男待應串爆答「我都想唔仲做呀」,我呆左,跟住佢就話「有無訂位呀」,我話冇,佢答「冇位呀!」跟著関門。我深信我晤會比錢食飯仲要受氣囉,祝福佢老板生意興隆啦,請個咁正嘅來看鋪。

今日Lunch跟幾個朋友來到Jacky's Kitchen~舖頭唔太大,只有6張枱左右,所以如果唔book位,walkin就爆滿啦!今日點咗鱸魚排配飯。鱸魚香脆內軟,份量亦夠大份,但飯的份量就少了些啦!不過,最值得一試就係甜品 --- 法式燉蛋!焦糖份量剛好,不會過份地甜, 同時,蛋夠滑口!

One of the best lobster bisques I had ever tasted!Highly recommended!!!

Comparing with the delectable traditional lobster bisque,the mushroom soup is so so.

The fish is soooooo fresh with lovely sweetness.It is very moist and delicate.

I am very appreciate that the chef uses the spinach with minimum seasoning as the side which makes the whole dish very light and refreshing yet very nutritious.

We chose the smoked salmon ones.

It is definitely an interesting fusion combination.

This flat bread is like a hybrid version of Indian naan and Mexican tortilla with western Italian cheese smoked salmon.

The bread is freshly served.It is so hot and fluffy

The melting cheese oozes out with flavourful smoked salmon in between.

The refreshing,greeny healthy spinach cuts through the heaviness and greasiness of the cheese.

It is very delish and it will be perfect if it is less salty.

After reading numerous good reviews about the restaurant, we decided to give it a try for lunch. It turned out to be a great disappointment. We ordered one executive lunch set  (over $200) and one ordinary lunch set (~$90). I could hardly understand why the steak quality for the executive lunch set was worse than that for the ordinary lunch set, and the sides for both lunch sets were the same. Not sure what was the premium charged for.
