今日約了家人到太古城吃晚飯,想找個坐得舒服的地方,便想起早前曾到那兒飲茶的「翠園」。門口的侍應看到我們手中拿著很多「戰利品」,便安排我們坐在一張較大的圓桌位置。店員還主動告知我們,餐廳正做匯豐信用卡優惠,所有主餐牌內的食品都有折扣。我和家人看了看餐牌,便叫了一客菠蘿咕嚕肉、鐵板叉燒,叫了數樣肉類,我們想找一個較清淡的菜式,所以再叫了一個珍菌生搣豆腐煲。不一會兒,發出「滋滋」響的蜜味鐵板叉燒先上場,侍應在上菜時把蜜汁淋上,使叉燒的甜味更突出,熱騰騰的香氣令人垂涎欲滴。之後其他餸菜亦陸續登場,咕嚕肉的脆漿不太厚,咬下去亦能保持啖啖肉。珍菌生搣豆腐煲的湯底充滿鮮甜的菇菌味,配以小唐菜及豆腐,口感不錯。整體來說,這頓家常便飯讓家人很滿意。

太古城啲餐廳出晒名難食,呢一間係代表。呢一間餐廳啲餸非常鹹,非常多味精,完全難食,食完有反胃的感覺。呢個廚師煮飯完全冇心機,拉扱,比全香港外傭煮嘅餸難食一千萬倍。千祈唔好幫襯。以後決定永不幫襯所有美心經營嘅餐館,包括Starbucks,翠苑,同simplylife。每次去美心的餐廳都受氣,又難食服務又差又貴,冇好介紹啲青瓜木耳完全冇醃,一條過冇切粒,小學生煮都好食啲,重夠膽收$60一碟第二係炸黑豚肉,完全唔知同普通豬肉有乜分別。炸到硬過石頭,嗰啲蒜蓉同啲豬肉完全係分開,差到無倫,不知所謂,第一日學炸野都唔會差到咁悽涼第三味蒜蓉雞喎最差最惡劣,拉扱,毫無誠意,又鹹,冇肉味,啲蔥完全冇切過,唔入味,超級多味精,一食落口差啲吐出來,真係難食到冇人有,翠苑快啲關門,越來越少人想食你嘅食物翠苑乜都差過人,茶又難飲,泡菜又難食,位窄,隔離左右又咳又嘈,叫十萬次無人認,燒鵝又無,燈光又暗,枱又細,又污糟,每張枱距離窄過幼稚園啲枱櫈,都唔知點解咁多香港人受落,咁又係連餐澳牛都話好,翠苑比起澳牛只不過係小兒科。總之以後永遠都唔會去幫襯美心任何一間野。仲有太古城啲餐廳九成都係低劣出品,亦不會再去太古城食野

👴🏻👵🏻兩老忽然想外出晚飯🥣就近近地在太古城翠園酒樓吧。最近出了新推廣,兩個菜一個價錢,每個配搭大概做十天,翠園作為美心集團旗下酒樓,一向都中規中矩,看看今晚成績如何😜龍蝦🦞併油雞🐥兩個餸$288,龍蝦肉質也算爽實,可惜伊麵太淋,味道也一般,否則這個菜應該可以高分些,可憐龍蝦被蹧蹋了😭油雞是細細隻的芝麻雞,沒有肥膏,肉質也嫩,味道不錯,理由是甜甜的豉油調得好😋上菜時用火燒熱一酌威士忌🥃再倒入魚上,一陣陣酒香四溢,不過瞬間就消失殆盡。不知是否為求賣相顏色美觀,班翅炸得有點過了,粉漿連魚肉都變得有點過實,但味道調得相當不錯👍整體來說,中規中矩實至名歸👌要讚的是整餐飯沒有什麼味精,回家不用整晚飲水😄

上菜時用火燒熱一酌威士忌🥃再倒入魚上,一陣陣酒香四溢,不過瞬間就消失殆盡。不知是否為求賣相顏色美觀,班翅炸得有點過了,粉漿連魚肉都變得有點過實,但味道調得相當不錯👍

整體來說,中規中矩實至名歸👌要讚的是整餐飯沒有什麼味精,回家不用整晚飲水😄

我睇錯左個燴字做炆字,上菜果下嚇一嚇,成個湯麵甘樣🙈有少少蟹肉、多多蟹籽、芽菜等,味道好清淡。食開濃味既朋友就唔會岩食,鍾意清清地既女士應該ok既。

5天前在此酒家吃晚飯,因要求食海鮮,所以已於晚飯日前兩個星期同經理商量價錢及食材,佢做咗個餐牌比我睇,15人份量要$11000,有一間房。我要求聖子,鮑魚,扇貝要大隻,經理話一定會比大隻,每人都有一隻,佢仲用手作出比例大細,我覺得都合理,所以就訂呢圍菜,但到食時見到所有都唔係大隻,覺得被騙了,唔知係酒樓食水深要賺多錢,定係買手落咗格,真係另人氣憤。

家人聚會,婆婆生日用餐,到了這裏吃飯,之前已經預約了一圍,人齊就即刻開餐。一圍12人$4000 ,價錢中規中矩,整個餐有鮑魚、雞、沙巴龍躉、乳豬、龍蝦、花膠羹,整個餐吃完之後大家都非常飽同滿足,最後的荷葉飯同埋雞非常大,食淨的只可以打包拎走。但係龍蝦方面,龍蝦肉實在太少,但以這個價錢來說,不能要求太多,我是一個非常愛吃龍蝦的人,但我不太喜歡吃波士頓龍蝦或加拿大龍蝦,所以我對這個龍蝦都不大興趣,如果加錢換左澳洲龍蝦,我都會非常願意到最後還有壽包
