Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 親戚來探訪想食中餐,原本去翰騰閣,但要等好耐,行遠少少去這店,等咗10分鐘左右就可入坐。叫咗4個點心(潮州蒸粉果、咖喱炆土魷、古法馬拉糕、薑蔥牛柏葉)及一個主食(薑蔥叉燒撈麵)。唔知喺咪已經差不多15:00左右(下午茶尾段,但都枱枱坐滿),上菜都算快,點心夠熱不過不失,撈麵就比較淡及深色咗D,普通普通。飲茶最好就係傾偈問候下。反而係突然間有個男職員叫埋單先(都唔係問題),比完$就走,連一句可以慢慢坐也沒有講,大概15:30左右連燈都熄埋,服務一般。

之前諗緊冬至同唔同家中長老試吓北上過節,但最終因為公司有嘢做,請唔到假,唯有留港消費。訂咗枱第二輪8:00pm,未坐低已經話啲套餐冇哂,咁唯有散叫,點知叫乜冇乜,燒味連燒肉、燒鵝、切雞全冇,所有有關雞嘅食物亦都冇,真係有冇攪錯?而唯一仲有嘅燒味 - 叉燒,份量仲少過快餐店燒味飯啲叉燒。大集團,做節、兩輪枱訂滿,竟然連最基本嘅燒味同雞都可以冇預備夠,呢啲係咩餐飲管理?跟住有樣餸催咗幾次都未嚟,催咗一個鐘後,先同我講廚房漏咗單,但嗰樣餸買哂,乜唔係已經電腦落單,點解都可以漏?點解我係全世界咁多地方食嘢,只係係香港先可以出現經常漏單嘅情況?仲有帶咗個生日蛋糕嚟切,叫個待應收碟上蛋糕,第一次就就咁放低個蛋糕就算,叫第二次收碟,就求其收一半就算,蛋糕碟就就咁一叠放係枱就算,又唔分碟又唔幫手切蛋糕。最離譜係班待應,當仲有七、八成客時,寧願去set枱準備第二日早/午市,都唔去serve現場啲客:無人加水,冇人收碟,叫佢又唔耐煩,收10%service charge又唔見咁嘅態度?所以大集團都係咁,過年過節你叫香港人仲點唔北上消費呀?

中秋節成個太古城都book唔到位,唯有呢間翠園有位,本身都知癩嘢,去到真係餐廳中嘅劏房,同隔離背貼背,真係稍有不慎都同唔識嘅人嘴對嘴,地方窄到行唔到,伙計黑口黑面,漏單唔認錯,食物質數差到世界嘅盡頭,燒鵝難哨到爆,叉燒有雪藏味,豉油雞有色無味,花雕雞仲䶢過鹹魚,龍躉又乾又鞋過條柴,荷葉飯$168份量係平時酒樓點心一隻糯米雞大DD,味道唔好,成晚最好食係煲湯嗰舊瘦肉,真係燒鵝價錢食蔗渣,集團可唔可以質檢下你啲餐廳?真係可以係無星我一粒都唔想俾!

坦白講好少比差評,都好少寫食評,但今次真心好嬲😡

本來好地地同父母飲早茶,餐廳通道放滿晒推車同污糟碗,個畫面非常噁心🤮都算啦

我見有阿姐經過想推車,企定定係度等佢過,點知突然有另一個侍應撞埋黎,非常大隻手肘撞埋腰度,撞完仲踩左一腳💥💥💥💥我件衫都比佢揩到少少污跡🫠

本身諗住佢講句sorry就算,抬頭望番撞埋黎嘅人,點知‼️

本身同屋企人去飲茶,入去時好幾架放滿污糟碗碟嘅推車阻塞左唯一通道😨😨我企埋一邊讓其他人先過,突然一個侍應重重撞過來,我被踩左一大腳💥💥💥回過神見到撞過黎嘅侍應,佢望住被撞到腳痛嘅我好幾秒,以極浮誇嘅演技摸住根極本唔係撞到我個邊雪雪聲叫痛,再望下我好唔友善咁笑左一下,我實左無諗過普通侍應撞到人會係咁嘅反應….😦坐低左之後,我愈諗愈唔舒服,可能茶樓有好多太古城嘅客唔休做,一直以黎服務態度都唔太好,但我都無咩計較過,但今次實在過份,而且推車周圍擺都好影響客人安全,污糟碗碟更唔應該周圍擺,好唔衛生…大家小心呢間野啦😮‍💨

諗住請屋企人食飯,六個人,中餐應該唔錯啦,點知冇一樣嘢有水準。。 平均太差喇。。。 嗰個so call“紅燒原件花膠扒”難食到,畀🐶食。。。 又冇味,又鞋,個汁又稀,生菜唔新鮮(我從來未食過“鞋”嘅花膠) 其他數普遍都一般之唔合格,嗌咗個叉燒、貴妃雞半隻、蝦仔琵琶豆腐、 蟹肉蟹子燴伊麵、生菜炒牛肉片,好彩叫多個燒雞,算可以話算食得落。 最尾叫咗個白返嚟填肚 就算甜品叫咗:杏仁茶,紅豆沙, 楊枝甘露,都係麻麻地。。。

今日同朋友二人去鰂魚涌翠園飲茶食晏。預先訂好枱,夠鐘去到門口,就收到張飛仔寫有枱號,要自己行入去揾。茶樓都算大間,未滿坐,有好多侍應,裝修光猛。拎住紙仔揾枱期間,自己來回幾轉,行到入最尾,又行返出黎,可能以為我想參觀成間酒樓吧。終於揾到張枱坐低,就舉手想開壼茶。我係生客,舉手舉咗好耐都無人理。最終要隔住三張枱大叫唔該,先開到壺茶。好耐無試過呢種透明感覺,好多待應。結論係,熟客先好幫襯。食物一般茶樓質素,無咩好講。

食物水準極速下降假日到太古城翠園飲茶,11時多的繁忙時間竟不用等位已心知不妙。坐下才知道所有食品須自行掃描QR code下單,我明白為節省人手,這已經是大勢所趨,但這對上了年紀的朋友卻絕對是個惡夢。相信更大原因是點心選擇不多,較同一處所的潮庭及北京樓的點心選擇更小更過份是那碟XO醬炒腸粉端上枱時我真以為被偷食了一半,加上味道普通,那一撮幾乎看不到的XO醬,收費$48元的出品份量小至如此真教我O咀若不思進取繼續如此下去,根本就是自取滅亡。

今日去翠園食龍蝦花膠四位套餐,因為套餐有七折,散叫又唔係太抵食,所以就食咗呢個套餐。龍蝦都算鮮甜,但係唔係太大隻,下面有伊麵底,味道可以。叉燒同埋海蜇中規中矩,上枱嘅時候叉燒係熱嘅,而且肥瘦適中亦都夠淋。反而係個花膠覺得唔係太好食,雖然睇落去好大塊,但係冇乜味,有啲腥。菠蘿咕嚕肉,都係平時一樣,酸酸甜甜,有幾多菠蘿,中規中矩冇乜嘢特別。甜品係咖啡膏,咖啡味濃郁又香滑,呢個餐唔算太貴,都可以考慮去食嘅。

今天中午同家人十二點幾來到太古城中心的翠園飲茶,八人枱竟然不用等位?我們用餐期間直至飲完茶後,翠園也有吉枱,何解呢? 以往翠園門口等入座的客人通常在門外擠得水洩不通,何解現在竟然不用等位就可直接入座?香港人已經不喜歡去茶樓一盎二件?喜歡飲茶的都已經移居外地?飲完整餐茶, 發現可能基於以下原因:1.    只接受手機下單 翠園屬於美心集團旗下中餐廳,美心集團中餐廳已經期全線採取手機下單的模式,若你要求點心紙,侍應只會給你一張有膠片保護的點心紙(即是menu),最後下單仍是要用自己手機直接下單,侍應是不會幫你寫單的。因此,對於一些年紀大的長者和不太熟練使用手機的人,確實感到麻煩及不快, 所以索性不在這裏用餐。但是以我所知荃灣美心皇宮的侍應對於一些不太熟悉用手機下單的客人都願意給他們點心紙用點心紙下單的,不明白為什麼這裏不可以,莫非太古城翠園的員工都一律按章工作?2. 廚點精點水平下降我們今天點了很多廚點及精點, 暫且不提沒有擺盤,口感質量完全不合格。-      酥炸豆腐粒,外皮硬明顯是翻炸過;-      炸魷魚鬚很幼, 好像營養不良;-      南乳炒藕片賣相奇差,南乳醬顏色相當淡,

今天中午同家人十二點幾來到太古城中心的翠園飲茶,八人枱竟然不用等位?我們用餐期間直至飲完茶後,翠園也有吉枱,何解呢? 以往翠園門口等入座的客人通常在門外擠得水洩不通,何解現在竟然不用等位就可直接入座?香港人已經不喜歡去茶樓一盎二件?喜歡飲茶的都已經移居外地?

飲完整餐茶, 發現可能基於以下原因:
1.    只接受手機下單 
翠園屬於美心集團旗下中餐廳,美心集團中餐廳已經期全線採取手機下單的模式,若你要求點心紙,侍應只會給你一張有膠片保護的點心紙(即是menu),最後下單仍是要用自己手機直接下單,侍應是不會幫你寫單的。
因此,對於一些年紀大的長者和不太熟練使用手機的人,確實感到麻煩及不快, 所以索性不在這裏用餐。

但是以我所知荃灣美心皇宮的侍應對於一些不太熟悉用手機下單的客人都願意給他們點心紙用點心紙下單的,不明白為什麼這裏不可以,莫非太古城翠園的員工都一律按章工作?
2. 廚點精點水平下降
我們今天點了很多廚點及精點, 暫且不提沒有擺盤,口感質量完全不合格。
-      酥炸豆腐粒,外皮硬明顯是翻炸過;
-      炸魷魚鬚很幼, 好像營養不良;
-      南乳炒藕片賣相奇差,南乳醬顏色相當淡,藕片黏在一起看似一pat野, 看見也不想起筷;
-       油鷄(小)$78真的很少,只有半隻翼幾件鞋十十既胸肉,份量似特價餐配一碗白飯的份量;
-       涼拌海哲頭淡而無味;
3. 普通點心及甜品也不見得出色
- 叉燒包chi牙唔好食; 
- 湯丸沒有饀料只有三幾舊粘米粉浸在一小碗甜嘅糖水內;
- 蛋白杏仁茶只有一小粒蛋白,而且盛載杏仁茶/糖水用既碗比正常飲茶時用的小碗還要小;
4. 餐廳不提供手寫單服務
想點一窩雪菜米,但手機下單只提供一人份的瑤柱肉碎米,要求侍應下單,no way!侍應回覆說手機掃描QR code內的菜單已經是所有可選擇的食物,沒有更多的選擇! 我們只需要一窩普通的雪菜肉絲米啊!


較為正常的是帶子豆苗餃、 百花釀魚肚、飽汁鳯爪、牛肉腸粉、珍珠雞及燒腩仔(但燒腩仔極速賣光)。

總結,所有廚房類食物沒有任何伴碟,賣相不討好,味道不吸引,而且也不便宜,八人吃了一千五百幾元,也不提供免費泊車,家人要到太古城中心額外購物以換取泊車卷。這就是翠園生意下滑的原因了!

聽說翠苑已不屬於太古城中心的餐廳,所以不能累積商場積分也沒有泊車券提供。


本來不打算寫食評,因此沒有拍照,但翠園現在水準下降至此,我覺得應該讓食客知道,自己決定是否可以接受。

最後,不知道洗手間是屬於該大廈或是翠園所管理?但這個洗手間應該只有翠園的客人使用,那麼酒樓是不是也有責任去管理好這個洗手間呢?一直覺得這個洗手間清潔程度不如理想,跟太古城中心內的洗手間相形見絀。

值得一讚的只有靠窗座位非常開陽,可以看到鰂魚涌公園的風景。 

但只有這一個優點不足以掩蓋以上所有缺點,不會再光顧這一間酒樓
